I took my mother here for her birthday today when it was less crowded and it didn't take long to get seated and few minutes to get waited on. Since my previous review along time ago and this time I have to say the food taste is still the same. I ordered the fish, fries and corn and same with my mother and had to send mine back due to seasoned everything on the fish, fries and corn when there was not to be any season on the food entree due to having a high food allergy. My mother entree was fine. I am not sure it took couple of times to get my dinner entree corrected and fix the server kept bringing the entree back to me. I'm not sure if the kitchen manager or restaurant knew about my entree getting messed up from the cook who made my entree. I understand mistakes happen but not right after another. Yes, I told the waitress I wanted my entree with no seasoning. For what it takes to prepare each lunch and dinner entrees for each customer/guest I would hope orders don't get overlooked and made however the cook feels the need to make a entree for a paying customer/guest. Not everyone likes heavenly seasoned that overpowers a food item no matter what it is. read more

Let me start by saying I rarely do reviews on restaurants, but I was so disappointed I decided to submit this one. I ordered take out this evening from Cheddar's and I must say it was Meh. I don't eat it that often, but it is usually pretty good but not this time. I ordered chicken and shrimp with green beans and a baked potato with bacon on it. I also ordered a kid's alfredo. I parked and got the to go order but realized after I got home, I was missing some things from my order. The potato was missing and when I opened the container the green beans were all over the place and some portion of them were hard. I had none of the honey mustard or cocktail sauce for my entree. I did attempt to call the restaurant and was put on hold to talk to a manager but never got to talk to one since I hung up after about 10 mins. Left an entire order out of the bag item we picked up. Refused to bring us the new food. I suggested they call Uber and get it done. Since it was their mistake. Oh no, we don't actually correct our mistakes here. Made us wait forever on phone to get management to handle a refund. Waited three days for the refund to show up although we paid them right away. And the credit wasn't for enough money. They forgot to refund us the tax. Called back, spent 20 more minutes of my time and effort on their mistake that they're real sorry about and the guy gives me a whole line about how corporate handles refunds and what they did and how they made a decision and frankly I don't give a shit I need my three dollars back for what you overcharged me. Yes I'm petty enough to stay on this until it gets done. We paid for food. We drove to the restaurant to pick up our food. We did not get all the food. We deserve a full refund on the food that we did not get. Why am I the only one working this hard to solve this problem? I would've gave zero stars. On Jan 15, I came in an was immediately sat at a dirty booth, because we ask to change booths we were given the absolute worst customer service ever. Prior to this visit we had excellent service. This location needs to do better than be upset when customers point out problems with service, first we shouldn't have to. You got mad and upset that I would not drink from filthy glasses that hadn't been washed, after you moved me from a filthy booth with food under my feet. Please do your job, you chose it, I didn't. I didn't even have the pleasure of ordering an entree. The manager was just as horrible as the dirty table, floor, and glasses. My Pros: Definitely ordering the "Onion Rings" "Pain killer" drink and the "Croissants" The croissants were the best dinner bread I've had in a while. I also ordered the "Beer battered Fish & Shrimp Platter" My Cons: The shrimp tasted liked cocktail shrimp that was battered and fried. Nothing special or tasty seasoning to rave about. Highly recommend upgrading dishes and overall the look and feel of the menu. Honestly the current menu looks like a high end assisted living community menu and the platings devalues the causing it to look like cafeteria food. For the most part Cheddar's has good food, the only complaint I have so far it that they add sugar to their green beans and it was not listed. I was very unhappy with this and mentioned it to the waitress going so far as to mention that I was diabetic and had to watch my sugar intake, she was unbothered by this and did not offer to replace them...not good customer relations! read more

We came on Saturday for 2pm at a lunch hour and were seated immediately. Our waiter was extremely kind. We each got a complimentary croissant, which was delicious! Our food was yummy, but we weren't a fan of the honey mustard dressing so definitely recommend a vinaigrette! The chicken on the pasta was decently on the colder side while the pasta was extremely hot. I was also offered a croissant or garlic bread, and chose a croissant since I'm not a huge fan of Texas toast style garlic bread - I didn't say anything about it, but it was pretty good! Arrived 530p on a Sunday night. Not really crowded, seated right away and lots of open booths. Upon seating noticed floor was dirty and not cleaned after each table turned, bus boys paid no attention. Staffing was good but took time to be greeted , ordered entrees and they came before the side salad, server did apologize. So absolutely terrible. Really, really bad. Someone with a microwave and freezer full of frozen diners could put this place out of business. It's worse than fast food but three times the cost. Unfortunately I would not recommend this cheddar's . My wife has celiac's and we told the waitress . Even specifically told her no croutons on the salad . When the salad arrived it had croutons, ok no big deal . We reiterated that she has celiac's and asked for it to be remade without croutons . Instead of remaking the salad she simply removed the croutons and you could still see all the crumbs . This was complete disregard for what we asked do to the celiac's . Cheddars seems to have some good times and bad. The food has been mediocre each time we've gone. Once I ordered a wrap and it was horrible. The front staff (hosts/hostess) seem confused sometimes upon entering the location. The restaurant doesn't seem the cleanest sometimes. I've seen napkins, straw wrappers... just debris on the floors every time I've gone here. I would still recommend just for somewhere to go but it's not the top of my list, more like a last resort. read more

The crossiants were absolutely SCRUMPTIOUS i felt like i was in heaven, grandchild said she did not like the kids burger. My other grandchild got the kids alfredo and she said it was good. And we went again and my grandchildren both got the kids chicken tenders and one said it was scrum (scrumptions) but the other one didnt really care that much. This place is beautiful on the inside, that of a very expensive restaurant although it's not. Everyone was friendly, we were seated right away. The service was good. My friends and I were very disappointed lasagna wasn't on the menu anymore. This was my first visit here, my friends were telling me how delicious the lasagna was. I hate I missed out on that. I ordered bourbon salmon with broccoli and cheese casserole and baby carrots. My first dinner here was excellent! All the food was seasoned to perfection. The salmon was very flavorful and moist. The floors needed attention as well as the bathrooms. It was clear they have been neglected throughout the day. This is not a restaurant I would recommend going to. Last night we ordered curbside pick up. My husband SPECIFICALLY said NO SEASONING on my steak bc of my allergic reactions. What I ate was half cooked green beans, soggy broccoli & YES a steak with seasoning!! The seasoning was light but it was still there so today I'm dealing with the effects. I tried calling the manager but after the receptionist asking to explain my issue, I was left on hold & no manager ever came to the phone. I'll never order from them again. Why haven't I been here since living in Warner Robins for 6 months?!?! Well yesterday was my first time here and I fell in love. This place is always busy so that has to be a good sign of how good this place is. I asked the server for a suggestion because it was my first time in this establishment. She suggested either the montecristo sandwich or the country fried chicken. I went with the country fried chicken, my friend went with the sandwich. Boy was I glad with her suggestions, this was literally the juiciest fried chicken I EVER had. I asked for my gravy on the side because I like to dip my chicken that way my fried chicken doesn't get soggy. My friends sandwich was also to die for.... imagine a deep fried ham and turkey cheese sandwich breaded in funnel cake, topped with powdered sugar and raspberry preservative on the side............ Came to the reception desk, placed our name in for myself and wife and 2 year old daughter. Initially was told 20 minutes wait, so we went out and waited. 20 minutes later we notice various other guests just walking straight in and getting seated. ( was given the excuse that there was only certain areas that they could put a height chair.) we also noticed various other parties seated and attended to in a much more expedient manner. After complaining, we were seated. Chase was our server. After we finally got seated things were reasonable. Main complaint was the mismanagement of the seating process and having to wait until we complained, then magically getting seated after other obviously later arriving guests were seated before us. We almost didn't eat at Cheddar's this evening because the parking lot was full, people were waiting around outside and inside. We were surprised to have Cheyenne seat us immediately. Sydney provided excellent service. Delicious warm crescents drizzled with honey butter were served with our tea while we were still pondering over the menu. We were kept well hydrated with unsweetened tea refills. I had the chicken pot pie and Caesar salad. The salad was good- maybe a tad too much dressing for my taste, but I was not disappointed. The pot pie was perfect- a flaky crust topping and big prime chunks of chicken, peas and carrots. My friend had the half-rack of ribs with a honey bbq sauce and a baked potato. Except for a dark blemish (bruise) on the corner belly of the potato, he was content with his meal. We asked for the manager to commend her young hostess and server. The manager, Mary Ann, proudly identified herself as the owner. She offered to replace the potato. We told her that was unnecessary, as we overall enjoyed our visit. She recognized her staff with praise and presented herself professionally and with optimism! We enjoyed the clean and comfortable surroundings of cream brick and light stain wood (knotty pine). The music, light and contemporary, was played at a perfect volume, mixing with the happy background chatter of conversation, clinking dishes and the ping of silverware. Not a bad place. The bread is to die for-croissant covered in a sweet honey dressing-absolutely delicious. You do need to make sure you pick the right food -I had the Monte Cristo-never had it before (not a local) but I was told to try it-wow-one Donny favorites dishes-it really did taste like a savory sweet donut. I even had leftovers and ate next day for my lunch and it was even better! My Friends had burgers and chicken dishes all good. Cant complain about the price-reasonable $$ Been there 3x and had reasonably good food-don't expect cordon bleu then you won't be too disappointed! read more
