She's super professional and great with the guests. The bar is stocked with all the beer, wine and spirits and the cocktail menu has a wide range to satisfy any palette. While they had great flavor, even without the lemon sauce; it was the texture. They were too loose. I prefer a thicker creamed/mashed potato. This establishment gets five stars, because customer service was exceptional, they go out of their way to give you a fine dining experience, and the food was overall fantastic!
