They were honest about what we needed, efficient, courteous, and did a spectacular job in a short amount of time. They left our outside clean and in great shape after the construction. The best part was that you could see they took pride in their work. They never seemed rushed. We hired them to remove our 50 year old board and batten siding, soffits and facia board. They installed new wall insulation, plywood, house wrap and James Hardie lap siding, soffits and facia board. They had excellent communication during the bidding process were patient with me throughout all of my questions about the expectations for the product and work as well as during the installation process. When contacted the team, I received a response in less than 24 hours and sometimes I received the response in person. They even fixed a problem with the roof that had never been resolved by a roofing company to ensure I didn't continue to have issues with water run off ruining my soffits. Every day they left the job site cleaner than it was when they started the job. My family and I always felt comfortable with everyone that was on site and they ensured there was as little disruption to our daily lives as possible. When there were delays in getting the windows, that I ordered separately, they were understanding and prompt in getting back out to my house to get the last piece of the job completed. We wish we could hire them to work on all of our contractor needs. I would recommend them over and over!

I found We Can via Yelp (yay, community referrals!) and I am very glad that I did. Dan & Troy were very responsive, showed up exactly when they said they would, and delivered a professional and thorough service. After laying out tarps to cover our flooring from any dust/soot, Dan was able to do a cleaning and scoping of the flue and chimney chase. Remember that 'really good thing'? Yeah, that was because the cleaning knocked loose a piece of fire clay that had been haphazardly applied up in an area of the chimney that we never would have seen. If it had not been for Dan's expertise, we could have lit a fire, thought we were enjoying a fire, and potentially caused an *actual* house fire. Yikes! These guys know the safety protocols, the building codes, and the benefits & drawbacks of using a fireplace in your home. Our next step is to get a non-venting gas and ceramic log set, and then have Dan & Troy come back to do the installation. They even advised on sizing and style to get such a set! I look forward to having We Can come back out to do the installation so that my family can enjoy safe and comfortable fireplace experiences. Thank you Dan & Troy for your service and guidance!

They removed two evergreen bush stumps, back filled with dirt, placed a thick weed barrier, placed a thick layer of black mulch, and placed 8 new bushes/grass plants. This work will reduce erosion around our front porch and get water away from the foundation. Ian then gave us a lesson on how often these plants need water. Attached is a photo of the project. Ian and his crew were very polite, showed up when they said they would be there, worked very professionally, and cleaned up our yard when they were done.
