I would like to thank our server with the exceptional service provided by our waitress. She demonstrated attentiveness, kindness, and respect throughout our dining experience. However, the conduct of the kitchen staff and manager was disappointingly subpar at best. Prior to visiting this establishment, I took the time to read the reviews and found them to be lacking in experience, due to the scarcity of seafood boil restaurants in the vicinity. Tisk tisk to me! Upon placing our orders, we were served 5 head-on shrimp and 5 crawfish for our half-pound portions. Despite the manager's assurance of using Jumbo shrimp, a quick online search revealed that a 1-pound order typically consists of 21-25 shrimp, leaving us dissatisfied with the mere 5 pieces received. Furthermore, we had requested head-on shrimp but were mistakenly given head-off shrimp, which we had to return. Regrettably, upon the re-serving of our shrimp, the food had already turned cold. In addition to the temperature issue, our order contained only 5 pieces of shrimp and 5 crawfish, accompanied by a cluster of crab, which the crab was only accurate portion! The quality of my Mai Thai cocktail was below average at best. The ambiance of the restaurant was typical of a seafood boil establishment. While I commend the waitress and the quality of the seafood, I can only award this establishment 2 stars. Unless you wish to be shortchanged and deceived, I strongly advise against patronizing this place. Save yourself the time and money. Seeking clarification, I requested to speak with the manager, who proceeded to film the shrimp being weighed with a silver pan in the kitchen. Unfortunately, the accuracy of his "response" remains questionable, as the weight of the pan was not disclosed. Quality of food, and owner's customer Service is terrible! Waitress very delightful. I was given some old soft king crab legs that tasted horrible, I took about 2 bites and the owner said because I ate some they could accommodate me with any discount or refund! This is a 62$ combo! They dug through my trash bucket which I had put everything in because I lost my appetite once I bit into the crab meat. First Time Experience! When I arrived there was only one other party in the restaurant at lunchtime. It was not busy at all. But that's a good thing. I started off with a sweet tea to drink. Waitress said she had just made it. If it had a tad bit more sugar,  it would have been really good, but it was definitely drinkable, or else I would have requested a soda. I selected calamari, of course, for an appetizer. I ordered them extra crispy with lemon pepper sprinkles. She brought out the lemon pepper sprinkles just in case the cook forgot. He did! They were good. However, I could tell a major difference when I added those sprinkles-much better. Now the calamari fry batter does not stick well. It crumbled in my hands upon taking a bite. Definitely needed to be fried a tad bit harder also. But would I order them again? Most definitely! For my entrée, I got the Tasty Noodles #1, which had shrimp, eggs, and sausage. The spaghetti noodles were cooked to perfection. The spice level had a kick, but it was tolerable and to my liking. I'm quite sure they can take it down a notch if requested for non spice lovers. The dish is like enjoying a boil but as a pasta. Now, I don't know if the restaurant is on a budget, but I'm not used to dine-in food being brought out in styrofoam containers. This place was awful! the crab legs were soggy and hardly had any meat. we had to wait 20 minutes to get someone to bring us a fork to break the shells open to dig out the meat therefore left cold food. Easily the best seafood in Warner Robins! The prices are high, but the quality is higher. If you're looking for a great night out and amazing crab legs, shrimp, corn, sausage, fries, etc. look no further. I've seen comments about the literal writing on the walls, and yes, there are a few bathroom-esque comments, but the quality of the food more than makes up for it. Place is great. Food is so delicious and worth the price you pay. Price can get a little high but it depends on what you order and how you order it. Drinks are great and very tasty. Great place to go on a date or just by yourself or with your family. Serive is good as well. The servers take good care of you and they don't really ignore you. They are very attentive to their tables. Which I really like about not having to wait forever for them to come back to my table. My husband & I moved to Warner Robins from the Gulf Coast & love seafood. I ordered 1/2lb snow crab $15 & an additional basket of 10 fried oysters. $10 My Husband ordered the fried shrimp basket with French fries. $15 My cluster of claws was particularly small. There may have been 3 full bites of crab. It came with one, little, red potato and 1/2 corn cob. The corn was disgusting- obviously frozen corn and overcooked. It was rubbery. The whole meal was coated in a heavy, overpowering, sauce. I guess it was supposed to mimic a crab boil? Love crab boil, but Not impressed. My husband ate one French fry and peeled all the breading off of his shrimp and dipped them in cocktail sauce. The fried oysters were terrible. The problem with all the fried items was the flavor of the oil was strong, and the breading was heavy and undercooked. The wait staff was nice and attentive. The restaurant seemed clean. I figured it's hard to go wrong with frozen crab claws & shrimp. I was wrong. We didn't complain or send anything back because we didn't think they could improve anything, even if they cooked the shrimp & oysters longer, they'd still have that gross flavor. Upon arrival I was seated immediately and given a menu, it's Christmas Day so the restaurant wasn't packed but the wait staff was professional and accommodating I ask to turn on a basketball game and they obliged. Wish I could give this place a 0 star! I am visiting from out of town and came here. Foremost, the place had LITERALLY 4 tables and 7-10 employees. We were seated by the hostess (who was so occupied on her phone). Once seated, we LITERALLY sat there for 5-7 minutes and had to stop someone to ask if she was our server. She stated she wasn't and that she'd be back. About a minute later, our server came. She was nice enough. We placed our order after asking why they only allowed fried combos Monday - Friday. She stated that she'd get the Manager to come over and explain. She came back with our appetizer and stated that the Manager would be over to speak with us. So, we see this guy just walking around and my cousin said, "I think that's him." I said, "no, couldn't be because he's just walking around and it's not busy at all." About 5-minutes later he comes over...wow, he was the manager! We began to tell him about the service as soon as we walked in AND the fact that they still had Valentine's Day specials on the table toppers. He advised about the reason why they do not have combos available any other time except during the week on Monday-Friday ("that's just the way it is."). As we're sitting there trying to be nice and stay because we'd ordered our entrees, an employee who was clocking out for the day decides that she wants to say goodbye to her co-workers by loudly saying "ya'll enjoy y'all's day, and don't let ANYONE be 'rude' to y'all." This was it for me! The Manager and employees are young and clearly don't understand customer service or know how to run a business. I will NEVER come here again, and neither should you. We paid for the appetizer and drink we received and left to come to Yami Crab! We are here now and it's like day and night!
