The ambiance is casual, with music playing at a moderate volume, unlike other places where it is too loud. Overall, the experience has improved over time, with better customer service from the staff and cleanliness inside this Dunkin' location. How long have I been coming to this Dunkin' location? Ever since it opened a while back. A couple of things I would like to see at this location are more coffee cups and tumblers for sale, similar to what Starbucks offers. It would be amazing if Dunkin' could do something like that.
