I love the different kinds of beignets, frappes, lattes, mochas, macchiatos, classics, beans and bags, chai, Lotus Plant Energy, matcha, green tea, iced black tea, sugar-free menu and kids menu, hot chocolate, and spring and summer specials. My husband brought me here around Halloween/fall time. The ordering experience was a little overwhelming at first but we let her know we were first timers so she gave some great recommendations and info. We had regular beignets and the bacon beignets both kinds were so good. Great fluffy texture. We ordered the pumpkin spice and pecan frappe. So cute and festive. Very sweet treats. Definitely fun for the experience. Wish there were more outdoor seating options and we'd probably come back. I do recommend giving them a try. read more

Every time I have gone here the worker has been extremely rude and short with me for no reason. It's the same 2 lady's usually, both with an equally bad attitude. Ambiance of course is not there, you are unable to go in. The coffee is just alright, nothing to write home about. I'm done supporting this business until they get their act together and work on their abysmal customer service. read more

Got my drink and it was cold: she says it is the temp they are legally able to make it but it was literally cold to touch. I asked for a hot drink .. not luke warm to cold and she argued with me. She asks for a tip before you even get your drink .. if I had known she was gonna argue I wouldn't have tipped. Not going back. read more

Was by your establishment today to try it out for the first time. My kid and I were excited to finally make it over from Byron. We were unfortunately met with horrible customer service. I'm sorry I needed a little help ordering being my first time but the person taking our order was very impatient it seemed. We can around 4 pm today. We also wanted to order 40 beignets but was told there were none ready but wasn't really given an option to wait it was like we were being rushed off and we didn't really care for that so we left and went to a different establishment. My husband and I LOVED checking out this little spot for the first time today! This drive -thru only spot has coffee, chai, frappes, mocha, cold brew, lotus drinks (Plant Energy!), beignets & more! There are two drive thru's! The first drive thru is for online orders only. (Notice the truck and the van in my last photo) The second, (swing around the back, all the way to the right - notice the blue car) is for when you're in the neighborhood and want to pop by! I knew what I wanted, A blended Strawberry Pina Colada Lotus.. but my husband was unsure so we asked the girl helping us at the window to pick her favorite which ended up being the Reverse Snickers. Delicious! He loved it! She asked his preferences and was super helpful with our spontaneous order. I was not at all offended by them asking if I wanted to leave a tip. At any other service location we are normally in control over that privately but they do not have a screen that reaches the car so I wasn't bothered that they mentioned it. They also have a cute tip jar at the window for cash! The location was super clean, they were all kind and efficient and we hardly waited for our order which was wonderful! The fountain was on and beautiful on this beautiful 4th of July weekend! My only quibble is the beignets. They were very very good! But I've been to New Orleans and they were just a little different. They reminded us more of a funnel cake consistency- a little chewy! Not bad at all, just different. It wasn't enough to dock a star - we will most certainly be back and order them again! read more

The coffee tasted good, no complaints. I asked for a "large" latte and they ended up giving me a 24oz. Now I know to order the ounces rather than large, but I felt like they should have asked me to clarify instead of giving me their most expensive/largest coffee. Lesson learned. My biggest complaint is the way the baristas ask for a tip when using a card. They asked "do you want to leave a 15%, 18% or 20% tip?" I get it... I love tipping great service, but when I said "none of those", it wasn't well received. I intended on leaving a cash tip in the cup after I tasted the coffee, but it wasn't even hot. I'd personally rather pay more for a coffee where the servers are getting paid appropriately so they don't have to pressure customers into leaving a tip. read more

okay so this review is NOT based on quality but on poor service and lack of preparedness. I've been to this location THREE times. TWO of those times they have been OUT of beignets! I cannot even begin to understand how a cafe that offers mainly coffee and beignets lets themselves run out of beignets. Not only that, but the DT employee had an attitude (no, I was not rude, not even close). It was like she was being preemptively rude. I am truly disappointed in this outcome because I was hoping a place in the WR area would offer beignets for years before they opened up. read more

Coffee was way to sweet, and had all the syrup still sitting at the bottom. The girl asked me for a tip before I even got my coffee. Then once we got it after a long wait it wasn't what we expected. My latte tasted burnt and my sisters coffee was not even drinkable it was so sweet. read more

I went there today and the Strawberry shortcake Frappe and the Blue Skies were amazing!!! The strawberry shortcake tasted just like strawberries on a delicious, fluffy cake and the blue skies tasted like crushed, blue jolly ranchers as a liquid put into a delicious snowcone. We had the privilege of visiting the Caffe today for a little afternoon date. Absolutely delicious! I got the iced cocomel macchiato. Not just a cup of sweet milk- the rich coffee flavor was able to to shine through! A nice smooth roast with good depth of flavor. Not bitter or flat like Starbucks can be. I also tried the beignets with a side of strawberry butter. Cooked to order deliciousness. I could literally eat the strawberry butter with a spoon.. don't pass on the butter! Caffe Vignette certainly fills a void in the community. Nothing quite like it in this area. I look forward to exploring more of the menu! Something for everyone, even if you're not a coffee drinker.
