You get so many options as far as add-ins and they can make it completely customizable to your preference. There's quite a wait and it takes them 15-20 minutes to prepare each order. After I asked if the employee was there the manager quickly (and very rudely) took the call and tells me the employee no longer works there and asks me to stop calling as he hangs up the line. In my confusion, I called back to try to find out exactly what was going on and what I had done to deserve such treatment. Twice my call was sent to a voicemail that was full. Although I still do not understand my experience and treatment from that day, I can undoubtably say that I will not give my business to an establishment that treats paying customers the way I was treated, without any reason or explanation. It was highly unprofessional and bewildering to say the least. Customer service is/was horrible, I will not return, and I do not recommend.

I tried the mangonada which was very good except they had them sitting in the freezer instead of making them fresh which made it hard to drink because the drink was initially pretty frozen. Other than that I was good. I also had the elote which had a really nice balanced flavor, but they used canned corn instead of fresh which definitely drew away from the flavor experience. I called and the lady who answered said they do indeed have it available. I arrived 10 minutes later and they had it ready to go for me. The gentleman at the counter was also very helpful. This is not your we sell health and nutrition products on the side store. Their primary and core focus is a real deal health and nutrition. There were many products I have been recommended before from a nutritionist and homeopathic practitioners available. Many items you would struggle to find at any other place. I docked one star because their prices were on the higher side of the spectrum. I just moved from Phoenix and I could buy a 32oz bottle of 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide for about $24. The 16oz bottle at Yvonne was $22. I went looking at other items I buy normally and they were a decent amount higher priced. Yes, I am taking the covid factor into account. All in all if you need it immediately, then based on walking through the store, you will likely find it here. But if you aren't in a hurry and can find a proven reliable online source, you will likely save 20-30% that way.

It is really good even with its tartness. The young lady who prepared my tea was super friendly. The older lady running the register asked if she had given me a punch card. I said no. She asked if I was planning on coming back. I said yes, hoping the drink would steer me to return, but how do you answer a question like that when you haven't even tasted the product? But it just made me feel that you don't get a card if you are not coming back. I guess I sort of understand. However, I'm not easily offended. I will return to try another tea!!!
