Brazilian wax includes the butthole they always leave out the butthole n leave hair behind saying it's ingrown n it's not I got my belly wax $30 dollars and she didn't wax my whole belly just around the belly button been coming for 6 years but this is my last time then they always upcharge for poor service read more

Came in with grown out brows. I asked her to make my eyebrows match 3x. She kept working on both but I noticed that she was making the left eyebrow skinnier and skinner. Thinning out my left eyebrow without matching it to the right. I asked Sayeda to match the arches on both brows. She didn't or couldn't idk. I was so upset that I left. So now, the left eyebrow is arched more than the right. Never coming back here again. Great prices and friendly ladies but I can't risk it again. read more

Be prepared for a wait and ensure you purchase enough time on the parking meter. I have had a $7 dollar visit end up being $57 due to not alotting enough time on my meter. I've always been happy with how they do my eyebrows, but my latest visit was disappointing. When I asked for change to leave a tip, the employee became visibly upset when the tip wasn't the full $5 I had initially requested change for. She started ignoring me, wouldn't make eye contact, and even waved me off when I said, 'Thank you, have a great day.' An eyebrow threading here is $10--why would I tip 50%? I ended up leaving a $3 tip, which is still over 20%. The unprofessional attitude over a perfectly reasonable tip left a bad impression. I won't be returning. read more

Left with uneven eyebrows. I waited once she completed the service and asked her to fix the problem. She just thinned out both eyebrows and still left the right eyebrow much thicker than the left. Such nice staff and they offer a wide variety of services. You don't need an appointment for threading, you can walk in but it depends on the amount of people there. I have only had my eyebrows threaded here and after years of waxing, I can honestly say my brows look shaped the longest from threading. While all the women who work here are quick and kind, Shazia is my favorite. Shazia gives great advice. She talked to me about the importance of waiting to touch up certain sections. This place is awesome. The ladies here are so friendly and helpful and the salon is super clean. I've gone here about 7 times so far to get my eyebrows threaded and I have to be the first one there because this place fills up! In the summer there is a line out the door. It costs about 7$ to get your eyebrows threaded and they give you a little stamp card so your 8th thread is FREE. I love FREE! Yelp saves the village from the one eyed-monster! My bangs have been hiding my need for a major eye-brow clean up. Since I am planning on growing out my bangs my eyebrows needed to be restored to a level of not scary looking. I was surprised to see that this place only charges $7.
