Pardon My Cheesesteak - Half of "double" Philly missing other sandwich although on the wrapper it said "2 cheesesteak." Slightly more meat, not $18.99 worth.

Honest review here. The food was good. Unfortunately it left much to be desired considering our…read moreorder incorrect and quite expensive for the amount of food received. The original Philly was delicious, as was the Chicken Philly and the Chicken Chipotle Philly(even though we ordered the Original Chipotle Philly). We ordered FOUR sandwiches and a 5 piece chicken tender meal with fries for the kids. What we received were THREE sandwiches and the chicken meal. On their site, there is an option to "double it up." It says "two regular Philly sandwiches, for $18.99, so essentially you'd be saving a couple bucks. Not a big deal but when you are trying to feed a family of four, any savings are appreciated. The sandwiches were small, They were 6 inches I believe. Apparently whomever prepared our "double up" sandwich did not know that it was to be TWO sandwiches(as per the website), not just double meat on one sandwich. THAT sandwich had an appropriate amount of meat had it been the price of a single($10.99 I think?)... The other sandwiches that we got- Chicken Philly and the Chicken Chipotle Philly were good but had hardly any meat- I would guess maybe three ounces. And again, we had ordered the Chipotle beef, not chicken. Luckily for us, we all eat beef and poultry so it was fine, but if this happens frequently I'm guessing there will many more upset patrons and I doubt the restaurant will survive long. I say that because I'm a veteran of the F&B industry and I've seen more than a few great places close due to mismanagement... With a little tweaking this place could be good. Back to the food- the chicken tenders were large but flavorless. The fries were literally undercooked school cafeteria crinkle fries and were very few in quantity as well. The total before delivery fee, tip, etc, was about $60. So yeah... imagine our disappointment when we received our sad little sack of food that ended up costing a pretty penny and could barely feed us all. Definitely do not recommend if you want your order right and to be satiated. If you do want to try it, because, like I said, it WAS good- GO TO THE STORE! I'm not sure if you can do that actually but if so, DO IT! That way you can at least inspect it first and don't end up hungry and PO'd. Side note- check out our pictures compared to the ones the owner has advertised. Of course the advertised ones look amazing but I feel like the food should *slightly* resemble it

The service was fast, and we got our food pretty quick too. Their ground beef empanadas came out hot, beautifully fried and the meat wasn't dried out like some places I've had. It was flavorful and filling. Definitely recommend getting some to start with or as a plate (with rice and beans) if you aren't super hungry. The curry chicken was creamy, and while jerk chicken was listed as being spicy, it most definitely wasn't. Between them both, I found curry chicken to be more enjoyable since the chicken wasn't as dry and tastier. The rice, beans, yuca, sweet plantains, and tostones were all good. I usually prefer black beans, but their red beans tasted better in my opinion. All of their sandwich options seem solid, and if I lived nearby, I would absolutely try each one. The pan con bistec was filling, adding fries is not necessary, but I like fries in general, so I found it worth it. The bread used for sandwiches is also given at the beginning with a green sauce to eat it with. I believe one is spicier than the other though the flavor overall is mostly the same. Not that any of the food needed additional flavor, it was nice to have when I want one bite to taste a little extra. My biggest regret: not buying a bottle of their Francesca sauce (green sauce). It added a nice citrusy, salty flavor and brought a bit of spice to the food. It's a very versatile sauce. I will be back for it and their empanadas.

When I do, I really enjoy the drive-thru and interacting with the crew members. One of them is very nice and has a smile all the time. When you order through the drive-thru, you get directed to a parking spot with a number, and then they bring out your order to you within a few minutes. Great selection of food, I've had the fries, pretzels, as well as the mushroom cheesesteak before. What I really like is their sustainable packaging, they don't really use a lot of plastic except for the dips. As for the fries, any extra I can just pop it in the oven in the container that they gave it to me in, and after that, I can recycle the container. I really hope that they continue using paper bags and foil as much as possible. Great small business, the only thing that I would say is that for those looking for this place, it may be a little hard to find because they only have a sign on their storefront. Would love to see flags or additional signage directing people to the store from the road. Looking forward to continuing supporting this business.

My food was ready when I got there. I couldn't wait to devour that Philly! Unfortunately, it lacked flavor. It was almost like no seasoning was used. Very disappointing. The fries were good! The bread was soft, the meat was tender. It just lacked flavor.
