the store & cinnamon rolls themself are good. last time I was in here waiting for my cinnamon rolls to be made, a lady comes in and asks for one fork. the man working wouldn't give her one until she purchased something. seriously? a FORK????? it makes me not want to go back honestly. there used to be a younger guy in there working that was much more pleasant, & even made the cinnamon rolls better. read more

The rolls are fresh and delicious, and the service was very warm and friendly. The only thing I didn't like (but unfortunately I REALLY didn't like it) is that when I was about to pay, the person taking my order said "you can add the tip on the screen" (or something to that effect). When I looked at the screen, the suggested amounts were the usual options (which I think were 15%/18%/20%/custom). Um, I'm ordering at the counter and taking out -- what am I paying extra for exactly? For putting it into a takeaway container? For putting all of the raw ingredients together and baking it? For adding the toppings? Shouldn't all of these things already be included in the price? If I tip here, why not at McDonald's too? I guess having that tip screen is pretty normal these days, but I'm seriously SOOOO sick of it. And the fact that the person helping me mentioned it to me really dampened the entire experience for me. The product itself is quite yummy (very sweet, like some reviews had mentioned, but to me not too sweet, and the texture is soft and just melts in your mouth), but given how much I paid for product + tax + tip (which I do understand was a choice... one which I now wish I didn't make), I am good with having it just this one time and not going back. I would give this place 4-4.5 stars if it didn't perpetuate the tip entitlement culture that we now unfortunately live in. Ps. Since I can't respond to the owner's response separately, I will add my response here: Thank you for clarifying. I suggest only saying something when the person tries to pay before selecting an option, and if they do, then say something along the lines of "to proceed to the payment screen, you'll need to select something on the current screen. Unfortunately we can't change this setup. You can select the 'no tip' option if you want." Maybe I'm just paranoid/sensitive and only heard what was said in a certain way, but I think that others might interpret the current protocol in a certain way too. read more

Warm, gooey goodness!! I love that their rolls are always served warm and it perfectly melts whichever frosting/glaze you choose. Endless combination possibilities!! My favorite is their chocolate frosting with freshly sliced strawberries. If you're too overwhelmed with the selection and is stuck on which one to choose, their staff are always ready to make recommendations. Just note that they are all made-to-order so it takes them a little bit of time to prepare it. The fruits are all sliced/diced on the spot and they don't bake a huge batch at a time to ensure your rolls are always fresh (unless it's busy, of course). Give them a try! I ate their Hot Chocolate Roll, Cookies n Cream Cookie Dough Scoop, Cinnasticks, and Dole Whip. It was all fresh and delicious, and not to mention 100% VEGAN! The Dole Whip blew me away since tastes just like the one at Disney World. Their Cinnasticks and Banana Bread are to die for- I would eat those all day if I could!! I definitely recommend trying this vegan bakery if you're in the area. For COVID, masks are required and the staff wears masks too. I'm not sure why people are being so hard on this new business. I don't even like sweets like that and I have already been here 4 times. The Old School is my favorite because once again I'm not huge on sweets. The cinnamon rolls are always served hot which is more than I can say for Cinnabon. The Old School has an amazing buttery flavor in the frosting. I literally slather my roll in the melted icing before eating a bite. I have not been disappointed by this establishment yet. The staff is also very nice and friendly and helpful when needed. As far as the price, people in WR are cheap. I often eat in Atlanta so maybe I'm just accustomed to paying more. If the quality of the food is there I will willingly give my money away. Keep on pushing Cinnaholic you have brought something unique and delicious to the WR area! One of the young men in the food prep area came outside to deliver an order to a customer at her car. He returned to prepare more food WITHOUT washing his hands. The manager did wash his hands after returning inside My husband and I refused to go inside because a couple stood at the door without masks on. The DoorDash drivers did not have on masks either. This morning an email was sent to my account stating it was cinnamon bun day and that cinnaholic was offering a deal on their old skool. The old skool special consist of a cinnamon roll with frosting for $1 per person. Upon entering the establishment I asked the owner would it be ok to order extra old skool for my kids which were in the car and he took a sec to think about and said yes how many? I stated 4 and he quickly said I would have to see them before I could make this sale. I looked at him and said due to COVID I left them in the car so that the establishment wouldn't get so crowded but he said he had masks for them so I took the masks and brought my kids (13,12, & 9 yrs old) into the store. WOW all of that for a cinnamon roll that I still would have to pay for regardless. After spending money in this particular location on several occasions I'm done I would rather go to Walmart or Publix and buy a cinnamon roll. If I could do no star for their ratings I would.
