You get so many options as far as add-ins and they can make it completely customizable to your preference. There's quite a wait and it takes them 15-20 minutes to prepare each order. Although I still do not understand my experience and treatment from that day, I can undoubtably say that I will not give my business to an establishment that treats paying customers the way I was treated, without any reason or explanation. It was highly unprofessional and bewildering to say the least. Customer service is/was horrible, I will not return, and I do not recommend.

The second time, we came back on a Sunday, well after their posted opening time of 12 PM. The restaurant was completely dark and the doors were locked. The shop was closed with a handwritten sign saying they might open at *1 PM "if everything is prepared." Consistency matters. The people sitting at ALL of the tables were not customers. They appeared to be family members of the owners and/or the person working the counter. They were all either watching movies or playing games on their phones loudly. There was however a lone bench in the back so we sat there. They also apparently no longer do warmed fudge/ caramel. The fudge was in a squeeze bottle with a sticker that says "squeeze hard, use two hands". Yeah....that's not hot fudge. There are also signs warning about stealing yogurt and how you will be punished for a crime, have charges pressed, and be permanently banned for refilling. I don't think that's necessary, I mean, it's yogurt not prime rib. A simple "no refills" sign would suffice. Anyway, we have been here in the past and the quality seems to be on a continual decline. If you're looking for a fun yogurt experience, look elsewhere.
