This place rocks. We were here from out of town and the place was packed. We took a seat at the bar and Shelby was our server. She handled the bar and the guests who were eating with ease and politeness. She was extremely attentive to my requests for dairy and gluten free choices. We came here because my husband had stopped in by himself the day before and said that he had the best shrimp and grits he had ever had here. So today he brought me along and boy am I glad he did. The food here is absolutely decadent, I ordered the Mardi Gras Omelet which just full of crawfish, shrimp and sausage and covered in a lovely tomato based hollandaise sauce. It was just scrumptious. My husband had the Huevos Rancheros with a side of grits and added an amazing chorizo sauce. I can't say enough about this place. Seriously, come hungry as you will not be disappointed. Employees were not very quick on their feet, definitely more pleasantry from the gentleman cleaning tables then the waitress. The food menu selection did not do it for me mexican american and seafood options. It had a nice mimosa or drink bar option for morning adult beverages. Overall the food was not enjoyable. I got a black cofee, 1/2 order benights, montery power omelete. The benights were not soft i had to dip them in coffee the citrus marmalade was not good. Plain honey would of been more enjoyable with benights. My omelette was very watery, red sauce on omelette tasted like pizza sauce and the half melted cheese on top just made it less enjoyable. English muffin was cold and not toasted. Like giving someone a slice of bread out of the bag to eat (i'm sure thats a matter of preference. Side fruit was good. Husband had the pancakes very mild maple syrup almost watered down flavor and buttermilk pancake pancakes tasted very gritty like wheat powder flavor husband loves his pancakes and left a full stack. We wanted to try this new breakfast place but were very disappointed. It was a weekday and not very busy. There were plenty of staff walking around and chatting but ignoring us. We were seated near the bar area and waited an extended amount of time for someone to finally walk over and greet us. Once we had a server, we thought it would get better but we had to stop others to ask for refills, napkins and our check. The server would reappear and then be gone from sight. My Coke was completely flat and when I asked for something else, I was treated as if I were just a complainer. He never apologized or acknowledge my concern. Just brought me an orange juice. We checked into the waitlist online that mentioned it was an hour wait. We showed up to check in at the hostess stand at exactly 1 hour when the online said we were 15 minutes from getting a table. She mentioned we were 8th in line for the table. After waiting 30 minutes, we checked back to see how close we were to a table. The hostess mentioned we were now 9th in line. She said that more people got on the waitlist online before us had checked in at the hostess station. After an hour and half waiting for our estimated 1 hour wait time we were farther away from getting a table and the online timing still was at 15 minutes. Had we known it was going to take longer than the hour, we could have stayed at home longer if the online times were more accurate. With 2 little kids we couldn't wait any longer and decided to go somewhere else. read more

My husband and I came in for a quick lunch. (We had an appointment roughly a hour later in the area) The hostess sat us down in a closed section. (Not sure if she was aware of this) We sat there for roughly 6 minutes before we were acknowledged by the staff. We were about to get up and leave for we were on a time restraint. About then, one of the sweetest servers came up & took care of us. (Ask for Mori; she definitely knows the definition of customer service) She apologized for the mishap and even Marcus (GM) came to our table as well. Point:: these two staff members did an excellent job of making our experience a good one verses a bad one. We shall return again. The food was great, too. I've been to this restaurant in Orange Beach, AL and other places so I was SUPER excited to hear about it coming to Warner Robins. I went during the 1st opening week in April 2023. And I've been once before in May 2023. I been underwhelmed with my experiences unfortunately. The location is in a little shopping area so parking is limited. My complaints are the wait- people are usually lined up outside and mingling around in the small area inside as well. And then once seated it seems like it takes forever to get your food. The last time I went I had to keep reminding the waitress about items needed. The food doesn't even taste as good as I remember. The second time I got the beignets were cold. The potatoes had no seasoning or flavor. The chicken and waffle was good. I tried the omelet - no flavor. Overall - it just hasn't been up to par for me. My friend agreed that it doesn't taste as good as the other ones we've visited. read more

Dining here was a very refreshing experience. The menu was new and surprising. They had a section for traditional style breakfast but that was only a small section. The rest of the menu was exotic and somewhat exciting. For example, i would have never thought to have crab cakes for breakfast but that's what I got and it was enjoyable. One thing that I did notice was that on Sunday morning we arrived around 9:00 a.m. and were seated immediately. 5 minutes later the weight was over 30 minutes. It gets packed really fast. This may not be a problem when it gets warmer because there's seating outside. What I noticed was the smaller parties of no more than two people can get seated much more quickly than the larger ones. I only gave four stars because once we were seated and had ordered it took five out 35 minutes for us to get our food. I have no other complaints as our server was knowledgeable and helpful when offering suggestions based on what we liked to eat and what he had tried before. A breakfast restaurant well overdo for Warner Robins. The staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable on the menu and able to suggest items that they think that we would like. The honey lemon, blueberry, and French toast were amazing and very flavorful, the blueberries sprinkled on top were a much needed asset. My husband had the crabcake Benedict sub scrambled eggs instead of poached And it was tremendous. Lots of flavor bursting in your mouth. I would recommend that dish for more of a brunch than a breakfast, as it was very savory instead of sweet but overall amazing dishes amazing staff the restaurant is clean and spacious. beautiful fixtures and a full stocked bar, it is great for families as they have multiple. high chairs and are very family oriented. In a word - Awful. Simply baffling how many positive reviews this place has received. Does not match reality. Wait times are absurd. Hour to get in...20 mins to get served. 20 mins for food to arrive. Cold at that. We both had Eggs Benedict. One order the muffin was not toasted. The other was seared. Could have done better at iHop or Huddle House. Major disappointment. It doesn't seem logical that they are so slow given there were so many employees walking all over the place. They had enough spare time to spend socializing amongst themselves and staring into their phones. Guess there must be something really cool happening in the kitchen, they spend a LOT of time back there disappearing. 2-hours of our lives we will never get back. Will NOT return. Definitely the best place we visited while in Warner Robins GA. Very friendly hostess and waitress. The place was very clean and a cozy, contemporary dining room. We walked in and were told it would be 20 minutes to be seated. They put it in their system and we went out to look at a couple of the nearby businesses while waiting. I was texted 10 minutes later and we were seated in the front far corner. Our waitress made a couple of recommendations and which we ordered one of. The one we didn't order but saw another table get was the lemon blueberry French toast. I would definitely order in the future. Anyway, I got the supreme omelette, which was very good. My wife got the chicken and shrimp salad that she thoroughly enjoyed. I tried a bite of shrimp and it was very tasty. Also, the restrooms were really clean. Great food, atmosphere, servers and hostess. What more could you look for. This is where tips are deserved. read more

This morning we attempted to eat at ABE. I've eaten at many ABE cafes over the years, and always enjoy it. We checked in online and arrived at 8:15. We were seated at 8:28. The inside is very nicely decorated and clean. It is very noisy, which I expected especially with their being a bar. We got our drinks around 8:45 and ordered food at the same time. They were out of sausage, cold brew coffee, and no seasonal berry waffle that was advertised on the window. My Dr. Pepper was flat. We waited until 9:25 and still didn't have our food. Meanwhile others seated after us already had their food. We asked and were told ours would be out in a few seconds. We requested our tickets and take out containers since we knew we would be in a rush. A few minutes later we were told the order was entered and the server never pressed send. Needless to say,we had to leave without eating. I realize they are new, but this was an awful experience. I have been eating at ABE in other locations for over 10 years. I've had to wait before to be seated, but I've never had to wait so long and never get food. This was a very disappointing experience. I may save my ABE breakfasts for the beach. read more

This is our second time eating here. I won't review a place until I've visited more than once. To start, ambience and service were good on both dining occasions. The place looks clean and our hostesses was prompt and courteous. The food, however, leaves something to be desired. Each item we've gotten on the menu has been subpar at best. From watery eggs and watery sauces, to English muffins that are straight out of the week old bin and not toasted. There must not be a salamander in this restaurant. Even the cheese is straight out of the refrigerator. The "fresh fruit" had frozen strawberries and blueberries in it. The coffee tastes ok so no complaints about that. For all the hype, they surely don't live up to it. Please do better, at least for your future customers. read more

Terrible service from waitress who could not grasp the concept of hot tea with milk and brought the milk 20 minutes later after the tea was cold. Any request me made -- beverages, tea/milk, etc she would disappear at length instead of responding. True, we understand she was new. But she clearly has no inclination to even attempt good service. She's uneducable, apparently. We waited 45 minutes for our food after ordering and finally asked another server and then got our food. Though it was well-prepared and delicious, it was by then lukewarm, so this was just one of the many examples of us being forgotten by a distracted server who has no clue. Normally, I avoid writing negative restaurant reviews. Reluctant to put even the slightest dent in a business reputation. But feel dining enthusiasts should know about some negatives at "Another Broken Cafe" in Warner Robins as these mean a waste of money. Breakfast here is expensive but expense is not justified. Ordered food to go on August 25, 2023. Took about 45 minutes to get food. Worth the wait for my friend's breakfast of Honey Lemon Blueberry French Toast with eggs and chicken sausage. Everything was delicious although order didn't come with real maple syrup and serving of about 7 blueberries barely justified their inclusion in name of dish. Just a footnote: Apparently dish is seasonal, and its season is ending. Don't know when season rolls around again. I wanted to order Veggie Delight Omelette with fruit salad as side. But was told there would be an upcharge of $3+ for fruit salad even though that is: * Shown as side for Veggie Delight Omelette in photo on restaurant website. * Free default side for Skinny Omelette and Monterey Power Omelette. Didn't want to pay upcharge but did want omelet with fruit side, so ordered Skinny Omelette. Big mistake. Just say "ick". Maybe quality depends on chef on duty. Did not enjoy flavor or texture of Skinny Omelette which contains asparagus, roasted red peppers, roasted garlic cloves, fresh herbs and green onions. Garlic was the main offender. I love garlic, but omelet contained way too many whole mealy garlic cloves with garlic flavor cooked out of them. Ate 2 or 3 cloves, but since they were so unappetizing, fished out the rest which left omelet in disarray. To add injury to injury, did not receive English muffin supposed to be included with omelet. And fruit salad to-go serving looked skimpier than in-restaurant serving. Plus some pieces of fruit looked past their prime. At least one other review mentions items missing from to-go order. Based on that, should've checked bag before we left restaurant. Will only give restaurant a second chance if someone else is buying. read more

The Omelette arrived with watery hollandaise sauce with no flavor, very bland. Very few crawfish tails, sausage. Eggs were cooked to perfection. My wife's Eggs Benedict was an hard poached egg sitting on top of the crab cake and the side order of fruit was 90% grapes and two apples slices that were browning. My Wife's ice caramel coffee did not taste normal. She has enjoyed them in the past. It is very obvious there was not a quality control person observing the drinks are food coming out that day. Ordered the Sunrise omelette, and decaf coffee. Eggs were cold, English muffin was not toasted. Was told the toaster was broken. Ended up getting a full refund for the meal. Paid for the coffee along with my wife's breakfast. Noticed we paid $5.69 for a single cup of coffee. My fault for not reviewing the price. IHOP charges $3.29 for decaf. Seems a bit pricey for a cup of coffee that is nothing out of the ordinary. Server was fine, and apologetic.
