For the lash lift I am upset about this service. My lashes were pretty crooked/all over the place. The service also made a lot of my lashes fall out. I really wanted to love this. It had been a minute since my last waxing service, but I did not think much of it. The aesthetician began waxing me and while doing so, a few remarks indicating that people with Groupons make her work so much harder and all of that jazz were made. She began my wax and everything seemed to be going fine. I knew it was going to be a tad bit painful, but nothing out of the ordinary. The wax was a nice temperature and the process was swift. She did not go back in and tweeze any strays or anything. Fast forward to me getting home: I noticed that I had a lot of skin missing down there which turned into scabs a day later. I have never had that happen to me ever. I am not too pleased and I won't be returning. I am also experiencing breakouts which hurt and are unsightly. I had NEVER experienced anything such as this with any wax I've gotten and I didn't have any issues before this.
