I've been coming to this Burger King for a while now, and I truly have to give credit to the team here. The woman who seems to be the manager (I wish I knew her name!) is always so polite, professional, and incredibly efficient. You can tell she cares about her job and about creating a positive experience for everyone who walks in. The restaurant is always spotless, the service is fast, and every employee I've interacted with has been genuine and kind. I've never once felt rushed or undervalued as a customer. Something I also really appreciate is that they provide opportunities for individuals with disabilities. The patience, support, and encouragement they show reflects a workplace that values people and it really stands out. Overall, you can tell the leadership has made a big difference. This location has truly improved, and I think anyone who hasn't visited lately should give it another chance. Great team, great service, and consistently great experiences. read more

I don't know what the heck was going on inside the kitchen but we had ordered a double whopper two whopper juniors an order of onion rings and a slice of pie.. what we got was 3 hamburgers completely covered in enough mayo to feed Africa and no pie. We tried wiping off the mayo but.. the meat was cold like freezing cold and we didn't get our pie. PLUS the girl at the speaker was speaking like a hood rat. Never going there again read more

Extremely slow service I waited 20+ minutes as a DoorDash delivery driver for an order that should have been ready in 5 minutes. The restaurant was not busy and it was 4:30pm on a Thursday. Do better Burger King. read more

As an avacado/ guac lover, I was really excited to try the new impossible California bacon whopper. I just moved to Georgia and this was my first visit to this specific Burger King. First off, the ladys working were very rude. Then, after paying for 2 meals I asked for ONE sauce and she said I would have to pay .25 cents. Since when do you not get at least one sauce per meal? Last and most important, I open up my burger and there is a teeny tiny smear of guacamole that doesn't even cover the bun!!!!!! This is unacceptable. BK #15731. Waited over 5 minutes to order 2 carryout #1 whopper meals. Fried was old and dry, whoppers lack the mainstay ingredients. Meat was dry, bottom of bun was dry, as though the meat was removed from a previous whopper and placed on toasted bun and given to me. Wasted my time and money to get charged for BK whoppers that was lying around. Will not use this BK in the future. read more

I went her like a year ago, i spent my birthday week in the er due to bad food poisoning, from not washing their hands, when i called managers, they told me they wash hand's every 30 minutes and i had a friend who worked at a burger king , she told me they tell people they wash hands every 30 minutes, and she had told me they dont actually make anyone wash their hands, and this was during the covid pandemic, i wemt almost a year without eating at this place until my boyfriend brought me a whopper, and i was scared to eat it because of how sick i was when i got the food poisoning, i was sick for a week and my mother was sick for two weeks, we ate a whopper and a cheeseburger from their and we both got super sick, we were in and out of the emergency room because we were constantly throwing up anything we ate for a while, we refused to eat there for just about a year, im hoping the person who cooked our food was fired or something, using hand sanitizer (i feel like) isnt the same thing as using soap and water, sure it has alcohol to kill germs but id rather know that they use soap and water, i made sure that the food was cooked and not under cooked when i did get sick from it , im very picky with the way my food looks and is cooked, especially eggs and meat, nkw im alot more cautious about where i eat, and how the reviews look, even reviews from 9 + years ago matter to me, this was unprofessional on all ends read more

The burgers are pricey for 9$ a meal but overall this is a great drop in for lunch place and a better alternative to McDonald's but it's no 5 star buffet. 3 Stars read more

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. This morning we ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and croissant, when my fiancé got home she realized they had given her a plain sausage biscuit. The sausage was almost black. We live very close so she just drove back up there only to be told that they were out of biscuits. In the three minutes it took to get back you ran out of biscuits at 10:30 on a Sunday morning? They ended up taking the sausage off the biscuit she already had and replaced it with bacon egg and cheese. My croissant looked like they either sat on it before putting it in the back or beat it to death. read more

I have gone to this location every week for the past eight weeks. Every time I visit this location, Ms. Angelic always is very professional and has a ready smile. By far the worst place I've ever been in. I like Burger King, but I swear the service here sucks. Stupid employees that wanna stand around and play on their phone rather than deal with customers. And when you bring it to the managers attention, he just looks at you like your in the wrong for coming in. Me and my dad went there to try them hot dogs and they where cold and the buns where cold too, plus they don't put enough onion's on the hot dog's.
