I ordered it chilled since I was not sure exactly what time I was going to pick it up and I didn't know exactly what time we were going to eat. I had it ready by 2:30, and picked it up by 2:50. The app instructed me to go inside to pick it up, which is what I did. I told a team member what I was looking for, and they were able to get me everything I needed. They verified that I didn't need more sauce or more paper products. It was very painless experience. As always, the team members were very kind and eager to help. The store was very clean and I would not hesitate to come back here and eat. We followed the heating instructions exactly and they turned out perfectly. FYI, a small nugget tray is 64 nuggets. Enough for eight people. And I didn't sound like a whole lot at first, but we made 2 1/2 meals out of them. LOL

The restaurant is always spotless, the service is fast, and every employee I've interacted with has been genuine and kind. I've never once felt rushed or undervalued as a customer. Something I also really appreciate is that they provide opportunities for individuals with disabilities. The patience, support, and encouragement they show reflects a workplace that values people and it really stands out. Overall, you can tell the leadership has made a big difference. This location has truly improved, and I think anyone who hasn't visited lately should give it another chance. Great team, great service, and consistently great experiences.
