Drinks came out but buns weren't cooked and arrived at same time of food, they were also a little doughy on the u see cooked side. Not sure if that's their intent. My son liked his Cajun pasta but it honestly didn't look great and my chicken fingers were really stringy and looked overcooked and really inedible and I think that has nothing to do with kitchen staff or anything. I think that's just how they are to keep costs down. Stringy chicken is a cut not a cook. Fries were floppy, not sure if that's how intended either but had good flavor and when we left some the staff was smoking cigarettes in front the store. We went on a Friday night and were surprisingly seated right away. It took awhile for our server, Chy, to come over, however she apologized as she wasn't aware she had a new table. Mid week visit to O'Charley's. No wait time for us, we were able to be seated immediately. The dinner rolls came fresh & hot. I ordered the Atlantic salmon with mashed sweet potatoes & green beans. Ordered my salmon grilled but you could also choose blackened as an option. My husband opted for the grilled chicken dinner with broccoli & mashed potatoes. Restaurant was clean. The service was excellent but there was a crushed bug on the wall at our table. The restaurant had the smell of a roach infested apartment. This restaurant is in great need of a remodeling. Where is the pineapple chicken they use to serve or the herb chicken with spinach salad? My husband and I celebrated my birthday at O'Charley's, especially for the prime rib. I am so glad they have brought it back to the menu. (We regularly ate prime rib at this restaurant before they spotted carrying it.) Antonio was our server, and he was outstanding! Never were we without our drinks being refilled, and our courses each arrived in a timely manner. And that prime rib! Oh my gosh, it was so delicious! Especially with the mushrooms and onions on top. We will be back for the prime rib again, but in the meantime, we will continue to enjoy the half and half lunch specials. read more

This sucked. We ordered fried pickles and waited 20 minutes for them. Then our food came out and still no pickles. Idk if our waiter forgot or just left them but we reminded him and he brought them after our food. So we were full and didn't even eat them. And he didn't take them off the bill. Walked in to eat lunch today. Was greeted with a lovely server with a great attitude and she was very attentive. It was lovely until her section started getting busier and we realized she was saying the same things to every customer, the same script. Recommending the same drinks and appetizers, and even complimenting the same things like sunglasses or rings. It was very awkward as we realized our server wasn't actually being friendly at all and was simply smiling and reciting a set script to everyone. It felt like we were being waited on by a robot as she didn't say anything else that wasn't also said to every other customer. She simply didn't know how to respond if it wasn't in her script. It would have been nice if the recommended different appetizers or didn't say the same thing to everyone all the time, or even just simply didn't use the same small talk lines with every table in her section in the span of 10 or so minutes. It was just robotic and weird, we could tell she didn't care at all about our answers or responds to her small talk because she was just going to have the same conversation with the table right next to us in a minute. read more

When you first come in to the restaurant you'll see seating area while you wait for your table to be cleaned. You'll be greeted by the host or hostess they'll get you checked in to the waiting list if there's any. It took my family about five minutes to get seated and waited on. The waiter who waited on us was very professional and made sure we were pleased with our dinner order and made sure also our drinks were refilled in a timely manner. There is plenty of seating around the restaurant and also the bar has plenty of seating if your wanting a beer, wine or something special. The food is just barely edible at the best of times. I've given this location multiple chances, and I've always been disappointed. Their burgers are greasy (and almost never prepared correctly even though they observe the formality of asking how you'd like it cooked, same with their steaks), their vegetables are *always* undercooked, and their fries are often soggy and gross. Each time I've eaten here, I wished I hadn't, and I absolutely cannot recommend it. This gets two stars ONLY for the very kind, and thorough service I always received. Service was just ok. tThe server was nice enough, but a bit off. We we left without refills for extended periods of time & the night was not really busy. We ordered 2 alcoholic beverages and those took 15 min to complete due to the bar being backed up so points were docked for that. Our party of 4 had steaks, so it took a lil extra to prepare our meal. Steaks were all cooked to specification sop no prob there. All in all, it just wasn't memorable. A co-worker and I visited this location while we had a two hour break from work. I'd recently visited the O'Charley's in Macon, so I was looking forward to this location. We got there a little after 3 o'clock and there were literally around five other customers besides us in the restaurant. Though we were seated quickly, it took such a long time to get our food. Unlike the Macon location, this location had a lot of employees just kind of sitting or milling around. I can't say that our waitress was the most attentive. I had to wait for my water refill. It took so long for my tenders (I ordered the all you can eat Tuesday Tenders) that I really wasn't able to finish them because we had to head back to work. We literally had to flag down a random employee to get the check so we could leave. Can't say that I'll be visiting this O'Charley's again any time soon. I love the o charley's in Atlanta. This one however, I will not be returning to. Service was fair. Water was great! I ordered the cajun chicken pasta which was my favorite. It arrived warm (not hot) the peppers and onions were in large pieces and raw. However the most concerning part was the chicken! It came sliced paper thin! Wasn't sure it was chickjulien at first. It was not a blackened chicken breast as mentioned in the menu. It didn't look at all appealing! I looked as though a layer had been pulled from a baked chicken had been used. Food was fabulous, as expected; service was definitely NOT what we have come to expect! Lunch, on Wed; we were celebrating my husband's retirement and were relaxed and ready to enjoy ourselves. We were greeted and seated quickly. Busy at lunchtime, our waitress came quickly and was efficient taking our order. And that was the last experience of good service we had. It took 5 min. for our salads to come, and both with the wrong salad dressing. We had to ask for our drinks to be brought, and it took several minutes for them to come. Our lunches arrived fairly quickly, i was asked to verify my steak was cooked correctly (it was perfect) and the person disappeared. I waited about 8 min for someone to check with us again, at which time i asked for steak sauce. Refills on our drinks took forever; but all the food was just delicious. My husband commented that his ribs were better than usual; fall-off-the-bone and yet not too fat. Potatoes were light, fluffy and well done. We were offered refills on our drinks as well as the Wed free pie for take-out. We will certainly return to O'Charleys, but probably not to Warner Robins. read more
