To me, Ruby Tuesday's has always been in a very boring category of theme restaurants along with Applebee's and, I don't know, Chili's? The last time i was in one was years ago, and it was probably this very one, years ago, and it was boring as shit. I went to eat at this location again with my mother, and when we went inside, we were shocked to discover that they had done a kind of huge renovation of the interior. Everything was dark and kind of oaky now. There was a little style on display. Everything was classed up with fancified nature art on the walls and this mystical art deco style in overabundance. Some of the art on the walls falls out of the nature schema and I could've sworn I saw a painting by Santiago Martinez Delgado hanging in there. It was... bizarre. So, along with the upgrade in class, so followed the menu prices. I ordered the gourmet chicken pot pie (not as stupid as it sounds, trust me), which came with organic tomatoes and little cluster bombs of mozzarella that were beyond delicious, and took a spin on the fancy ultra upscale salad bar (not as hokey as it sounds). It was delicious. My salad was amazing, not just with the selections of ingredients, but the quality of said ingredients, so I barely nibbled at my very tasty chicken pot pie and had to get a doggy bag. To a man, there's nothing that will emasculate you more than having to ask for the to go box. In fact, I said, "I'm sorry, miss, but may I please have a to go box," and the kind and lovely waitress and giggled and said, "You mean a doggy bag? Of course you can." Awesome. All of that said, from the outside, this Ruby Tuesday's looks bigger than it is and looks just like another theme restaurant. You wouldn't think much of it as you pass it by, as I imagine most people do each day. Inside, it's like a portal to another, much classier establishment, or some kind of Great Gatsby faux upscale joint. The light level is low, almost moody. I couldn't say that I wouldn't come here again, because I would, I just don't know how passionate I would be about the idea. This is the place to bring friends that want to pretend their eating way above their station. read more

Ugh... they closed years ago (don't remember when) and I decided to give it a try. Salad bar & clam chowder soup... not the ultimate feast at Ruby Tuesday's but a nice lunch. Service was nice, food was not. The mushrooms were brown - and they weren't supposed to be. The spinach was 1/2 wilted. The salad bar had rotini pasta with tomatoes, or rotini pasta with broccoli, or rotini pasta with... with... with... I will not go there again. Boo. read more

I love Ruby Tuesdays. They made a good comeback. I got the smokehouse barbecue burger. It was cooked to perfection and very tasty. The garden bar has a nice variety of cold items to make a perfect salad. The place is clean and airy. Service was very good. I would recommend this as a good night out for dinner. read more

I've taken my wife here for lunch, twice. Once, last year, and once last Monday. Last year, the place smelled like a million, dirty farts trapped in a dead body. On our recent visit, the service was fine, byt the food was horrible. My chicken tenders and my egg rolls were dark on the outside, being former cook, I recognized food that had been fried in old grease. The ribs were dry, in spite of being drowned in a mediocre sauce, and my "loaded grits" were COMPLETELY flavorless. The worst part was when my wife's burfer came, the bun was obviously past the sell-by date. Very hard and with the slightly sweet smell of bread that is about to be moldy. We politely sent it back and they did it again. All in all, the food in this joint is prepared by a lazy crew and the customers suffer for it. read more

Horrible and filthy. The Department of Health should inspect this place. The walls are splattered with food and residue from too many meals served and not cleaned up after. The salad bar had wilting slimy cucumbers and nothing but stems for the romaine. The ranch dressing the consistency of water. My Caesar Salad seemed to be missing the Parmesan cheese, the lettuce tasted old. Finally, our onion rings were inedible. By pass this place. read more

Hadn't been here for a long time and was very happy with latest visit. The appetizers were great, and our server timed the delivery just right. The entrees were very good, but, a tad pricey. First time to this restaurant and I have to say it was fantastic. Our server was Anthony and he was just a nice as he could be. We had the cheese skillet appetizer that was good and we ordered burgers and added the garden bar. First of all, if there was a way to give zero stars i would have. Service was fine, but the portion size was so small. I ordered a half rack of ribs and chicken tenders, for like 18 bucks. Ribs smaller than me hand, 3 little chicken tenders smaller than my thumb, Long island ice tea weak and sour as shit. NEVER GO HERE!!!!!! Apple bees is across the street, probably a better choice. Not crazy about the food, some burgers are OK. But who shines at this location is the manager Josh - he bends over backwards to please the customers. He'll recook the food himself if there's a problem. He recooked a steak for my friend. So chain restaurants are for the most part mediocre, the customer service is how they redeem themselves. read more

One of the less popular restaurants of its type, and with good reason. Their meals tend to be overpriced for what you get. The inside of the restaurant is so dark, too, and to the point of no longer being warm or inviting. The service is okay, though. I used to like this place a lot more than I do now, but they got rid of all of my favorite dishes. No more portabella burgers. No more trio. It's hardly the same place anymore. read more

So sad.... I used to get coupons to Ruby Tuesday for B1G1, so I'd make a point to go (as I'm an admitted coupon whore). Anyway, I always found the food to be pretty darn good, the salad bar to be excellent, and the service to be ok. Well, this all changed about a year or two ago. I've been there a few times since whatever it was that caused this change, but the food is just plain lousy, the portions are smaller, and the salad bar isn't as good as it used to be (the ingredients are not so fresh). The service is still ok. The last time we went, the server knew it wasn't good so he gave us the salads and replaced my horrible spaghetti squash with more fries (ugh). Anyway, it looks like I won't be back to this location, no matter what kind of coupons they offer. It makes me sad to see an expired coupon, but it makes me even more sad to spend any money at all on food this bad. read more

We were seated and waited at least ten minutes before the waitress showed up. The hostess apparently forgot to tell her we were seated. I asked about the happy hour prices and was told the prices only applied if we are in the bar area. Price of one appetizer and the salad bar was $20, same thing used to cost $12, we just left without eating. read more

New Orleans Seafood is a good tasty choice. The Triple Prime Burgers are excellent. The roasted or steamed vegetables are not overcooked and have good flavor. They can cook asparagus properly, but is only available when in season due to cost. Spaghetti squash is different. I have to use a lot of pepper to eat it, but it works as a sustitute for higher calorie pasta. The salad bar is great. Lots of variety, plenty of dark green vegetables, and an awesome balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Some of the Zero Proof drinks are very good. I like the iced tea and lemonades with real fruit. The drinks with Sprite, Apple Cider Fizz and Strawberry Fizz, taste too sweet and sticky. Corn syrup in the Sprite is the probable cause. They need to switch to simple syrup with real lemon and lime juice. The take out system works well if you use the website or phone the order in. read more

A real disappointment. I made a reservation yesterday for this evening and it was a complete surprise when 18 of us appeared at the front door...second time this has happened. Unorthodox method of taking orders...one server on each side of the table...orders eventually got to the correct location but billing was a real circus and took multiple re-dos to finally get them close to being correct. Paper and IPhone coupons confused the new waiter and led to some of us finally surrendering to the process that was severely broken. New waiters have to learn, but also require supervision...didn't happen this evening. read more

Probably one of my top 5 places to eat in WR simply because the food is great and the staff are super courteous. If I'm missing something from my meal (which rarely happens anyways), they get it right away. One waitress even asked the cooked what the ingredients were in the biscuits for my friend & me! Great food, healthy sides, good salad bar. Does not give regular size to go cups (only for drive through)., only kiddy cups! Iced tea is the cheapest thing they can make, and at $2.69 we deserve a regular size cup! Everyone else gives a normal size cup or bigger, and most charge less. Absolutely terrible, went in to place a to go order and bartender acted like it was a hassle. Was not even greeted at the door. Ordered a draft while waiting and it tasted flat. Food finally came out but no condiments or napkins in bag. Asked for ketchup and mustard and agained seemed to irritate the bartender. After approx 7 more minutes, was given half of a 2oz ramekin of ketchup and mustard. Thus place freaking sux and they wonder why they are the worst restaurant in Warner Robins...will never go back even with my buy one get one half off code on my receipt... read more

I don't know if it's just the day, Dec. 31 at 6:30pm, or what, but the food bar was horrible. Everything on it looked expired, or about to. Everything needed replenished, as everything was about gone. The whole restaurant looked filthy, like needing tables cleaned and floors swept. I won't even go in to the bathroom issues. Ruby Tuesday has been a favorite restaurant for my wife and I and we visited often. That will not be the case in the future. No longer does the salad bar substitute as a side but now an additional charge is added for this substitution. It is now definitely not worth the price!! I would have rather gave them a zero today. Our waitress was so soft spoken I could barely hear her. It took an hour to get half our tables meals then another 20 for the other half. My squash was under cooked and chicken overcooked. When i told the waitress she went and got another plate to put the bad food on and took it back to the kitchen. I was not going to have them reheat something that is already ruined. I sent it back. She then brought the check for the rest of the table and asked if they wanted boxes. 5 minutes after getting their food. Needless to say after her dirty looks she got a .50 tip from me and all the change that she did not bring back from my friends check. Well the Ruby Tuesday, off Russell Parkway, my husband and I wanted a nice meal. Sit down and ordered, the food wasn't warm and not hot in the temperature of the food. but we started to eat and a COCKROACH, yes a COCKROACH was on our table. I cant believe it and my husband, knock him with his napkins and the COCKROACH, was on the floor and he stepped on it and pick up with the napkin, to show the manager of duty. We both was up and ready to go. I will feeling nausea, upset and embarrassed about this issue to say the least. BEWARE OF EATING HERE! I NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS EVER! THEY TRYING TO MAKE RIGHT MY GIVE US A GIFT CARD OF $ 40.00, THAT WAS INSULT TO US, REALLY!!!!!! I will call the Health Dept.- Food Services, and Editorial in the local paper and word of mouth! The most amazing salad bar in town!! Always fresh, assorted fresh veggies for a real healthy meal that will fill you up and provide protein along with flavor. Best croutons ever. The service is top notch- cheerful and friendly. The food is cooked there - not prepackaged, frozen, and microwaved like other casual-fast-food restaurants. Prices are reasonable - though I wish they would stop increasing the salad bar price as they have not expanded it, and there isn't a buffet of meat to chose from (my kids and I go for the salad bar because we truly love raw vegetables!!). The restaurant is always clean and they don't play the music so loud that you can't hear your table discussion - good music, easy on the digestion. Oh, and they love kids here, even though the inside décor looks very "grown up and boring." lol. The grilled salmon is the best thing on the menu - succulent, seasoned to perfection, and huge portion. The best side item is the spaghetti squash! Omigosh, it is out of this world. So, why only a 4 star rating? Two reasons - 1) I don't care for the dark décor and the mustard yellow theme. It makes me feel tired. 2) They took fish tacos off the menu - which was my kids; absolute favorite item. Now I struggle trying to find something tasty that isn't a burger for them that appeals to their palate. read more

We tried to place a phone order at our local Ruby Tuesday. After being hung up on once and placed on hold for ten minutes, my husband called back and was told they were very busy. He placed an order anyway. After waiting for approximately 30 minutes in the To Go parking spot, he called the restaurant and asked about the order. He was told they no longer brought orders out, but they guessed they could bring out the order if he wanted. Again, he was reminded that they were very busy. If they continue to keep up this kind of customer service(?), my guess is that they will be very busy looking for new jobs. If you run a business and no longer offer a service (specifically, Curbside To Go), let people know--or at least take down or modify your signs! The main website says they still offer curbside to go--misleading advertising, an oversight, or are they too busy? They had two opportunities to let us know--when they hung up, and when the order was placed. Perhaps one of the four employees out for a smoke break could have said something. Oh, that's right--they were busy! I would give Ruby Tuesday zero stars, but that is not an option. read more
