The gentleman at the window taking my payment apologized, but did nothing to try and take it off my ticket and just handed it to me. My salad was not to McDonald's standards. It had some wilted lettuce and was not crispy or cold. The nuggets were luke warm and were dry. If I had to guess, they had been sitting in a plastic warmer for a few hours. In all, I paid about $5 for a meal that disappointed me. It upset me so much that I did fill out their customer service survey online and left it open for them to contact me, but two weeks later, I haven't heard a word and I don't expect to. This makes me think they don't care at all about their customers and what they serve. Quick Update: I was finally contacted and he apologized for the bad service and mailed a $10 McDonalds credit. I appreciated it, but I was happier they acknowledged the problem.
