Eli is a complete professional and totally service oriented. He made sure to have all the information required to accomplish what I needed before his arrival and the installation of his highly recommended electronic lock went smoothly. He also ensured that I was fully versed on its operation, which is critical as I'm not particularly tech savvy. I cannot make a higher recommendation for his business and as it is local, I am so happy to support him. read more

Amazing quick service! I need tp re-key a gate and a door - Eli showed up within a couple hours after i called (he requested photos of locks, front and back as well as keys to make sure he had appropriate tools. Whoever had keyed the gate before didn't do a great job, but Eli took care of everything. He also cut several keys for me. I bit more expensive to have him cut the keys, but he made sure each key worked before he left - one didn't and he cut another key (good look getting Lowe's or Home Depot to do tha!) He was the consummate professional, friendly and quick. Would recommend in a heartbeat. And if i need a locksmith again, I will certainly call Eli. read more

We just moved from San Fransisco to Mill Valley as our family is growing and we wanted to live somewhere more quiet. The property which we moved to had pretty outdated hardware and Locks previous owners didn't have half of the keys and some of them they had it was just a mess our realtor who worked before with Anytime Locksmith Pros highly recommended them to us! And there was a reason. When I called them, they pretty much knew exactly what needs to be done. Ask for photos to verify all the small details and to give us specifics and details Eli the owner made sure we knew exactly what to expect on site they assist us in purchasing smart electronic Wi-Fi systems And also minimising the amount of keys to one to save unnecessary confusion in the future. Eli is dedicated to finding and quickly implementing the right solution for your situation. We had a key compromised and Eli responded the next day. With a deeper look Eli determined this lock was ancient at least 40 years old so replacement with the exact same thing was not possible. He quickly located the modern equivalent and has it replaced as quickly as possible. I really appreciate Eli's expertise and judgement helping us navigate options quickly and delivering above expectations. Will definitely seek his services in the future. read more

Eli took the time in the thick of the holidays to ask very pertinent questions to accurately assess what we needed BEFORE making a site visit to our home in Tiburon. We had to break a door lock as a result of an emergency that happened to us. The hardware was completely broken and we didn't know how to handle that. We contacted Anytime Locksmith with our issues, and they immediately asked us to send photos instead of trying to describe it. As soon as I sent the photos, Eli knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me all the information over the phone so they could come on site. They were there the same day, replaced the new hardware and fixed all the chaos/mess we had in our house, which we had four different keys for different locks. They were able to re-key and replace two other locks to match the same key. We are happy and organized now with one key. Thank you Anytime Locksmith for assisting us.
