Arrived at 8:25, server was nice. Ordered meal, food-salad bar and 2 other entrees. Three tables in the entire restaurant. Salad bar had not been wiped or cleaned in how long ????. Some of the bowls were empty. Food from bar was on floor in front, causing a real slip hazard. Food was okay, certainly not worth the $$. Finished, waited on check, waited, waited, asked the person wrapping utensils to find our server. Said she would be out, was taking care of the to go orders. Waited, waited, finally went into kitchen, 3 people standing around and asked her if we could please pay. We waited approximately 30 minutes for our check. On Saturday August 22, 2026 I made plans with my sister inlaw to meet at the nearby Ruby Tuesday in Warner Robins Ga. and arrived before me. Because I had somewhere to be soon after I asked her to go ahead and order for me , so that by the time I arrived my order would be coming out and I could arrive at my other destination on time. It was already after 4:30 by the time I arrived at the restaurant. When I parked I went in and there was no one at the front...so I looked around located my sis and went over and sat down. She then informed me that in the almost 20 to 30 mins she had already been sitting there no one had come over and took her drink order appetizer nor food order. She also told me that she did not know if the lady that was in our area across from us was our waitress but that she had been standing at that table with those particular patrons talking for at least 20 mins or so. She was not taking their order ...they were having a full blown conversation. We sat there a little longer and I decided to go ahead and just fix me a salad because I knew I wanted one with my entree. As I sat there eating it...I continued to look over to see if she would ever stop talking and come to our table or anyone for that matter. That was about another 10 to 20 mins. Finally while growing more impatient with the service we were NOT receiving I politely said to her...excuse me and she turned around. I asked her could someone please take our order. She proceeded to ask me..."oh SHE hasn't taken your order yet"...who SHE is we still do not know. I answered her by saying no! She then said "I think Angel Angie or something like that is your waitress...I will go get her in a minute". No urgency or anything because she stood at the table talking to the patrons at least another 15 to 20 minutes after our interaction. At this point I really just can't believe the absolute disregard and disrespect towards a customer that we were experiencing. Not knowing or realizing that it was about to be even more of a nightmare of incompetence. So she finally walks over to us after FINISHING her conversation with the couple whom had already finished eating paid and boxed up their leftovers. She says again I can't believe SHE hasn't taken your order and then ask if she can get us anything to drink. I asked about a bottled water and then decided not to get it. She went to the back and came back to inform us that the bartender would be coming over to take out order shortly. Still yet again NO urgency in customer care. Then the bartender approaches. NO hello NO apologies. Just an attitude and asked us what we wanted to order. We were over it by then and I by then needed to leave because I had somewhere else to be and had already wasted an hour or more in the restaurant that I had not yet received a drink appetizer or a meal but I wanted to make sure I paid for the salad that I was eating before leaving. So I said to her I'm really in a hurry and that's why I asked my sister inlaw who got here before me to order my food. But no one ever took the order. I said so I have to leave now but I'm not paying 13.99 for the salad but I will pay the 6.99 the amount I expected to pay had I gotten my entree like I planned on doing. The bartender proceeded to reach over and snatch up my plate while I was still eating it all while saying to me "since you're not paying for it I will take this". I knew then we had stayed given grace and been patient way too long in this situation and it was truly time to leave. So we walked out but when I got in my car I decided to go back in and ask for a manger on duty. A man came out and we started explaining to him the poor awful horrific and unacceptable service we had just received. The two employees standing over at the bar laughing immaturely as I am talking to the manager or at least that's what he said he was. I did point them out to him and I hate I did not get any names. He apologized and proceeds to offer us a meal on him at a later date. Of course we declined because I can't imagine myself stepping foot back in this Ruby Tuesday restaurant again. It is the worse experience I have EVER had at a restaurant. The place wasn't even busy and the only people sitting in our section was my sister myself and the couple the waitress was talking to. The restaurant may have had less then 15-20 people in it if that many. It was just unacceptable service period. Also I would like to notate that the salad bar was almost bare...and nothing was cooled correctly nor refreshed. I'm the guy that found a dead bug in the Spinach at the Salad Bar. Let my waitress know about it and the Manager couldn't be bothered with speaking to me. After my review - there was a response from someone asking me to contact them with more info. Went for dinner on Saturday, August 29, 2026. Our hostess and waitress were great. We ordered and visited the salad bar which is always our favorite about Ruby Tuesday. Not this one. The vegetables were not appealing. Moldy cheese and the whole bar needed a good cleaning. The main problem at this location was the smell of sewer gas. We noticed it right after we were seated. It kept getting worse. My husband who has experience with wastewater and sewage management mentioned his concerns to the manager on duty, Tim, who said he was from corporate. My husband advised him the smell of sewer gas could make people sick. He assured us he would contact corporate over this matter. Which we hope he did. The whole place needed a good cleaning. We came here on a Wednesday evening since it was within walking distance of our hotel. We were exhausted and sat ourselves at the bar. We ordered some appetizers that were good. I had the mozzarella sticks that tasted like most mozzarella sticks but that's what I wanted, so I was pleased. Braxton was our bartender and he was excellent. My Ruby Relaxer was strong and delicious. And Wednesday is $6 Jack Daniels which is perfect since that was my Dad's favorite and we were celebrating him. Braxton really made our night, so I'm grateful to him. *Side note* This Ruby Tuesday is where we came before my senior prom 25 years ago, so it's been here a while. Visited Ruby Tuesday today for Lunch and had the pleasure of being waited on by Karen. You could definitely tell she had many years experience as she was kind and attentive. Anything we may have needed she had to our table before we could even think to ask. I had a Quesadilla and my guest had the Philly Cheesesteak which was on special and both were excellent and cooked perfectly. The highlight as always was the garden bar filled with so many delicious options that we were almost full before we had a chance to touch our meals. This place has really gone down hill in the last few years. The host are horrible they're never at the door to seat you, they see you sitting or waiting and they walk by and ignore you. The atmosphere in that place is awful no one ever looks happy to be there!!! They waitresses walk around like someone is forcing them to be there almost zombie like they're not pleasant to be around or have serving you. The service is beyond slow takes forever to get anything. This place is very dirty the floors are always so sticky it damn near takes shoes off walking by the salad bar it has a very funky smell to it and everything feels so nasty like you almost don't wanna seat down or touch anything. We have been there a couple times within the last months in hopes it woukd get better but has not!! The price of the food is ridiculous and does not meet the expectations of this place. Walked in and was seated at the bar counter as I requested. Was staying at a hotel across the street, and I was tired but hungry, so decided to have a quick dinner there. For 15 minutes, I sat there unable to get the waiters to come take my order. Eye contact attempts and my raised hand were deliberately avoided and/or ignored. I did actually caught attention of one of the waiters but he decided it was time to turn around and go busy himself with something else other than attending my needs which I was ready to pay for and tip. Walked out without anyone saying a word to me and ended up driving elsewhere for food. No, I wasn't stinking bad or wearing Speedo or anything that made me unapproachable. we see so many social media posts about people not tipping waiters right nowadays and there is a Ruby Tuesday with waiters who just complete ignore your existence. Very disappointed in this restaurant. I placed a Door Dash order for chicken pasta with some other items. I received a BBQ burger with onion rings (not my taste at all) with the other items. No plastic ware included, but they did include a straw?? When I called the restaurant they essentially told me to contact Door Dash and made it seem like it was not their fault and there was nothing wrong they could do. After researching, Door Dash cannot check the orders before pick up as they are sealed. Order mistakes are the fault of the restaurant. This entire experience was bad. We got the 2 for $25 with 2 slad bars and cheese sticks. The lettuce was brown. Employee had an atitude when asked to change it out. The bar was very "untidy", but we got it anyway. After eating half a plate, my mouth felt like there was a coating in it. My husband said he was experiencing the same thing. We stopped eating it. At 6:30 my wife still did not have her food despite being told multiple times they were about to bring it. We had somewhere to be at 7pm so we had to leave. They wouldn't take her food off our bill! Haven't been to this ruby Tuesday in a while! I ordered the New Orleans seafood tilapia with broccoli and the salad bar, you know just trying to be healthy! The tilapia was bommmmbbbbb but then I saw a hair in my food which looked like a lash, normally I would return the food but I had already ate so much that I was rather disgusted and didn't want anymore after that let alone sit and wait plus I had a busy toddler on my hands! We have tried to like this place but they can't get it together. We got there at 6 pm. The restaurant was empty except for two other tables. We ordered an entree with the salad bar. The salad bar was poorly stocked, it had old moldy iceberg lettuce, no spinach, no spring mix. We asked if they could bring some fresh spring mix and they said they would. We were there for over an hour and the fresh lettuce never came out. They claim to have over 50 items on the salad bar, there were 35. This restaurant is need of an update. It's drab and sad to sit in there. To their credit the food always comes out hot. But it's not consistent. Sometimes the food is well prepared and sometimes it's way over cooked. Hostess was terribly rude. I went in to be seated and she asked me "can I help you?" while she was arranging dishes on the salad bar. I said "table for one" while she continued to arrange items & began talking to another employee who brought more dishes to salad bar. Well not overly impressed. Steak was ok. Not worth 18.99. The 4 pieces of broccoli I got was ok, not a lot of flavor Salad was less than ok. I probably would not come back.
