We stopped into Bodega after dinner for coffee in 25 degree weather. The atmosphere was nice. Mostly locals. The band that night needed practice, but it was relaxed and informal, just what a local pub should be. The staff behind the counter seemed to be liked and were attentive. read more

This cafe is a cute eclectic shop with so many cute knick knacks and signs. The service was a little slow because they were busy but the customer service was still good. They were apologetic for the wait and made our drinks as fast as they could, which we appreciated. Overall, I did not like the cold brew or the flavor. We've been longtime customers at bodega but I have to say, I feel like they are just constantly improving and we love it. The food options are consistently impressive now and the service when I grabbed a latte and a breakfast sandwich this morning was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They also have a large variety of sugar free flavors for your drinks if that's something that interests you. I'm so glad to see them thriving and look forward to trying one of their lunch sandwiches with homemade pesto soon! read more

The older lady that works here is losing them business. She is rude to customers and will make what she feels like making, instead of your order. I will not be back. I've ordered from here many times throughout the years, but never had any customer service issues until the first time she's there when I ordered. This is the gist of it, but details are below. This was a few months ago. I called and placed an order with a young lady from the shop. She asked when I would get there. I said 15-20 minutes. I get there at the 18 minute mark and paid. Unprovoked, the older lady came up to me and said "You said 20 minutes, so we haven't started your order. You're here too early." Shaming me essentially, when she could've remained silent. A few minutes later, I hear her tell the other worker "I don't understand why people order the soup and sandwich combo. Shes not getting a sandwich. I'm not making that." She said it a few times and I honestly didn't think she was talking about me, as I've never had a situation like this. When she hands me my food, I made sure I had the amount of items. I get home and see she made me a turkey wrap. Instead of the pastrami sandwich I ordered. It wasn't good and what she did is just crazy to me. read more

We love going here to grab a beer downtown and just decompress after a work day. They always have great local options on tap. Jodi, the owner, does an amazing job. And the space is so cozy. Reminds me a bit of the cafe in Friends. For food, the daily specials rotate but there's always something good to eat. They also have a GREAT grab and go display case with quiche, brownies, all kinds of things if you're downtown and in a pinch. I highly recommend stopping in and just seeing what piques your interest. Coffee was good, just hindered by an older worker bullying a young, seemingly new employee. As i'm standing in line watching the newer girl struggle to ring something difficult up, the old employee is constantly making jabs at her and making her out to be dumb. It was very disturbing. She also was just plain rude to me, but that's another thing. Hire kinder people, or at least manage your employee relationships and make sure moments like these aren't prevalent. I sure wouldn't want to work here if I was that girl. I cant imagine what the old lady is like whenever customers aren't around. read more

Needed a place to pull off the highway on my road trip from NC to FL. Found this instead of Starbucks. So glad I did. Coffee is fresh and made by a barista who loves coffee and is very proud of her pours. Sandwiches are home made, along with the soup with are both awesome. They did an awesome job building this out. The exterior wall is old brick with a bit of plaster left, and the 'kitchen' part is just off to the side and open. Plenty of seating both at tables, at the bar and outside when it's nice. This place is such a great addition to downtown Perry. Their coffee is great and they always have delicious pastries. I have had their lunch a few times, the most memorable was the Chicken Pot Pie soup... oh my gosh! It was AMAZING. I wish it was a regular on the lunch menu, I would never get enough of it. The sad part is that I have not been able to catch it as the soup of the day again since they first served it. *insert crying and tantrum throwing* Anyways. The staff is very kind and friendly. It has a great vibe with the location, decor, and general atmosphere. There is parking on the street and also in a parking lot to the side. (I will quickly add that they serve beer and wine as well, but I do not drink so I couldn't tell you much about that portion.) Give them a try! read more

The best coffee house EVER! I wish I live closer to Perry just so I could come here weekly!! We go to Perry a few times a year for horse shows. And while I am there I usually go about four times a week. Highly recommend the iced latte with white mocha and vanilla or the ice latte with bourbon and honey! Living in Perry there are not a lot of options for cool places to hang out, grab a bite and enjoy a drink but Bodega is one of those spots and we love it. They're your traditional coffee shop but offer so much more including food items like pizzas, wings, pressed sandwiches as well as draft/bottled/canned beers. They have a tv and will put on whatever sporting event you want to watch. There is live music from time to time and plenty of outdoor seating. Whenever we want to get out of the house Bodega is always one of the first options we look at and are glad it's a part of downtown Perry. read more

Really thankful I stopped here this is a great place for a good coffee in Perry GA. They serve some great coffee and really interesting syrups made in house. I got my classic Americano and was very pleased. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was I got my drink iced, and the cardboard straw.... I can't get on board with this trend it breaks down to quick in my coffee, and messes with my experience. But I would visit again, and just go without a straw. read more
