I needed a few items but I had to work until 9. So, I did a pickup order because I was too tired to go in. This was yesterday (October 6th). I purchased a gallon of milk with my order. The next morning when I was leaving for work, I was getting ready to pour me a glass of milk and to my surprise..... the milk had expired on the 30th of September. I tried calling them about 8 and I didn't get a chance to speak to anyone until after 1. I always thought that Walmart was good about rotating their stock but I was wrong. So, if you do a pickup order, make sure you check out the dates. Especially on things like milk!! It is so hard to contact any department in that store. read more

Money Services has a sign posted. Service hours 8 a m-10 p.m it's 8:11 a.m the department is dark. I go to Customer Service & a lady rolls her eyes & says it's not open til 10. Very poor customer service. read more

Placed a order for delivery. Received the order but some items were cut (I knew about it). Delivery instructions were not followed at all. Knock on the front door so we know you are here. We want the items in the garage etc. No knock and all items were left on the front porch. This is not the first time this has happened. This morning while shopping in Perry, GA walmart an emergency alarm sounded and was silenced within 3 minutes. I continued shopping for about 20 mind afterwards. As I approached self checkout I heard 2 associates mentioned that the fire truck was outside but it was a false alarm. As I proceeded to check out a manager approached tbe associate working the self check and stated everyone needed to be out the store. The manager then told me that I needed to go outside. Once outside, there were several walmart associates standing near the front grocery entrance and the fireman put on their gear to enter the store. I was told by an associate that a battery had exploded in tbe back. I am making this post because the safety of the customers and some associates were not considered! From the time the first alarm sounded and was disarmed this could have possibly been a mess. The people in management needs to revisit their safety protocols there were clearly not followed this morning. I am greatful that no one was injured or hurt this morning. The safety of the customers and the associates should have been priority. read more

I'll start this review by stating that I was on the hunt for Duncan Creek muscadine wine and that is the only reason I stopped at this Walmart, after striking out in Atlanta while heading south on I-75. And since that first visit in November 2022 was a success, I visited again in January 2023. Both times, I found plenty of Duncan Creek on the shelves, in several different varieties, and self-checkout was efficient with an attentive attendant to confirm that I was over 21. I'd discovered this north Georgia wine from Chateau Elan about four years ago when shopping at a Walmart in Lafayette (GA). So while in Atlanta in November, we stopped at a Walmart Supercenter near the Mercedes Benz Stadium to pick up a couple of bottles but I was sorely disappointed to find empty shelves. As the driver most of the way home (to Florida), I found this Walmart Supercenter right off of I-75, thanks to Google Maps. My only gripes are that parking here is horrendous, and the wine aisle is in the far back corner of the grocery section. However, I did note that pick-up is available here, so, next time, I might order ahead and wait comfortably in my car. The couple of employees I encountered on both visits were very friendly. I am sure I'll be back the next time I'm in Georgia, because it's a really tasty muscadine wine & cheaper at Walmart than ordering it directly from the winery online. read more

Explain to me why Walmart sells products that are made in Mexico. That will kill you. It's called linen fresh air fresheners the Great value plant kind. I sprayed this stuff in my home and everybody was coughing. It's a shame that the world we live in is feeling our products and food with dangerous and harmful chemicals. I stopped at this WalMart because I needed some last-minute entertainment items for the holiday. Not being from the area I didn't know what to expect. First thing was I hated the parking lot! The traffic getting in and leaving seemed confusion and dangerous with how the flow of traffic moved. Inside I was surprised by the lack of hand sanitizer since we are still in COVID. As I walked around, I noticed everything pretty much in order. It was busy, which made sense due to the time of year. I walked to the entertainment area and was surprised by the lack of product, especially as a lot of places have already put out their Black Friday deals. I ended up with nothing and felt like the trip was a waste of time. The store itself was seemingly fine otherwise, but didn't help me with what I needed that trip. read more

I went to this store on April 13 2024, at about 10:45 pm. They are supposed to close at 11pm but were not letting anyone in so I only needed one item and asked if I could run in real quick. The older guy at door said no do I asked to speak to manager. He said only ifi could get them on phone so I just walked in and he tried to grab me I kept going he yelled at me and I grabbed my item was in and out in 3 minutes. I have tried to complain to walmart ethics and corporate but they do not reply. I have never been treated like this at Wal-Mart. I will not shop this store again. read more

Today I visited a store location in Perry, GA (Store #02733) and exited the building at 3:05PM at the home goods exit. I was asked to show my receipt, which I had no issue with. He checked my receipt and I noticed the man behind me was not checked. So, I decided to hide out at watch out of view from the greeter. I observed 10 customers walk through and he did not check their receipts. I feel discriminated against. I am a white 38 year old man and he was a young african American. Out of the 10 customers I observed, 2 were white. I find this to be offensive and unacceptable. I understand that security and retail theft is at the forefront of a retailers mind, but at least be consistent with receipt checking. All I purchased were a few food items and 20 clothes hangers. PS: The green peppers in produce were rotten. The sweet potatoes were full of flies. read more

Now normally I really don't like going to Walmart! But this Walmart has improved so much over the years! The customer service is great which is a huge plus, they are getting better about keeping things stocked up! The main reason I go is because my daughter loves the Walmart brand of the applesauce in the pack so I go there to get that for her and whatever else I need! Literally annoyed, this secret shopper lady harasses my s/o alot...always have rude remarks and he isn't the only one, we saw her be rude to this guy and put her hands on him...because she "thought" he had something I described her to many people before and most people have been bothered by her.... I don't know if she is just bored or whatever but she needs to get a talking to...also the meat on the steak side is bad most of the time and there are some expired canned, snacks and dairy items on the shelfs. read more

During COVID19, I've always been able to order online, call to have the items brought out to me, and the Employees put them in my trunk. No contact. This is amazing customer service. I thought it was given at every Walmart, however, I went to Walmart on Booth road and they wouldn't answer the pick up phone. I had to go inside where people were all standing surrounded by the tower to get inside. Once I got inside, no one was following the social distancing rules. I'll never order something from that store again. I love Perry Walmart. Thank y'all for everything you do!! read more

I applied for a part time job here, I was extremely proactive in contacting them and filling out the application. They told me to submit it twice before they even scheduled an interview (nothing was wrong with it). HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE!!! Vivian set up an interview at 9:30pm for a night time shift, I showed up 10 minutes early only to find out that the manager was never notified and had no idea I even was scheduled for that night! I rescheduled with them for the next morning at 8:00am per the managers request, only to find out that he didn't even come in on that day. I'm beyond mad, they wanted to reschedule a third time but I doubt I will even go. WASTE OF TIME. they don't value customers or even future employees. Did I mention I started the application 4 months ago! Worst Walmart ever. And I've been to a lot of Walmarts... Did anyone else experience anything similar? read more

I can not even begin to express how thankful I am for Melanie and Keith the managers. They really saved me while in a tight spot my truck broke down and I had to leave my trailer and have my truck towed to Atlanta. They were nice about it and said 2-3 days well issues with the dealer turned into 9 days I kept calling to check in and they did not complain or add any issues to my situation. Sadly there were many aloof/rude workers here. Was looking for something specific in the auto section and couldn't seem to get anyone to help me out, not for lack of trying. can you give a business a negative rating??? i visited this walk mart a few weeks ago to pick up a few things I needed.. I entered the store thru the Garden center... noticed 4 employees just standing around laughing ands using their cell phones. when I was younger and working, I was proud to have a job, and I did a I was told. from what I saw that day in the Perry was a group of people who must've thought they were in a social club. none of them ever acknowledged that a customer was even present.... didn't even try to get out of the way....... if this is what I can expect from Walmart, I guess I will continue to order online, and purchase fresh food elsewhere.. oh... I went back to the garden center to checkout since I was parked in a handicapped space... after standing there for a while , I was told of have to go to the front of the store to checkout. I did. and I checked my own dang self out..... also, my husband has been there previously.... He cannot see very well , but there were 0 registers open, so he went to self checkout and asked one of the employees for assistance, he retired was.... if you don't know how to use it, why are you in the self checkout? needless to say, he left the buggy and had not been back... With some exceptions the personnel at this Walmart need customer service training. Their educational standards are among the lowest I have encountered and where possible I prefer to shop elsewhere. read more
