Garage door was locked. Couldn't open it. Eli can same day, got it open. Thanks so much for a quick job. Much appreciated Eli.

Eli was prompt and professional when changing our locks. He asked for photos, brought the equipment he needed, and replaced four locks. He was clear about risks with the old hardware at our house, but was able to switch locks while needing to replace only one knob. Service and hardware was around $600. read more

We live in a 21 condo community, majority of owners have problems with our old front door locks. When my car was broken into in-front of our home and our spare house key was taken, I was not looking forward to calling a locksmith. I called Eli, he immediately new the type of lock we had. He was so respectful to his time and my money he gathered as much information over the phone and was able to put me at ease as he explained the repair and cost. I sent him pics of my lock and keys over a corse of 30mins, I knew everything about my front door lock. He was at my door in 4 hours, he so skillful and efficient. Our front door was re-keyed and I had new keys made for our family of 5. Eli will absolutely become our condo community's locksmith. I cant recommend him enough. It is rare to find a honest respectful and reasonably priced expert! Thank you Eli! read more

This guy is a scam artist. Call two other people before you call him. I used him once in the past. He offered me a lower price if I gave him a five-star review. He then told me what to say while he watched me type it before he would leave my house. I felt very uncomfortable. Most recently I lost my keys and needed to change my lock. I forgot I used him in the past and found him again on yelp. He quoted me a price six times higher than the locksmith who came the same day and replaced my lock. Told me I needed to replace all my hardware and could not rekey the lock. The actual locksmith came and rekeyed with no problem. This guy is just scamming and manipulating 5-star reviews. Avoid if you can. read more

Eli was a huge help after losing my house key on a walk and getting locked out of my house. This happened on a busy Sunday for them, and he offered to come out himself since his technicians were busy. After sending him some info he requested about the lock, he pointed out that the type of deadbolt I have is custom and may need to be drilled through and replaced. He asked about any other access options for the house since he didn't want to damage the lock if he didn't have to. Since there weren't other options, I ended up deciding to retrace my steps from my long walk before asking Eli to come out, and miraculously found the lost key. Even though I got lucky for an unlucky situation and Eli didn't end up needing to come out, just knowing Eli was available to help gave me tremendous peace of mind. He recommended some solutions to avoid the issue in the future. Hopefully I won't run into a situation like this again, but I'll definitely be going straight to him in the future for any lock needs. Thanks, Eli! read more
