I finally received a return call on Friday, December 20, five days after my first call. The message was "we really can't help you until after January 2. Call us then." So I was without a fireplace during the entire holiday. I called on January 2 and got scheduled for the 8th. I understand this is a busy season, but there is no excuse not to at least return a phone call within 48 hours. Unfortunately I can't recommend this company.
