Prices were reasonable and average for the food we got. The ambiance and atmosphere was very nice with a good choice of music and nice lighting, however it was a little cold. First time i had the chopped steak It was served with a gravy that I didn't love. Very sweet. Maybe 2 mushrooms,I didn't see any onions. The food is good but there is a weird smell in the restaurant. Also, it's impossible to cut steak for takeout with the fork they give you. This is an issue at every Longhorn. I mean, great steak but I have use my hands to cut the takeout steak every time. Every time. read more

One bartender was gone doing something and the other just kind of ignored me and asked other people if they were finished eating and closed them out. I sat at the bar for dinner since it was busy in here. 2 older gentlemen sat down next to me and we're aknowledged before me and I felt some kind of way. I had the house golden ale TALL and it was good. The 8 oz Stirling with a loaded baked potato and probably the best grilled asparagus I've had in a long time. It was the weekend so I understand they were busy and every seat at the bar had someone in it but a quick hello, we're busy as you can see I'll be with you in 5 minutes goes a long way. We are always too full for dessert every time but doesn't mean we aren't tempted! They always make room for a party of 10+ for use and never had an issue. First time eating at this location. It's been many years since I've eaten at a Longhorns. The strawberry pecan salad was outstanding and it is only $5. The appetizer wings were good also. The lobster and shrimp chowder was really good. My daughter's steak was okay and cooked perfectly but it was still just okay. We were at the Longhorn in Perry, GA. Saturday night for a baby shower. 1. The wait was longer than expected as there were some folks that wanted to sit and talk after they paid rather than get out of the way to make room for other guest. 2. When we were finally seated after an hour wait, they put us right next to where the servers had to go in and out of the kitchen. There were also some folks behind us that were sitting out in the aisle to our backs. The servers as well as other guest had to make their way between us and were brushing up against us every time they went by. This is totally Unexpectable as NO ONE should be making contact with each other. 3. I had the 7 pepper salad. This was the most substandard meal I have ever had at this facility. I crossed my utensils to send a message to the staff. I didn't not want to make a scene in front of our other guest at the shower. 4. The other issue was the margarita's were horrible. They had little to no taste and almost tasted like a watered down mojito. I did let our server know that I was dissatisfied. I will never set foot back in that establishment again! read more

The staff was super friendly ! They quickly got a table ready for our party of 4. Our server was very friendly and fast. We ordered fried pickles for an appetizer which were good-not the best fried pickles but decent . I ordered the shrimp appetizer for my meal . There are slot of shrimp - I could have shared ! Saturday night, passing through the area, and I needed a decent meal before finishing a 700+ mile road trip on my motorcycle for the day. I have had pretty good experiences at Longhorn Steakhouses in the past, and really this is the first time I have ever been disappointed. I walked in and got a seat at the bar (I was alone... no need to take up space at one of the tables) and got a drink pretty quick, but it seemed like the bartender was not really in the mood for presenting decent customer service. I put my order in for a flatiron steak (really, it is the only thing I have ever ordered at Longhorn in years) and it was fine. Cooked just the way I like it, and the sides were good as well. I also had ordered the spicy chicken bites, and those were decent, but it is very disappointing to see that they have dropped the calamari appetizer from the menu... I really enjoyed that appetizer! Anyway, as far as the food was concerning it was good. No issues there. The service just needs to be spruced up. I have been to other locations and their service is more enticing to me, and because of that I compare this location with those other locations, and come up with minuses unfortunately. read more

We've been coming for years. We know not to come on a Friday or Saturday night. If you keep this in mind, you should have a great dining experience. The only thing we make sure now is to not sit at the bar in one of the booths.
