Ive been wanting to stop in this place for months now, and I finally broke down and came in for a peek.....Such a lovely little dessert and coffee place and a great way to end the evening. The first thing that caught my eye were the numerous selections of desserts offered, and made fresh daily. The entire counter was lined with pasteries, and sweets! So many delicious and beautiful Cakes, rice crispy treats, macaroons, and ice cream to choose from! I had a hard time deciding what I wanted! I finally picked a lovely scoop of ice cream (cotton candy) and a hot latte to soothe my post dinner cravings, and this place didn't disappoint. The ice cream was exactly what you would think cotton candy tastes like, without being overly sweet. The texture was creamy but light (gluten free) and I liked how it wasn't overbearing on the flavor profile. As for thw latte, creme brule was what I chose and although a little heavy after the ice cream, I enjoyed sipping it all the way back to my hotel... I'll have to swing by again sometime and check out the macaroons, as they're literally my favorite dessert. read more

ONG! Huge variety of pastries and they're all good and there's cakes and pies too. I haven't tried them yet, but more than likely I will. The service is great. Everybody is helpful and polite and smiles. It's got a quaint little atmosphere or ambience and you feel comfortable in there whether you're sitting and chatting or doing your schoolwork on the computer. I myself like lattes made with coconut milk and they do it well. it would be a good place to go to get a to go order for like a party or something and get a bunch of varieties that you can't find in most bakeries. Paradise for everyone with a sweet tooth! They've got a huge selections of dessert items from gelato, to cakes and macaroons. If you want a simple cup of cappuccino or hot tea, they've got it too! It was actually overwhelming because they have so much, you'll have a hard time deciding which one to get. But that's a pro for me. I was a little skeptical with ordering baked goods from a place like decadent because most of the time, they either taste like store-bought desserts or they're stale/old. So I ordered an Americano at first. My husband ordered a macaroon with chocolate drizzle and we got hot chocolate for the kids. I'm telling you, we probably made a handful of trips to the counter because we kept coming back for more! The macaroons were moist and just perfectly sweetened. They were eaten up so fast, I didn't get to take a picture. I said I was only going to get coffee but I couldn't resist. I caved in and got a slice of their carrot cake. It was HUGE! There were 4 of us and we still had to ask for a to-go box. Now, the cake was really rich so just a heads up. However, I prefer my desserts this way, rather than dry. The place was clean but it might be a concern if you're worried about social distancing. The tables were set up right next to each other so it's not possible to be 6-feet apart. The girl at the register was very friendly and answered all our questions. We also got 4 cookies which still tasted fresh even an hour before closing! My in-laws were in town so we decided to try this place out. There were 7 of us and we ordered 7 separate desserts. I'll get to those later! Once we sat down we realized we didn't order drinks and went back up to order some water. The lady at the register said "It would be easier if you just bought bottles." Bella, another employee who had helped with our desserts overheard and quickly said "I'll get them for you!" She proceeded to bring 7 waters to our table. So if you find service is sub-par, just ask for Bella, who has proven to go above and beyond. (The other girl is lucky she didn't have on a name tag or I would have put her on blast.) (Note, we ate our dessert and left within 15-20 minutes. We had 7 people and ordered 7 desserts. We didn't camp out for hours taking up tables or split 2 desserts amongst a large group. There was absolutely no excuse for the poor service. We weren't trying to get over on anyone.) My favorite place to devour a little bit of every sweet available. I have tried a variety of their pastries, sweets, and drinks. I have tried their waffles, but not breakfast sandwiches (yet). We live close by so we visit fairly often. The sweets are a plentiful portion and I think they are priced accordingly. The gelato is a bit expensive, but it is definitely yummy. Their iced coffee/cold brew are strong in flavor, but not overwhelming. The lattes are the same (the praline I had was great) I have also had their sweet tea, it is the right amount of sweetness.
