I would go back here.

Yes the aesthetic in here is nice, but they charge for everything. 20 extra dollars for no chip on a pedicure that costs 70 is beyond Ludacris. So I tell them regular polish and they are charging me 10 to take off the no chip! I've never seen prices like this for any nail salon it's a wonder how people keep coming. Or maybe people don't pay attention. If I were you I would double and Tripp check your prices for services you get because I'll bet you will find some sneaky things in there

It's shouldn't be a problem if it's something I'm going to have to wear on my feet for the next several weeks and I'm paying for the service but I didn't make it a big deal. I also asked if there was a free drink with service since the women next to me received one. At that point I was almost done with my service so I just didn't even bother asking them to bring me anything. I wasn't aware you're supposed to scan a QR code. I guess I would just say it would be nice if someone lets the customers know when they are seated. The place is big and beautiful but unfortunately I'm all about how they service you, I don't think I would come back.

The prices are reasonable especially for the quality of work and also being one of the only places in the area that do the dip powder manis. ($40 for the dip mani, I've paid $45+ every where else I've gone) When I get a dip mani done here it will literally last me 3+ weeks until I have to come back from my nails just growing out so long, the nails will still look amazing! I also love the atmosphere of this place. They always play romance movies and love song playlists. It's a very relaxing environment to get your nails done in! My recommendation is to make an appointment far in advance (like more than a couple days in advance or at least when they first open) because I have called the day of a few times and they've been booked. The services itself was what you would expect for basic service. Nothing extraordinary just basic. The prices were reasonable. The pedicure didnt contain anything bur water. No bath salts, fizzy bubbles NOTHING! The nail tech started off by taking her time but as it got closer to closing she began to rush.. Some parts of the service was not consistent. She was going to completely skip the foot massage until I mentioned it. She massaged one foot with oil and the other with lotion. The manicure was wack! It didnt have any thing special in the bowl just warm water and she dropped some.oil in it. I'm use to flower petals, marbles and some kind of creamy cuticle treatment. She left as I was drying, forgetting to put top coat on my nails. I washed my hands too soon and totally ruined the manicure. Thankfully, I'm guessing it was the manager,, she fixed it for me and applied top coat. Overall, a basic experience. Good for a quick walk in but not somewhere I would go again on purpose.
