Got the wrong drink 2 days in a row, wanted hot chocolate got something complelty different

Once I get my order, I have no complaints. Quality is consistent and I appreciate the fact that Dunkin employs so many teenagers who are probably getting their first experiences in the work force. I have to knock them for consistency though. My order is wrong a lot. Usually the wrong flavor munchkins or bagel. I just eat whatever they give me lol. read more

This place is absolutely egregious. I've never had a great experience and that means I try to get something there every so often. My latest endeavor was ordering Halloween doughnuts and they failed this time too. I ordered 6 spider specialty doughnuts. Well.... I got there and they only had 2 of what was NOT pictured. I'm sick and tired of eating out or expecting people to do anything they were paid to do. It's absolutely ridiculous. Everyone's wants 100% pay for a job you wouldn't ever have anyone do. The service at this DD is the worst!!! My kids and I stood at the counter for several minutes waiting on the girl in front of us to stop moving the donuts around and take our order. Then when another worker came over and asked us if we were ready she started telling that person why she hadn't taken order but never once spoke to us. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Went this morning. The guy in the back sneezed on a table full of product twice. Didn't even try to cover his mouth and nose. The lady in the back is handling the doughnuts without gloves. She's touching all surfaces and then picking the doughnuts up and dunking them in the chocolate sauce barehanded. Terrible experience here this morning. I ordered ahead of time online and got to the store about 20 minutes later. After waiting an additional 23 minutes my name was called. They gave me 2 jelly donuts and a refresher drink. By the time I got to speak to the person again several minutes later she acted like I was bothering her to complain about my 2 breakfast sandwiches and my coffee drink missing. Another 10 minutes passed and I had to leave with my $15 refresher & 2 jelly donuts. This place needs to have a process improvement big time for their loyal customers. You should be ashamed if you are management at this location. Never will go back. The one on Russell Pkwy is way better and a lot more organized even during the school rush. read more

Now this Dunkin' is known for long waits that result in no service because they are usually out of everything. Unfortunately, you don't find out that they are out of tea (yes, a Dunkin that doesn't have tea) until you've waited in line for 30 minutes. Go to the one on Russell it's awesome. read more

Worse customer service! Ordered a dozen donuts and they got all but 3 wrong! When I went in to have it corrected, the girl looked at me like I was stupid! She proceeded to grab the incorrect donuts and slam them into the trash can. When she brought me the correct ones, she smashed half of them when putting them in the box! read more

Been here a couple times and they can't ever seem to get orders right and when you correct them they catch an attitude; both the baristas and the managers. Today I requested sweet cold foam on my drink but apparently they were out? Which is fine, I get it. But then I got home and one of my two food items was missing. I've been going here for years and over the past year the service has become horrible. In the last two or three visits to this location they told me they can't make food, at 2pm, then any drink I tried to order they told me they were out of, flavors like white mocha, hazelnut, peppermint, caramel, etc. Then again today I was told that they were out of flavors. So I ordered a matcha and the drink was not stirred at all, when I took at sip it was just straight match powder. Probably the most poorly organized crap show I have ever experienced. The employees take orders then just set up items without calling out anything so it gets all piled up on the counter and the customers have to go and look through everything. I love Dunkin' Donuts, but I'm never going back to this location. I always know it's going to be torture going to this location but it's the closest to my residence. So this morning, I accounted for the longer wait time by going in a little earlier than I should have needed to. I should've gone to the Russell location, which the manager at that store has a handle on what is going on. Anyway, I ordered a simple plain coffee and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. A very simple order that I thought should not take longer than 10 minutes to put in my hands. 15 minutes go by, and nothing. I'm getting anxious because I've got to be somewhere and I've already accounted for an extra 10 minutes that this location would take. Finally, I asked the lady behind the counter if she would check on my order. She looked at my receipt and said she would get the coffee for me right away. However, my bagel that was once toasty and warm, I've been sitting in the bag for who knows how long and was cold. I wish I could say that this experience was the exception, but it's pretty much been my experience every single time I go in. No one, I repeat no one, not even the manager, appears to be concerned or even makes an attempt to look like they have a sense of urgency. Everyone seems to be working in slow motion, and they don't really care about giving you a product that Dunkin' Donuts is known for. Don't waste your time going to this location. Visit either the Russell Parkway or Watson Boulevard location if you want good service and hot food. read more

This place has been managed like hell for years. It will take you 30+ minutes to get a breakfast sandwich, then get your order wrong or just hand you someone else's. New employees do not get trained, and there is little to no exposition behind the counter. The only redeeming quality of this Dunkin' is that they keep it relatively clean. read more

Decent Georgia Dunkin Donuts location. I do prefer the one on Watson Blvd due to the professionalism and friendliness of the employees. I usually utilize the drive through here because it fast and 98% of the time accurate. My issue with this location is how uninviting the inside is. It is super dark and they seem to not make much of an effort to keep it is clean as it could be. I hail from Massachusetts, homeland of Dunkin Donuts so I usually have high expectations but I have learned that the farther away from New England I am, the lower the bar will be. read more

This place is a hit or miss, depending who's working..all there tables were dirty and there was only three customers! The guys that work here on this particular day are so lazy that they made the only drive thru customer pull over to wait for her ice cream even thought they were not busy at all! The guy that took my order ( I only order 2things, yes 2 items, 2 coffees) got the order wrong...to bad they have poor working employees. If I could give less than 1 star I would! Employees obviously think that waiting to take someone's order is a joke. Had to wait longer than normal before someone came over the speaker and then you couldn't understand them because they were obviously playing and joking around. This for Dunkin Donuts on highway 96 in Perry. I am a total idiot for doing the same thing and expecting different results. Today was visit #5 or 6 where they didn't have chocolate frosted donuts. None, Zero, Nada, Zip. And then (as usual) I went to the Watson Blvd. location and they had all I wanted. Watson has twice the customers as 96 does. The 96 location is an utter failure. I guess I am accustom to establishments that actually have what is on their menu. Go figure. Don't even go to the Perry location. Just cruise on over the Warner Robins. This Dunkin' location on 96 is awful!! I used to go there daily before summer started because its close to my work, but not so much anymore. The coffee used to be so good. Lately it pretty much tastes like its watered down or they put way to much milk into my iced latte that I can't even taste coffee in it. It SMELLS LIKE A WET SOUR MOP in there 80% of the time and the counters always have something stuck to it like no one knows how to wipe anything down! Customer service has been hit or miss lately, mostly MISS! Today I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes. They were busy in the drive through so I was okay with waiting. FINALLY someone walks over toward the counter! doesn't look at me, gabs some donut holes and walks away... then 30 seconds later she walks back, still doesn't look my way. I ask "excuse me, is anyone working the front?" She said "yes" with a stank attitude and blank look on her face and turns her back on me to get more donut holes. I said "is that someone you?" She said "yes". I said "forget it!" and turn to walk away and she said "what do you want?" me with my "Karen" no showing NOTHING from you! Your customer service and attitude SUCK! I've gone to this Dunkin Donuts every time just because of the convenience of location. However, recently it has gone downhill. The past 3 times I've gone, they've messed up my order, given me the wrong items, and overall the drive thru is rude. I'm polite using manners and use a positive tone to try and lighten the mood but end up receiving the short end of the stick. This DD has gone downhill. There is only one register open. On weekend mornings, the wait is 20 minutes easily. There are employees standing around doing nothing. The management has failed to streamline the ordering. The pickup process is a mess. They don't give everyone a receipt, so no one has a number. The problem is people order the same drinks. They need a lean team to come through and resolve their constraints. Donut selection is one of the constraints. People deliberate. There should be a donut selection process before customers get to the register. read more

Not sure how this location only got 2.5 stars, but I love this one! Unlike the location on Watson, the coffee here is always fresh and it's near CGTC! I've only used the drive thru, but the workers are always fast and friendly. I've never had a problem here whether it be with breakfast or coffee or tea. Giving a 4 star for service. They coffee is great when it's made right. Sometimes when you get coffee the cup is covered in it and they don't clean it off before giving to you. Not this location. First off, why is it so dark inside in the middle of the day, gives a bar type atmosphere. Clerk has no manners, she was putting customers in front of others that have been waiting in line prior to them. I only go to this store on random Saturdays and Sunday mornings. I'm so tired of hoping for some sort of consistency in the making of their coffee. I could probably count on one hand how many times we have enjoyed our coffee with cream and sugar from this specific store. I've got an idea for this store and their management...learn how to make coffee with cream and sugar from the experts at Robins Air Force Base Dunkin Donuts. I have never had a bad experience from that store but I won't drive there on Saturday and Sundays to get my coffee. So, I have to settle for burnt coffee. I do not leave bad reviews, but I am fed up with their drive through. Every third visit, they get my order wrong in some way. I have been charged two different amounts for the same drink. Today I even emphasized TWICE that I wanted my drink hot. I received a cold drink which had been placed in a hot cup. When I drove around and came up to the window a second time, the worker who gave me the wrong drink came up and asked me what I wanted and then the manager came up and asked me what I wanted--as if I was somehow being confusing. It was like they had not even talked to each other. I had ordered one simple drink item. Drove away and they still did not get the order right--had left off the whip cream. This is probably the worst Dunkin' Donuts in my area to go to. They don't know how to properly take orders and the employees are slow except for one. They are also normally very hostile towards each other. I ordered a vanilla latte and after 5 minutes they still hadn't gotten it to me.
