When you order through the drive-thru, you get directed to a parking spot with a number, and then they bring out your order to you within a few minutes. Great selection of food, I've had the fries, pretzels, as well as the mushroom cheesesteak before. What I really like is their sustainable packaging, they don't really use a lot of plastic except for the dips. As for the fries, any extra I can just pop it in the oven in the container that they gave it to me in, and after that, I can recycle the container. I really hope that they continue using paper bags and foil as much as possible. Great small business, the only thing that I would say is that for those looking for this place, it may be a little hard to find because they only have a sign on their storefront. It says "two regular Philly sandwiches, for $18.99, so essentially you'd be saving a couple bucks. Not a big deal but when you are trying to feed a family of four, any savings are appreciated. The sandwiches were small, They were 6 inches I believe. Apparently whomever prepared our "double up" sandwich did not know that it was to be TWO sandwiches(as per the website), not just double meat on one sandwich. THAT sandwich had an appropriate amount of meat had it been the price of a single($10.99 I think?)... The other sandwiches that we got- Chicken Philly and the Chicken Chipotle Philly were good but had hardly any meat- I would guess maybe three ounces. And again, we had ordered the Chipotle beef, not chicken. Luckily for us, we all eat beef and poultry so it was fine, but if this happens frequently I'm guessing there will many more upset patrons and I doubt the restaurant will survive long. I say that because I'm a veteran of the F&B industry and I've seen more than a few great places close due to mismanagement... With a little tweaking this place could be good. Back to the food- the chicken tenders were large but flavorless. The fries were literally undercooked school cafeteria crinkle fries and were very few in quantity as well. The total before delivery fee, tip, etc, was about $60. So yeah... imagine our disappointment when we received our sad little sack of food that ended up costing a pretty penny and could barely feed us all. Definitely do not recommend if you want your order right and to be satiated. If you do want to try it, because, like I said, it WAS good- GO TO THE STORE! I'm not sure if you can do that actually but if so, DO IT! That way you can at least inspect it first and don't end up hungry and PO'd. This place is most definitely on my top 5 list in the rankings of "Best Philly cheesesteak in Georgia." I have been driving around looking for this place since I came to the area for work about a month ago. It's hard to find because it seems to be hidden in plain sight in a nondescript store front in the old town / Main Street area of downtown Vidalia. The small store is a mom and pop operation and they ship their bread in from Philadelphia on a daily or weekly rotation. The particular sandwich I had was phenomenal (all the way cheese steak with hot peppers). Now that I have found it, I plan to make it my go to spot whenever I'm craving a Philly cheesesteak.

From the moment I called in, his customer service was top tier. Professional, warm, and intentional. He made sure my order was right, sent a quick payment link so things moved efficiently, and had everything ready by the time I arrived. That's how you run a business. When I pulled up, he greeted me with a smile, brought my food out, and confidently told me I was going to enjoy it and he was absolutely right. I originally planned to grab my food and go, but his energy made me slow down, sit, pray, and actually enjoy the moment. I asked for a lime Jarritos, and he recommended pineapple instead to pair with the jerk seasoned wild caught salmon sandwich. That recommendation was on point and really elevated the whole experience. That sandwich hits. Every bite pops with flavor across your entire palate. The salmon was perfectly cooked, juicy but not soggy. The kale had the right crunch. The onions tied everything together. And that homemade garlic butter on the salmon took it to another level. It's a creative spin on a traditional cheesesteak. I'm sure the beef options are great too, but if you want seafood, this is the move. I've had a Philly cheesesteak in Philly before, and honestly, I don't need to go back. When I'm in Atlanta, I'm coming here.
