I brought the issue to the staff's attention, and my massage therapist also spoke with them about the situation. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I was told that the receptionist was responsible for entering the massage incorrectly. However, I was disappointed that after explaining the situation, no accommodation was offered--such as a discount toward a future visit or a complimentary massage. I want to emphasize that my massage therapist was wonderful and provided excellent service. My concern is with how the booking error was handled afterward. When a mistake is made by the establishment, I believe it is important to make the customer feel valued and to find a reasonable way to make the situation right.
