When I called back I got a machine whereas I had always spoken to a human right away on my previous calls. So, I figured I would just keep calling back every few minutes until I could speak to a human. Typically in most businesses this isn't an issue, especially if they have this kind of "press this number to go here" answering machine. Not this time. same person as before answered as before and told me how rude I was to keep calling. This doesn't seem like a good model for business retention.
