The service was great. The tables seemed too close to each other at first glance but I never felt cramped. I didn't personally like the crust of the pizza but my son did. I got the blackberry pie but lost interest about halfway through because of finding a very hard and very painful spiky stick in it.

Can't remember but it was a Pasta of some sort and she loved it!

I took my daughter here last week, the night before she gave birth. We really enjoyed the food. I didn't know this place existed as I no longer live in the area but she apparently goes here often. They had Green Olive Pizza! Which I love and have had a hard time finding! The pizza crust was perfection. The atmosphere is nice. A little cramped for space but nice. The service was okay. We did have to wait a lot. For drink refills, to make a to go order we needed and because of that, we had to wait even longer after we had paid for it to come out.. etc. etc. the place was packed though. The price was a little on the expensive side for North Augusta. But then, food everywhere is getting expensive. $76 dollars with tip. But we ordered a small 14 inch pizza pie to go for my son in law. I think it was 20 by itself. I enjoyed it and will go back when in town next time. I think we have one here in Charleston I will need to try.

    Hamburger pizza, awesome!

This place has that home town pizzeria feeling. You walk in and expect them to greet you by your first name. The friendly waitress will quickly take your drink order and food order. The food is and salads are delicious and well priced. Looking around you'll see people and families of all ages enjoying a taster meal. I was excited to see that they even have a menu for large parties. Advanced notice may be required but it's clearly stated on the menu. The locale is clean, organized and in a very nice neighborhood.

Wonderful pizza and NY cheesecakes. One of the best pizzas I've ever had! Cozy restaurant. Great service.

Have eaten lunch here manyyy times, and have never been disappointed ! Went for dinner last night. They were pumping ! Sooo busy ! Makes me really happy that they're receiving so much business in North Augusta. Very well staffed, and everyone was hustling ! We were warned of a 20-30 minute wait, but were seated in less than 5 minutes. The small tables and chairs are great out the back for waiting outside. We had the Deluxe pizza and then shared the apple and raspberry pie a la mode. Both items were really enjoyable. Nice amount of toppings on the pizza, and cooked to perfection. Pie was delish ... full of fruit, generous portion, well spiced. Love that they make them there. Given how busy they were, service was great. Carolyn was very personable ! Only snafus were a lack of silverware and an initial delivery of our pizza to the wrong table ... the combination of those two things made our pizza a little cooler by the time we could dig in. All in all a great experience ! Thankful for their presence in North Augusta !

Found this place on google, first time ever coming by with my date. Packed house but it took our server Olivia no time to get us seated. The slightly dim lights to me gave off a nice touch and the restaurant was clean. Everyone seemed to be having a great time enjoying the vibe with nice classical music playing in the background. I actually enjoyed the music playing. We didn't wait long for our food either. I ordered Beef Ravioli and my date ordered Lasagna with meatballs and a side salad. Came out hot and everything was absolutely delicious. The owner Frank checked in with us to make sure we enjoyed everything. And to see him greeting customers actually folding his own pizza boxes for the store was new to me. Love to see a family oriented environment thriving with good food and energy. DEFINITELY WOULD COME BACK.

What a nice little place to dine in, right in downtown North Augusta. Parking can be tricky but there is room for overflow in the evening. Service was attentive and friendly couldn't ask for more. The food was tasty with good size portions. The spinach and feta calzone is my favorite but the menu has many other options. My friends ordered a pizza and it looked delicious as well.

Not what I expected, the pizza is the BEST in the CSRA. The staff was friendly and helpful, explaining the menu options.

First things first... the hostess Lyne set the tone immediately. Personable, funny, and quick-witted. She picked up on my husband's "I like to cause a little trouble just because I can" energy within seconds. Without missing a beat she said, "Listen... we're going to put him in time out right there." Another guest nearby started chuckling and I knew right then we were in good hands. Our waitress Kim was just as amazing. Attentive without hovering, friendly, and she kept checking on us to make sure we were good and boxed up once we tapped out. Now let's talk about the food... whew chile. I ordered the Lady Killer and let me tell you... it absolutely understood the assignment. Whatever magic was happening in that kitchen... keep doing it. The salad was huge. I only made it a few bites before I had to surrender. The rest went upstairs with me because wasting food is not in my ministry. And the cocktail... round of applause... smooth, balanced, and pretty enough to make you pause before the first sip. All in all... great energy, great service, and food that delivered. The manager walked around inquiring about the service given. Someone mentioned they weren't happy about their food and she appeared genuinely concerned as she further asked questions and how to take care of the matter. I was impressed. For me it's the small things like this that'll guarantee me being repeat... Separate review for the hotel itself coming up!...

My late maternal Grandmother took several of us there when she closed on her home many years ago and I remember a very pleasant experience. The spot is stuck time and represents the glory days of South Augusta. It still smells and looks the same. We started with the Bavarian Fritters. They were so scrumptious. I love the apple sauce with which they are served. I had the pork schnitzel with Spätzle for my entree. It was delicious. They have outdoor dining and a large dining room. Our service was great and we had an excellent turnaround time on our food and orders. I took a slice of German Chocolate Cake home. Parking is free and ample. Come support this longstanding Augusta institution that has been around for 50 years. I'd recommend some updates from an infrastructure standpoint on their end to really improve the experience but otherwise we had a great experience.

We visited on a Wednesday evening and…read morethere were only a few folks there although our wonderful server told us it had been busier earlier. This restaurant has been here for 40 years and I fear she is on her last legs. Villa Europe is like a grand dame of yesterday in a shabby mink and run down heels. The wallpaper is torn her and there, the carpet is a bit worn and things just look old yet it is still cozy and somehow elegant. My daughter lamented that they "don't make restaurants like this anymore". Our waited predicted that the place would most like close by June. He said the building is too costly to maintain. It's a shame because this is our go to for German cuisine after having some negative experiences at the other German restaurant in the area. We did notice that they are no longer selling alcohol but fo offer some alternative options. As we always do we had German fare although Italian and American are offered. My daughter chose the braised pork with a mushroom cream sauce served with spaetzle and german potato salad. She declared it very tender and tasty. I had my perennial favorite Jaeger schnitzel with brown mushroom gravy and roasted red potatoes. I also had a nice side salad with excellent blue cheese dressing. Mom got the sampler platter with home fries and had to carry half home with her. Over all everything tasted great and the service was top notch. I hope to make it back before the doors close for ever. If you've ever enjoyed a meal there, or you are looking for superior German cuisine give Villa Europa a visit before the doors are closed forever on this Augusta tradition.

We arrived around 9 PM, and despite the weather, there were still a few larger parties dining, though the restaurant was far from crowded. Right from the start, the hospitality stood out. The hostess graciously welcomed us and offered complimentary wine samples while we waited. My husband sampled a white wine while I tried a red. Neither was particularly memorable, but the gesture was appreciated and set a welcoming tone for the evening. Of course, we couldn't resist ordering our favorite cocktail, the Prickly Pear Margarita. As always, it was absolutely delicious. If you've never tried one, do yourself a favor and order it. It's one of the best specialty margaritas around. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant throughout the meal. For dinner, I kept it light with an entrée Caesar salad, my husband ordered the Chicken Marsala, and our son chose the Shrimp and Scallop Linguine Alla Vodka. Every dish was prepared well, flavorful, and exactly what we've come to expect from Carrabba's over the years. While the food was very good, the service was truly exceptional. I've always received solid service at Carrabba's, but this visit was on another level. Every interaction felt genuine, attentive, and customer focused without ever being intrusive. With so many dining options along Washington Road, choosing where to eat can be a challenge. If you're looking for consistently good food, excellent cocktails, and service that goes above and beyond, this Carrabba's should be at the top of your list.

First Course: Creamy Potato Parmesan soup was the only course unaccompanied by a drink. It arrived in a tiny teacup that was really cute but without a spoon we were encouraged to sip the thick broth. It's fortunate the soup was so tasty. Second Course: Grilled Wings with Fig Bourbon Sour. My drink arrived first and was quick to disappear. I love Elijah Craig bourbon and combined with the housemade syrup and fig sour mix, it was outstanding. The grilled wings were delicious and the Calabrian chili baste gave them just enough spice. Third Course: Rigatoni with Rosemary Cream and Sausage with Brothers Bond Straight Bourbon. The bourbon was smooth, slightly spicy and sippable. The pasta sauce was bland Fourth Course: Delmonico Steak with Gorgonzola Walnut Butter paired with Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey. Uncle Nearest is a smooth sip with a clean finish. The Delmonico steak was huge and a perfect (for me) medium rare. The creamed spinach was a sleeper and nearly stole the show. Fifth Course: Cookies and Cream Brûlée with a Chocolate Chip Old Fashioned. The creme brûlée disappeared like a whisper. It was mildly sweet And the perfect accompaniment to the meal. This grouping of small batch bourbons and Italian flavors were excellent and highly recommended.
