It had some wilted lettuce and was not crispy or cold. The nuggets were luke warm and were dry. If I had to guess, they had been sitting in a plastic warmer for a few hours. In all, I paid about $5 for a meal that disappointed me. It upset me so much that I did fill out their customer service survey online and left it open for them to contact me, but two weeks later, I haven't heard a word and I don't expect to. This makes me think they don't care at all about their customers and what they serve. Quick Update: I was finally contacted and he apologized for the bad service and mailed a $10 McDonalds credit.
