Okay, let me preface this with....sometimes you don't always come for the food, you come for the great service. I've had my plenty share of amazing steaks all around Atlanta. Trying to find even just a great steak place here in Warner Robins is super hard to find. We found one but they closed. After all week of travel and getting home I was starving and not cooking. I had been to Props once and the food was meh then. Nothing to write home about but it wasn't horrible. So I decided to come back for a second time because it was close to home and I was craving a steak. I ordered the Del Monaco Ribeye and it definitely wasn't that cut of meat. It was super thin, grissly, and super tough to chew. For $48 a steak, you want it to have some thickness to it and be tender, not like chewing leather. It was so tough to chew but I muddled through it and ate it because I wasn't going to sent it back to the kitchen for a reattempt for another steak to go to waste. The Mac and cheese was decent and so were the Brussels. I do let my server know so she would have the feedback and she recommended the NY Strip next time. Now...going back to the service. Even though the food is a little disappointing, the service and attention is excellent. I would come here again just to have Presley serve me. I like that this place pours the wine and not ask you 3, 6, or 9 oz pour just so the house can make their money off one bottle of wine. Presley is a people person, attentive to her guests sitting at her bar, and a good leader. She has conversations with the people around the bar and makes them feel welcomed. The ambiance is nice and the restaurant is clean. So overall, I gave it a three star for the service, not necessarily for the food. I think for the price of the food, the quality of the food isn't there. Flavors are good but quality is not. I'm okay spending money to great food but this is definitely overpriced for the quality. read more

This is one on my favorite places to eat. I went for my birthday lunch on a Monday. I really hate to say that it was absolutely awful. My partner and I both ordered steaks and they both came out grey. Our server who is normally excellent was also horrible. Maybe it was an off day but on a $120 check I expect better. On a drive back to McDonough from Florida we stopped at Props for a quick meal before reaching home. Sports bar and a restaurant that you can go to for a celebration. Nice decor with music at conventional level. We started with the crab claws. We chose the sautéed garlic. They had lots of specials that wasn't on the menu and a full menu where there is something for everyone. We ordered one of the specials that wasn't a part of the regular menu It was a Denton Pork ribeye served with wasabi mashed potatoes a side of asparagus and topped with Korean bbq sauce. The most moist and flavorful pork we have ever experienced. Top notch in every way. also ordered . A props salad with blackened salmon. We finished our meal with a dessert from their specials which was a fried apple pie served with ice cream. Overall our meal was great, service was mediocre. Late lunch with my daughter and grandson. The place was busy but efficient at 3:30 in the afternoon. I had the chicken Marsala special with brown butter noodles--seasoned perfectly. My daughter had the burger and my grandson the grilled cheese with fries. We ordered corn ribs and cheese curds for appetizers and I had the No Fly Zone mocktail. Everything was hot and delicious! Ranch dipper was homemade! The grilled cheese was off the kids menu but was adult sized with a platter full of those skinny French fries and both were absolutely delicious! Kelsey was our server and she was spectacular at keeping us happy without being annoying. The airplane decor is tastefully done and the servers dress like flight attendants. They had a concept and stuck to it as much as possible. Did I feel like I was at the airport? No, I wasn't rushed or pressed for time in the slightest (thank goodness), but I can see the vision. Big bar in the center and seats around it. Servers as flight attendants. It was nice. Food was good too, not something all airports can boast. We got the carbonara pasta, the Stone Mountain burger, beer battered fish and chips, and their meatloaf. Everything was was good, including their passengers (sides). I upgraded my fries to parmesan truffle fries, and those were delicious though near the bottom, they were super, super salty. It also came with coleslaw, and it was my first time trying a sweet coleslaw, which I found to be refreshing with a light crunch. It paired nicely with the fish, which wasn't overly oily. Their tartar sauce was good, but I don't think enough was given. I suppose I could've asked for more, so that's on me. For a place supposedly known for their steaks and seafood, the pasta was pretty good as well. We were so disappointed with this meal. While the service was friendly and very attentive, the food was awful - Incredibly oily and terrible flavors. Not a single member of our party of five ate their entire meal. Do you know what it takes for an 11 year old to refuse to eat their Mac and cheese? Because I didn't know that was possible before now. For the high costs of the entrees we had much higher expectations. The flavors were more in line with what I'd expect from a Chilis (although I think that would have still tasted better, and I hate chain Sysco restaurants). My wife and I visited on 12/20/25 around 4:00 p.m. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. My wife ordered the Chef's Burger, which lacked seasoning and mostly tasted like char from the grill. The bacon and bacon jam, however, was very good and the highlight of her dish. I ordered the shrimp scampi, a dish I frequently order when dining at Props, so I was surprised that it was extremely bland and lacked seasoning. Interestingly, the couple seated next to us also ordered the shrimp scampi, and I noticed one of them adding salt and pepper as well. Props is usually a reliable choice for us, which is why this visit stood out in a negative way. Although we were disappointed, we are not the type to complain and chose to eat the food anyway. Stopped in while on vacation recently. We had a party of 4. They informed us we had about a 45 minute wait, but since we were a good 15 minute drive from our hotel we decided to wait it out. I don't think it took the full 45 minutes at all, they got us in pretty quick. Our waitress was phenomenal. She was clearly our age (GenX) and more than willing to joke with us. She made our visit extra great! The food was pretty great as well. We decided to turn it into a sort of impromptu tapas situation by ordering a lot of appetizers to share. We ended up getting the Garlic Cheese Curds, the Gator Bites, and then we also ordered the Fried Okra, Truffle Fries and Hushpuppies off the "sides" section. Everything was really, really good. I will say, this was the best fried gator I've ever had. I also ordered an Afterburner Burger with Brussels Sprouts and Prosciutto, because I love me some good Brussels. My only real complaint here is that the food prices do seem a touch on the high side, for what is in essence a slightly better Red Robin dining experience. Ordered this via Uber Eats and had it delivered to my house. I've only had the pleasure of ordering delivery from them, but the QUALITY of the items ordered far exceeded any expectations for a delivery order. The first entree was a New York Strip with a Loaded Baked Potato and a side salad. Whenever I have steak, I'm normally at the ready with Heinz 57, but this steak needed NO sauce - it was cooked to perfection and seasoned so well it required absolutely no doctoring. The baked potato was DEFINITELY steakhouse quality - hearty, baked JUST enough, and chock full of toppings. I'm used to having more potato than toppings, and it was an EXTREMELY pleasant surprise that this time, this wasn't the case. The side salad was fresh, and The second entree was the Crunch Burger with Deep Fried Hushpuppies. The combination of the potato chips, bacon, cheese, and special sauce was like nothing I've experienced, and they REALLY have something special with that burger! Also ordered the Garlic Cheese Curds, which were decadent and addicting, and mistakenly dipped one of the hush puppies in the marinara sauce - I've NEVER liked marinara sauce as much as with the hush puppies. My wife and I come up to Warner Robins every now and then to stay and eat. We have always ate at props. So far, at least until tonight, it's been great all around. Tonight I decided to go a step further and order the $108 Wagyu steak. It was probably the chewiest steak I've ever had. My wife's $50 steak was as tender if not more so. The service was great. Haley was our waitress. The sides and dessert were good. Actually the music was a little loud. I don't normally complain, but I won't ever order that steak again. read more

Went to Props today for lunch and it has been a while since I last went with my girlfriend. I believe they did a re-opening last week and they had all new seats and a new menu, so I was excited. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive to our table, always nice to have good service when paying a lot for a meal. We started off with some calamari and it had like a honey chili sauce on it, which was okay. It was just very sweet to me and I wish it had more chili than honey, but it was still good. I think it was like $18 for this appetizer. I love calamari, but I am not sure I would order it again. The calamari at Carrabas is better in my opinion. For lunch I ordered a Prime Dip Sandwich and upgraded my fries to truffle fries for an extra dollar. I think this sandwich was about $22 - $24. The truffle fries were fantastic and definitely would order these again. The presentation on the Prime Dip sandwich was a little "off". The flavor was there and it tasted good, but it was kind of falling apart. Most of the meat had slid outside the bread and I had to put it back together before attempting to dip it in the au jus. Overall, it was okay, but I was hoping for more than okay when paying these kind of prices. read more

If you are looking for good seafood and a great experience, Props is the place to come to. My husband and I recently moved to the area and noticed the crowded parking lot every time we passed by. We finally decided to dine here on a Thursday for date night. The restaurant was busy even though it was 30 minutes away from closing time, 9pm. We decided to sit at the large bar which wasn't too busy on that particular night. The ambiance is relaxed, yet the service is upscale. There were several people celebrating birthdays that night, so every 10 minutes or so the staff came out to sing Happy Birthday to each table. Our bartender was jovial and told us about the drink special for the night Apple Cider Sangria, which I ordered, and my husband had Cathy's Cocktail. We both enjoyed our drinks. We had the calamari for an appetizer it was crunchy and seasoned well. For my entrée I had the grilled seafood platter, which included salmon, shrimp, and large seared scallops. My sides were broccoli and brussel sprouts. Everything tasted fresh and was cooked to perfection. My husband had the Cajun red fish with rice and green beans, and he loved it. I've been back here several times. The Crab cakes are really good. And last year I tried the Delmonico steak. OMG. The best steak I've ever had thus far in middle Georgia. It was succulent, tender, flavorful and just bursting with flavor. I paired it with mashed potatoes and broccoli and I think rolls came with it. Waitress was withdrawn, reserved and only introduced herself with the no other conversation or acknowledgment of our requests. The food was subpar! Props had great customer service and the food came out pretty quickly. I liked the airplane themed restaurant and the waitress was knowledgeable about the dishes. I would have liked for the portion sizes to be larger or at least a larger waffle with the fried lobster for the price of the meal. My personal preference would have been a waffle crispy yet still soft. But the waffles with my meal were still good and didn't even really need syrup. I enjoyed the fried lobster the most - it was fried just right and had a flavorful taste. For the appetizers, we had fried green tomatoes and the crab & spinach dip and those were pretty good. The fried green tomatoes were fried harder than I like, but they were seasoned really well and the sauce that came with them was good as well. The crab and spinach dip was good as well.
