You get so many options as far as add-ins and they can make it completely customizable to your preference. There's quite a wait and it takes them 15-20 minutes to prepare each order. But trust me, it's worth the wait! That reminds me, tomorrow is Friday and that means $4 smoothies!!! You know where I'll be.

After I asked if the employee was there the manager quickly (and very rudely) took the call and tells me the employee no longer works there and asks me to stop calling as he hangs up the line. In my confusion, I called back to try to find out exactly what was going on and what I had done to deserve such treatment. Twice my call was sent to a voicemail that was full. Although I still do not understand my experience and treatment from that day, I can undoubtably say that I will not give my business to an establishment that treats paying customers the way I was treated, without any reason or explanation. It was highly unprofessional and bewildering to say the least. Customer service is/was horrible, I will not return, and I do not recommend.

The portions were quite large, and everyone's meal arrived as ordered. We left satisfied, but we just could not understand the delays once we were seated! I wasn't blown away by the experience overall, but I would call in an order or two of those gouda grits for pickup if I lived nearby.
