Caramel marshmallow latte with caramel sauce and matcha latte.

The quiche is amazing and so are most of the pastries. The coffee however, is really bad. They skimp heavily on any added flavors like they did with the matcha. Previously, I got a lotus drink and it tasted like sparkling water with a tiny hint of flavor. Don't come here if you're looking for good coffee.

If you enjoy a more cozy coffee atmosphere, between friends might be for you. It can get a bit noisy but it's the sound of community and friendship. Their waffles are great and the prices are even better. Lots of drinks to choose from, from frappes to espresso, so tea. Pretty sure all the food items are made to order so you could be waiting a bit but the staff will bring your order over to you. It is a nice change from your chain coffee shops.

This is a great coffee shop. The shop has a very large selection of tea and coffee, as well as many desserts and breakfast sandwiches. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, my tea and breakfast sandwich was very good.

Friendliness of Staff 5/5 Speed of Service 5/5 Flavor of Product 5/5 Energy and Experience 5/5 Like most of you, I've been around the block when it comes to coffee shops. They all do essentially the same thing, right? They're all kinda processed, based on mermaid-brand transactional consumption, a sort of mindless, sterile, soulless force of addiction. So please join me in reimagining my delight when we walked into Between Friends at 930am on a Saturday morning to a bustling, humming community of full tables of chatter, kids dancing around their cinnamon buns, staff calling out orders in rapid pace, and even then the lovely human at the register patiently and heartily walking me and my companion through non-dairy options. My friend and I sat for...I don't know, an hour (what is time?!) enjoying our coffees and the energy inside. I had the Florence, a lavender and coconut latte that I requested made with coconut milk, and it was perfect. I'm always hesitant to order flavored coffees because (a) I generally prefer my coffee black, which may or may not hinge on (b) most flavored lattes are too flavored and overly-syrups and unbalanced and are hard to get through the whole cup. WELL. Please let me tell you about this lovely, nuanced, artful latte I had and how it was very possibly the best flavored coffee I've had. Obviously, YMMV depending on your personal preferences, but Between Friends is my new standing date location and if I lived closer would be a daily/weekly stop. Thank you Between Friends team for making such a delightful oasis in central Georgia!

My partner loved the Harper Lee Latte and gets it every time we go. I love the aesthetic of this place and there's so many drink options and choices that it could be a bit overwhelming. I haven't yet found a drink that I like quite as much as my partner has with his; but most of the drinks I've had are decent. The employees are super kind and helpful with the customization, and can tell whenever I visit that lots of locals visit this place for studying, eating lunch, and just hanging out. Looking forward to trying more drinks!

Visiting this part of Georgia with some friends, and we were brought here because it's "the best in the area"! Super cute literature-inspired cafe with tables that are laminated with vintage book pages from classics like Alice in Wonderland and Winnie the Pooh. The menu is extensive, most named after famous writers. Incredibly delicious! Also love that they have a little library that you can borrow from. Thanks for the experience!

Chicken sandwich.

This is not a bad coffee shop when it comes to their drinks. But I ordered the chicken sandwich & got a patty that looked like it came from a kids meal, no sauce, nothing. Then I asked the employee if I could switch it out because I didn't realize it was like this & she told me I have to order a different sandwich. Then I asked for cheese & egg so I could salvage this sandwich & I had to pay for that. Definitely better with coffee than their food.

Well... the burgers look better than they taste. The patty does not have enough beef (or maybe not good quality beef?), which was dry for some reason and somewhat crumbly. Also, I'm meh with most beer, which I feel is the main pro of this place. There are TVs around for those who want to watch the games and drink beer, so I can say I'm most likely not the crowd this place is trying to draw. There are other places to chill with friends that have better food imo. Oh, and the ranch is watery. The chipotle ranch too. Choose a different dipping sauce unless they've changed it since I've last been. I know it's my bad for choosing boneless wings, but if Korean fried chicken places can keep them juicy, so can every other establishment. The ones here are dry. Notably, they do all day happy hour on Sundays. That's fun.

My husband and I were looking for a place that was dog-friendly and had good drinks and food. Well well well, winner winner chicken dinner! When walking in, you're greeted by a friendly host or hostess. They saw our pup and showed us to the patio. It was a nice day so the temperature was wonderful and they even had dog bowls of water sitting out. The patio had TVs but we're not into football and just found something to watch on our phone. The waiter was phenomenal and very attentive but not overbearing. He made suggestions about the drink menu and was considerate to the fact that I drink virgin drinks only. The patio was relatively enclosed with screens to keep flies away. Regarding the food, it's an easy menu with not too many options. This keeps ticket times down and food comes out quick and hot. I had a quesadilla and my husband had the blackberry burger. It was absolutely delicious! The waiter even brought out a piece of bacon for our dog on a little platter. It really is the little things. We will definitely be back!

From the moment we walked in, the vibe felt like a cozy cabin retreat with rustic accents. It was clear that a lot of intentional thought went into designing this space, it's one of those cafés where you keep noticing little details the longer you're inside. Merch is everywhere in a very on-brand way. Immediately to the right, there are T-shirts, mugs, and other coffee-related items for sale, including ground coffee beans. Just about everything is branded with the café's name. Personally, I'm not sure I'd wear a hat or T-shirt with a restaurant's name unless I worked there, but I can see how fans of the brand would enjoy it. Seating options are plentiful and varied, which I really appreciated. You can sit inside, on the rooftop, or on the outside patio. According to their website, they also rent out the Legacy Room, rooftop, fire pit in the rear, or even the entire house, with pricing clearly listed. They also host monthly events, which makes this spot feel very community-oriented. While it wasn't super crowded when we arrived, the chatter was lively and created a nice, welcoming energy. The staff matched that vibe, friendly, warm, and attentive from the start. The menu offers a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and smoothies, along with breakfast, lunch, and a custom brunch menu on Sundays. I would love to see more vegetarian options added to the menu, though. That said, there was a solid pastry selection, including several vegan and gluten-free options, which was nice to see. I ordered one of the January specials, the White Mocha Valencia Latte, and my husband went with an Americano. Drinks are available in 12oz, 16oz, and 20oz sizes. We also ordered the Flatbread. The online menu listed mushrooms as an optional topping, but they didn't have any available, so I opted for no toppings. We decided to eat the flatbread there, and a very amicable young lady brought it out to our table. I really appreciated that the staff took the time to double-check with the kitchen before saying no to anything. I asked if they had crushed red peppers for the very cheesy flatbread, and after checking, she let me know they didn't. My latte was enjoyable, well balanced and sweet without being overbearing. The flatbread was just okay for me. I wasn't a fan of the marinara, and I think crushed red peppers would have helped elevate the flavor had they been available. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Woodlands. The space was clean, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was ideal for writing, reading, or catching up with friends over coffee. It's definitely a thoughtfully designed café with a lot of potential, and I'm glad we finally made it in.

For cocktails, my husband ordered the Mango Sunshine & I ordered the Cucumber Mojito. Both were refreshing & tasted good overall, but did seem quite weak. For dinner, my husband ordered the braised short rib from the Specials menu & I ordered the lamb chops, one of my absolute favorite foods. I ordered the lamb chops medium rare & they were quite overdone, with the last one I tried to eat being well done. The brussels sprouts on the other hand were quite underdone, and were solid to the point that I couldn't even stick my fork through them. I asked for asparagus as a replacement, which ended up being underdone as well. My husband felt his mashed potatoes were too salty & that his broccoli was cooked into mush, but had no issues with the short rib. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly, & the complimentary biscuits were absolutely delicious. Overall, for the high prices they charge at this establishment, it is absolutely not worth it. I do not think we will be returning.

Trying to find even just a great steak place here in Warner Robins is super hard to find. We found one but they closed. After all week of travel and getting home I was starving and not cooking. I had been to Props once and the food was meh then. Nothing to write home about but it wasn't horrible. So I decided to come back for a second time because it was close to home and I was craving a steak. I ordered the Del Monaco Ribeye and it definitely wasn't that cut of meat. It was super thin, grissly, and super tough to chew. For $48 a steak, you want it to have some thickness to it and be tender, not like chewing leather. It was so tough to chew but I muddled through it and ate it because I wasn't going to sent it back to the kitchen for a reattempt for another steak to go to waste. The Mac and cheese was decent and so were the Brussels. I do let my server know so she would have the feedback and she recommended the NY Strip next time. Now...going back to the service. Even though the food is a little disappointing, the service and attention is excellent. I would come here again just to have Presley serve me. I like that this place pours the wine and not ask you 3, 6, or 9 oz pour just so the house can make their money off one bottle of wine. Presley is a people person, attentive to her guests sitting at her bar, and a good leader. She has conversations with the people around the bar and makes them feel welcomed. The ambiance is nice and the restaurant is clean. So overall, I gave it a three star for the service, not necessarily for the food. I think for the price of the food, the quality of the food isn't there. Flavors are good but quality is not. I'm okay spending money to great food but this is definitely overpriced for the quality.

The service was fast, and we got our food pretty quick too. Their ground beef empanadas came out hot, beautifully fried and the meat wasn't dried out like some places I've had. It was flavorful and filling. Definitely recommend getting some to start with or as a plate (with rice and beans) if you aren't super hungry. The curry chicken was creamy, and while jerk chicken was listed as being spicy, it most definitely wasn't. Between them both, I found curry chicken to be more enjoyable since the chicken wasn't as dry and tastier. The rice, beans, yuca, sweet plantains, and tostones were all good. I usually prefer black beans, but their red beans tasted better in my opinion. All of their sandwich options seem solid, and if I lived nearby, I would absolutely try each one. The pan con bistec was filling, adding fries is not necessary, but I like fries in general, so I found it worth it. The bread used for sandwiches is also given at the beginning with a green sauce to eat it with. I believe one is spicier than the other though the flavor overall is mostly the same. Not that any of the food needed additional flavor, it was nice to have when I want one bite to taste a little extra. My biggest regret: not buying a bottle of their Francesca sauce (green sauce). It added a nice citrusy, salty flavor and brought a bit of spice to the food. It's a very versatile sauce. I will be back for it and their empanadas.
