This place like the past reviewers is DIRTY! I was the first person in on a Wednesday (10am) and the floors were filthy. When I mentioned to the owner (who did my nails) that the reviews stated that her shop was dirty - she acted flabergasted and shocked. Then on once of her trips up to get something, she started kicking the shards of caste off fake nails underneath closets and chairs. There were 4 people sitting there with NO customers, instead of kicking all of the day before's nastiness, why don't you tell one of your people to pick up a broom and CLEAN IT UP!!! I still gave 3 stars because the service was A-OK. read more

So unwelcoming , didn't even get to walk in everyone just stared and refused to take me in because they didn't do "builder gel" Could've maybe offered another service? Tried atleast lol . read more

The problem with Ans Nails is that they accept walkins in addition to those with scheduled appts. The end result is that they are NEVER on time with your scheduled appts. Typically you wait 30 min to an hour. If Susan is there, they will call you and tell you to come in later. But.... Who wants that? You want to come in when you scheduled your appt. Just fix the problem!!!!!! Also, the polish is old and never stays in. It peels and chips easily. Having said that, the technicians are good and really try to give you a good experience. If you come here, bring your own polish and be prepared to be delayed up to 1 hour. read more

literally amazing they do my nails perfectly every single time, I've been going here 5 years it's amazing and all the workers are talkative.

Love An and Nancy! 15year Customer. Great and efficient service. I look forward to my bi-weekly visits.

Great service, my nail tech was the best. I told her the color I was looking for and said do free style on me. Since I wasn't sure what I wanted. But she nailed it. She did above and beyond of what I had expected. Thumb nails put together becomes one butterfly. Loved it!! read more

I went here. It took almost 50 minutes just for me to get assisted. My nail technician couldn't do what I asked for so I gave her much more simple work. She was charging me almost more than $80 just for a few rhinestones and when I asked for her not to include them, she charged me $55 which I was okay with. She seemed mad and did my nails very roughly. She put one of the tips on crooked and didnt even bother to fix it even tho she noticed it!! She also blamed me for not being able to stay still when she was the one that messed up the nail art!! I wouldn't recommend coming here. read more

I really liked the service here. People where nice to me great place to come and get your nails done. True to price.

I've been here a few times for no chip manicures and pedicures. Haven't had any bad experiences with them. They've always done a nice job. Wait is not too bad either. Recently I had a no chip mani and pedi along with 2 of my daughters. Our nails and ties came out so pretty. They did start to chip within a week but they fixed them with no problem! I recommend their services. read more

First time getting my nails done at this location because my best friend always comes here. I got the no chip and it was horrible. My nails chipped the next day and went back to fix them and chipped again the following day -.- In total I went back 2 times to fix my nails and guess what, it ripped again the next day. I will never come back here again and wasting my time. This place is unsanitary. You will see nail particles everywhere and they just throw the nails particles on the floor.. Take your money somewhere else. read more

I have always done my Nails with Nancy for more than a Decade I know them all and they all do a great job!! Will highly recommend them.

If I could give this place -1 stars I would... They cut my finger so bad it was oozing blood for 10 minutes and then they blamed it on me... but it was him who held the sharp object by my skin while talking and not paying attention. Then tried to make a not so big deal of it.. I will NEVER go back here and suggest everyone else to ignore this place read more

I am so sad to see the negative reviews. I have been going to An's Nails for almost a year. I always get no chip manicures and eyebrow waxes, sometimes pedicures. The pedicures are &19 Monday through Wednesday. Normally they're $22. I never had a problem and hardly ever had to wait, only when I went on a Saturday. The prices are reasonable. I've never thought the place was dirty, as was mentioned a few times. The people are friendly and nice. I gave four stars because once or twice I did get my skin pulled too much and started bleeding. She put crazy glue on, weird but it stopped the bleeding. And sometimes while I'm getting a manicure, certain but not all staff members would ask me if I wanted an eyebrow wax, which I was going to do anyway. One time I didn't want to because I didn't feel like spending the money at the time (only $8), and the lady said it's been a while and I had a lot of hair already. I laughed because I need to get my eyebrows waxed every week and it had been over a week. But my eyebrows weren't that bad. I know she was just trying to add a sale. I only stopped going there because I moved to Austin, TX. I had a great experience going there. read more

Len always does amazing on my nail sets!! She also always takes her time, never rushes!

I wanted to find a salon close to home so I thought I'd take a chance on An's. The tech was extremely talkative with a very heavy accent that made 95% of his cheesy and "friendly" words unintelligible. His movements while applying a full gel set were obviously more for theatrics than actual quality. At some points the the fakery became so ridiculous I had to fight the urge to walk out in the middle of this dark comedy! Me being african american... you KNOW how that would have been interpreted. Lumps, bumps and poorly applied tips weren't even the last straw! When I was ready to pay the posted price, the cost for my set was $10 more. If I could give negative stars, they'd earn at least 3. I wish I had come to Yelp first! Oh, and just for the record, that 5 star review below is, no doubt, submitted by someone who works there or owns the place. (Hmmm. Could it be the very one mentioned in the review?.... nah!!!) They went back "once" after not stepping in the door for several years yet can now spout off one of the most thorough pieces of 30 second copy I've seen since John Moschitta pitched FedEx?!? Seriously??? read more

Well it was my first time coming to this place. I seen alot of things that in my opinion lack of professionalism. I feel my time of 1 hour and 30 minutes and money were a waste. Before getting served I waited 45 minutes, during the wait time I was switched 4 times from the chairs I was placed at. Every time I was switched, I thought one of them was going to start doing my nails. When finally, one of them attended to me, I showed them the picture of how I wanted my nails navy blue short and natural cut. She started filing my nails without cleaning the table first after finishing with the customer before me. Especially that we are still going thru covid. During the process of shaping the nail, it was hurting. I stated that I have fragile nails and I ask her for recommendations on how to grow strong nails. she suggested a product powder that they use to shape the nail stronger than acrylic. My nails overall are a deception, some nails are shorter than others, not the color I wanted, you can see the bumps and the thickness of the nails, the strikes of the nails polish. not even to paint a nail correctly. everything was rushed. i trusted the process and this is what they did. Strongly recommend to not come in here to do your nails. read more

Unprofessional . unsanitary the Guy who did my nails messed them up! Did not shape them the right way . He was in a hurry. I asked to switch the color on my toes and they did extra something i did not ask for . I was charged almost 100$ here . I do not recommend also they false advertise on their page there was some nail pictures that was supposedly done by them . And I asked for what was in the picture and they said they can't do that or they don't have the colors . Worst experience ever . read more

I really wanted to like this place due to how close I live to this nail salon but am so disappointed. This is my second time here now & I still remain unsatisfied; I recommend spending your hard-earned $ elsewhere. The older woman who did my mani + pedi was very rude. She shoved the pedicure tools so deep that I had to move my feet back about 3x bc it hurt. I got no-chip and she slammed the UV lamp down so hard she ruined the polish and had to start again. As for the mani, also disappointing:/ She didn't have too much control of the nail drill which resulted in the nail drill going under my nail somehow and also on my skin. Finally, I asked her to fix a minor mistake and she handed me the file to fix on my own! A nightmare! I was so happy to get out. Once again, I hate leaving a bad review but I just could not stay quiet. read more

Definitely don't waste your time coming here. I should of read the reviews before coming w my friend. Unsanitary and they definitely don't know what they're doing. At first I sat in this young guys chair and I was getting a fill.. anyways he starts drilling my nails down super quick and the drill was like on high speed i notice him drilling my nail bed down way to much to the point he made me bleed from my nail bed I told him to stop and he starts laying the acrylic SUPER SLOPPY and BUMPY so I get up from his chair and wait for NAncy.. she gets started on me taking off the acrylic he laid and she get to weere he made me bleed and she couldn't take the acrylic off on tht spot because it would of probably tooken my really nail completely off.. anyways speaking in there language she tells him come here while she's trying to figure or what to do and this guy literally starts cracking up .. tht he hurt me I should of said something but they probably don't understand shit. Two weeks later I get a blister under my thumb and their lifting already .. worst experience I ever had they literally don't know what theyr doing and their unsanitary!!! The picture shows the thumb were i got the blister at and if you look the acrylic was taking off my real nail on the side of my thumb. read more

They did a decent job but they were not practicing social distancing. They sat customers right next to each other.

I like how they do my eyebrows but not my nails. And they are extremely rude! I went in with my little girl she's really chubby and they kept talking to each other in Chinese and looked at my little girl and laughed. When I addressed them about it they just stayed quite and didn't do anything anymore. I will not be going there anymore because of how I was not respected! It's always busy and they get a lot of customers but what they did was so unprofessional. There's this other lady in there to with glasses who tries to charge me almost $40 for a manicure! When before she starts she says it's $25. read more

Although my sisters nails were done properly for a one star rated place she was treated extremely inappropriate. The man who did her nails kept on grabbing her hands and rubbing her hands in ways that made her uncomfortable. I understand that in order to do nails you have to grab the customers hand but there's no need to hold her hands and say that you're "drying them" and there's no need to touch her fingers and tell her to relax specially when she looks that young. He continued asking her questions even when she made it clear that she was uncomfortable. Other people that were there with us also noticed how inappropriate the man was acting. We're not going back there. read more

Omg how are they in business? This place does not deserve a star. I have been going there for over a year, but today will be the last time and I hope I won't have to hire a lawyer after getting a pedicure today. I went in for my monthly pedicure and An who regularly does my pedicures cut me that I bled for half an hour. I could see she was scared at what she did and that she couldn't control the bleeding. She kept apologizing. Everyone in the place kept coming up to me and shaking their heads. She didn't charge me for the service. Which was the least she could do. I pray I don't get an infection. The way she handled the situation was unsanitary. Please stay away from this place. It is not worth to compromise your health. Marta read more

This place is good. I have been going here on and off for about ten years and it is consistently a pleasant experience. The place gets busy with a lot of eyebrow waxing and threading customers, but they never let the customers sit waiting for a very long time. As for the negative review saying it is dirty, well it is a Vietnamese nail salon in the hood, so what do you consider clean? It's not an Orland Park nail salon, honey. Bottom line, the place is decent and I have never had any problems with my gel nails for eyebrow waxings. read more
