When I come to Wingstop to order chicken wings I always get either BBQ or Hawaiian but it seems like the chicken wings taste like it's over powered and overcooked by the sauce and you can't taste the chicken. The service is always hits and mess when you try to order at the front counter without having to repeating myself to the staff who is taking my order. Ambiance is somewhat loud especially when they are playing music in the back the staff having to talk loud to each other about the food orders. We ordered our wings well done. When we got them, they were barely done. One of the women working seemed to have a child care issue so had her kids (three teens and an infant) in the restaurant. Mad respect for her because she's making it work. My problem was she changed her infant's diaper in the dining room and then went straight back to the kitchen without washing her hands. I have been a wing eater for many years and have tried all the major chains and to me these rank up there with the best. No star is not an option.....Not sure why we decided to give this Wing-Stop (Centerville location) another chance. We always order at least 50 original, with fries and extras sauces. We have never had a correct order. They have "forgotten" 10 wings at a time(and don't package flavors separately), missing extra dips, wings over done, some flavors not tossed..make sure to check BEFORE you leave because they don't care if they screw up your order once you're out the door - too bad. Order is NEVER ready when app and email says it should be. I really don't mind waiting as long as I have an approximate time frame. Always double the time, at least, and that is probably why this location turns off the pay in store option on the app which means you have to pay to place order then wait twice as long or lose $80-$100. No one who works there cares or attempts to try for any semblance of customer service and they've been through not just a few employees over the past couple of years. I've been to plenty of other Wing-stop's throughout the US, so please don't judge the rest by this one...just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

Speaking of "cooked", I ended up nuking my wings in my microwave bc they weren't cooked well enough. I don't like my wings medium-rare. This place has terrible service. I have tried to order here twice, most recently on 1/1/2022. Both times they have canceled my order and failed to refund my card. I ordered online and then got a call saying they were "out of wings" I asked to sub it for chicken strips and they said they couldn't do that at all. I then asked her to confirm that this time they would refund my card since the first time they just kept my money. She confirmed that yes, they would refund it but then asked me to give HER my card number... I said yes, do that, and then she hung up. 14 days later and my card was charged and not refunded and I am now having to dispute ANOTHER charge with my cc company for food I did not receive at all. I visited the Wingstop restaurant on Watson Boulevard 16 December 2017 and ordered a 10 piece Lemon Pepper with light seasoning over the phone. I arrived at the restaurant within 15 minutes and the order was ready. I checked my order in the store and noticed it was all Drums, which I did not order. So I informed the cashier and she had the cook add 5 Flats. The Flats was over cooked and saturated in grease. The drums was also saturated in grease, you could literally squeeze the chicken and grease would drip off the chicken. There was a layer of grease that completely covered the bottom of the food container. I will be returning this order tomorrow for a refund.
