April 01, 2022, First time visit to Yvonne's I have been trying to find 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide for a while. The stores I see it from online are newer ones and I am not comfortable with ordering from a source proven out. There are too many shady things going on... I called and the lady who answered said they do indeed have it available. I arrived 10 minutes later and they had it ready to go for me. The gentleman at the counter was also very helpful. This is not your we sell health and nutrition products on the side store. Their primary and core focus is a real deal health and nutrition. There were many products I have been recommended before from a nutritionist and homeopathic practitioners available. Many items you would struggle to find at any other place. I docked one star because their prices were on the higher side of the spectrum. I just moved from Phoenix and I could buy a 32oz bottle of 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide for about $24. The 16oz bottle at Yvonne was $22. I went looking at other items I buy normally and they were a decent amount higher priced. Yes, I am taking the covid factor into account. All in all if you need it immediately, then based on walking through the store, you will likely find it here. But if you aren't in a hurry and can find a proven reliable online source, you will likely save 20-30% that way. read more

they had tons of great items hard to find anywhere else. what made this preferable over Amazon was the ability to touch and see the product. for example I could hold the bag of Celtic salt and see its appearance. local honey is available here. they also offered the metabiotic drink which is an alternative to ACV. very knowledgeable people work here. read more

Wow. Just wow. I will never be back here again. You have now told a person of color that their hair needs to be straightened.... What kind of a market is this again?! A "NATURAL" market?! I think not!! From what I understand, this is not the first time someone has made a remark that you are not treating all ethnicities the same. Stay off of people's hair textures. The only place outside of Whole Foods in ATL to offer reasonably varied natural and organic food selections at decent prices. You will not find this stuff at any of the regular grocery stores around all of middle GA. Service was friendly and informed. Ambiance is clearly lit and well labeled, if a bit spartan. But it's a fantastic option to have if you're used to vitamin cottage and WF and don't know where else to go. read more

Yep. I'm still on my Arden's Garden kick, hence my trip into the wilds of the natural market kingdom. This was actually my second time in Yvonne's, and both times I have been very impressed by the friendliness and customer service. I went once last week in search of Kombucha, and the guy told me all about the alcohol content issue....not in a smarty pants way, but in a very helpful,- here's some info so you don't wander all over this great state looking for Kombucha kinda way, which I really appreciated, because when I get in these rejuvenation modes, I am a beast. Today I went in on a specific quest. While I know the ins and outs of Publix, I was at a total loss here, and had to ask for help. Yvonne took me immediately to what I was looking for, told me why one might be perceived as better than the other, explained the differences in the products, briefly discussed quality, asked me if I needed anything else, if I had any questions....and then left me alone to ponder over whether I really needed 16 or 32 oz of lovely extra virgin coconut oil. Love it! I hate asking for help and then having someone hover. Yvonne's also seemed to have a large selection of all sorts of things, lots of organic produce, gluten free stuff....and they have a juice, smoothie and sandwich bar. The store is spotless and bright, and the shelves aren't dusty or empty (which was the case in another, nameless store). Unfortunately, I couldn't trust myself to look around much....organic and natural foods are pricey, and I'm on a budget, plus I have a test to study for. I am always greeted with a smile from the employees and if I have a question or need help, they are always more than happy to help. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Every time I shop here I'm asked, "Can I help you find anything?" There are times I do need the assistance. Only once did they not have something I was looking for. It wasn't a deal breaker, though. Overall, the service, the products and their availability are above average. Visited this store several times. Great location in the corner, fancy shopping center and beautiful courtyard. That's the problem, they only want the beautiful people to drop in who's going to drop a lot of money at one time. I had constant stares from ONE employee, the kind of stare that "I'd rather you not be here and waste my time on your ten-dollar purchase." Frankly, it wasn't worth being made feel so unwelcome by this staff person every time I came in. I finally decided to buy what herbs I like online or at Walmart for half the price and non of the attitude. If you don't know what you need, wouldn't trust the recommendations from here. I found the produce to be spotty, that is hit or miss, and some not fresh but if you're making a compost pile... Pricey, small but really great customer service if you fit their standard. I didn't want anything from this employee other than taking my money, give me a receipt and a bag for what overpriced item that I'd bought. Still, that was too much to do. Couldn't do a simple transaction of processing a local check. Walmart, Kroger and many pharmacies all have their brands of herbal supplements, of which will be far cheaper with no added lip by the hired help. If they try to explain why their brands are better than what other stores are selling, remember, to scrutinize what they're selling to the same standard that they're trying to tell you why their product is better. You do know that many companies put out the same product under several brand names? As far as an herbal shop, I have to say that of all the places I've seen, this is the worst. Trying to be too many things in too small a location with too high prices. If you want herbs, buy them online at a reasonable online site. You will save in the long run. Want organic? Define organic. Fresh Market's up the road and many stores now have an organic line, even ALDI. Yes, that's right! You can now go to that place and buy organic at a fraction of some of these other places. Or mung beans. Check out their, high, high prices and then visit the Indo/Paki grocery store on Einsenhower and see how much a five dollar bill there will buy you compared to a twenty at this, the Tiffany's of herbal shops. read more

I like this place. They have probiotics, every type of flour you can imagine, raw honey, and too much more wonderful things to name them all. One star off because they are a tad pricey for some items that you'd find elsewhere if you researched. Otherwise, I'd say you're paying for convenience and availability. I must admit they can be a tad bit snobbish and only want to help you if they think you're going to spend a lot of money but there are times where they can be quite welcoming and informative. So happy to have found this little gem on Yelp. My boyfriend and I like to start every day with fresh organic vegetable juice. Driving home, cross country, this has been challenging (especially once we got farther east). Yvonne's has a wonderful juice and smoothie bar. The employees were so welcoming and accommodating. Both my boyfriend and I like to incorporate every vegetable possible into our juices and Yvonne's did that for us even though that was not on the juice menu.
