We arrived on today (Saturday) at 11:30am to meet some friends for brunch. The party of 8 was told…read morethat the wait was 45 minutes. Expecting a wait at what appeared to be a very busy local spot, we spent the time stretching our legs after the drive in, catching up and taking pictures, so the wait was no biggie. Finally, we were ushered to our table. The servicer had tables all over the restaurant and seemed like she was run ragged. After waiting so long outside, I believe that the delay to be served our drinks was far too long. No one ordered a specialty drink, unless you consider my bestie's bottled grapefruit juice that was served after the otherdrinks for some odd reason "specialty". My son's kids meal, 2 scrawny chicken tenders and a very small mixed fruit arrived and he had devoured it before anyone else's food arrived, and he was asking fir the rest. Of note, there was also another child in our party. She was served with the adults. Once the rest of our meals arrived to our table, we were in a much less crowded restaurant, and pretty hungry. The portions were quite large, and everyone's meal arrived as ordered. We left satisfied, but we just could not understand the delays once we were seated! I wasn't blown away by the experience overall, but I would call in an order or two of those gouda grits for pickup if I lived nearby.

Overall our visit was a 4/5. The wait time for our food was a little long but not surprised given there was a crowd celebrating a birthday & it was peak dinner time. My family loves this place!

For cocktails, my husband ordered the Mango Sunshine & I ordered the Cucumber Mojito. Both were refreshing & tasted good overall, but did seem quite weak. For dinner, my husband ordered the braised short rib from the Specials menu & I ordered the lamb chops, one of my absolute favorite foods. I ordered the lamb chops medium rare & they were quite overdone, with the last one I tried to eat being well done. The brussels sprouts on the other hand were quite underdone, and were solid to the point that I couldn't even stick my fork through them. I asked for asparagus as a replacement, which ended up being underdone as well. My husband felt his mashed potatoes were too salty & that his broccoli was cooked into mush, but had no issues with the short rib. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly, & the complimentary biscuits were absolutely delicious. Overall, for the high prices they charge at this establishment, it is absolutely not worth it. I do not think we will be returning.

Plenty of parking. Easy to find. Seated quickly - had a large party of over 10. Staff was great. Very clean. I was torn between pasta and stuffed chicken. Went with Caesar salad with Parmesan vinaigrette.... Yallllllll that was the best tasting salad dressing I've ever had. Omg! The salad was delicious. The stuffed chicken was ok. Needed more seasoning but I think it was also a texture thing for me. I thought it was going to be baked but had a crisp exterior. I probably just didn't read. Nothing that the restaurant did wrong. I'm going back. The Parmesan dressing alone... has me in a chokehold. Everyone I was with lived their food.

Definitely thought it was going to have a lot more corn though. And there was also black beans in it. What would make it a 10: more corn, no beans. Santa Fe eggrolls 8/10 "Three crispy egg rolls stuffed with seasoned chicken, sweet corn, melted cheeses, and peppers. Served with our smoky chipotle ranch for dipping." - Good flavor. One of the egg rolls was completely empty. Also nowhere in this description does it say black beans but there was black beans in them- won't order again because of this. What would make it a 10: no beans, and make sure they all have something inside. Grown-Up Dilla 7/10 "A golden grilled flour tortilla stuffed with a blend of jack and cheddar cheeses, fire-roasted jalapeños, roasted corn medley, and tender grilled chicken. Served with your choice of dipping sauce." - got the jalapeños on the side. Lots of cheese. Little chicken. Definitely could have been grilled a little crispier. And again- black beans- gross!! Dipping sauce we chose was the Chipotle ranch- yum, and a none-to-mild spice level! What would make it a 10: more chicken, no beans. Super upset that everything I ordered had black beans in it and NOWHERE in the menu descriptions said that there was black beans in ANYTHING. Had they included it on the menu and I had known each of these dishes had beans- I would have never ordered any of this food and would have picked other menu items without beans in them.

Not sure if that's their intent. My son liked his Cajun pasta but it honestly didn't look great and my chicken fingers were really stringy and looked overcooked and really inedible and I think that has nothing to do with kitchen staff or anything. I think that's just how they are to keep costs down. Stringy chicken is a cut not a cook. Fries were floppy, not sure if that's how intended either but had good flavor and when we left some the staff was smoking cigarettes in front the store.
