Violet at the Customer Service Center was extremely rude and disrespectful. Violet was walking out of the center to leave it unattended when I showed up. She was disgusted to see me because she really wanted to go somewhere else. Her face had a look of disgust like she was really aggravated to have to help me. I tried three times to cheer her up with some comments on how hard her day must be going, but she didn't respond at all. When I gave Violet the items to return she said she couldn't help me because they were purchased by Kroger online. She called her colleague Tara to help, but Tara was just as unhelpful stating online purchases couldn't be credited at the customer service counter. Neither rep gave me information or procedures on how to return the items. They both appeared too busy to help and clearly not customer focused. They seemed more interested in doing other things. I have never had a more unhelpful experience at a Kroger store. I would recommend Violet and Tara be fired at worse, disciplined at best and given substantial customer service training if they can be redeemed at all. I will not shop at this Kroger store again. I generally have good experiences at Kroger. Sometimes I have bad experiences, but none like today. Violet was disgusted and aggravated, rude and bothered. Tara was likewise unhelpful. No indication at all that they were concerned or wanted to help resolve my issue which was a simple customer product return. I have never been to a store where the cashiers are rude almost all the time. UntiI I went to the Kroger in Perry Ga . They almost never greet you and if they do it sounds like they really don't want too . An God for forbid if you need to ask a question or take something off at the register . They will roll their eyes or just answer you in a very hateful way . Alot of the times you don't want to tell a manager . Because let's be real when you tell them once and it happens again. It makes you feel like it's pointless. From now on if I have to go in the Perry Kroger. I will go to the self check out . That way you can be your own customer service representative most of the time. How ever I will be avoiding this store as much as possible. Just not worth my energy.
