I was there this morning and the manager a short black guy was super rude. He was yelling and screaming at an employee in front of me and I felt so bad for him because he was also a new hire. The guy had left some can beans on the floor by a cart he was putting up and I was standing there trying to find beans and not one good morning or anything he just pushed me aside and jumped in front of me and started screaming at the employee. Came back down the aisle after I moved walked right in front of me and no excuse us still fusing at the employee in front of customers. I'm sure the guy quit I would have. No respect for his co workers at all just nasty and rude. read more

do not use the bakery here. they are completely unreliable. i ordered a birthday cake for my kids birthday and they "forgot to put the order in". so now we have a birthday with no cake. use someone else for anything you care about. a discount on a future order does not fix a mistake like this. read more

I shop at Publix in Perry Georgia simply to not have to deal with things like spoiled meats and mold on the foods Tell me WHY I just ate a molded slice of Sunbeam that I just purchased and no it was not expired! BLACK MOLD! I am SO Disgusted!! read more

the manager cliff at store #1233 at 275 Perry park parkway is a very unprofessional manager, he doesn't treat his employees with respect, and all he does is constantly yell at his employees in front of customers and that is horrible customer service. I'm not very pleased with the way he treats any of them and it's clear as day he doesn't respect all of their hard work they do. I'm a pretty regular customer at Publix and he's the most unprofessional store manager I've ever came across. I used to work there in the past and all of the store managers I've had while I was there were professional, respectful and treated employees with respect. read more

I went at 1:00 PM Sunday 7/11/21 to pick up the fried chicken ordered by my wife ... Just to keep it brief, I have NEVER been treated so nicely in any similar business. First time ever ordering a cake made to order from the bakery at the Perry Publix (through their web site). It turned out very well (a Strawberry Blast). Cake looks and tastes great, was ready on time and professionally packaged so that the wife had no trouble getting it home intact. No problems with pick-up or filling out the rest of the list she had to pick up on the same trip. read more
