This is my second visit to OP. I was able to make reservations just a little over 2 hours in advance. The hostess & wait staff were very pleasant. The Tuesday menu caught my husband and I off just a tad but we were able to select dishes that we were satisfied with. Ambiance was quiet & very intimate just like our first visit. We enjoyed our meal and will likely return again.

Lovely restaurant in downtown Perry. My husband made reservations for us to dine on a Thursday evening. When we walked into this adorable quaint restaurant , we were greeted by an amicable hostess who seated us immediately. The ambiance was upscale and chic. Surprisingly, the place was crowded even though it was a stormy night. Our waitress was personable and attentive. We ordered 2 of the posted drink specials. I had the Dogwood Punch, and my husband had the Peachy Palmer. The drinks were ok, but definitely not the highlight of the night. We shared the Spicy Crab Cake appetizer, which was enough for two. It was decent, I'm a Maryland native so my standards are super high when it comes to crab cakes, but for the area, it was good. I had the Seared Scallops Entrée over risotto and with Brussel Sprouts. My meal was cooked perfectly, and the flavors blended well together. My husband had the salmon over mashed potatoes and green beans, and he also enjoyed his meal. Overall, we had a nice experience. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly. If you are looking for an upscale restaurant for date night to celebrate an occasion or just to impress your friends, look no further.

Yaw , if you want some delicious southern inspired food - go here! It's real pricy but if you have the funds - gather up your piggy banks to try this place out ! The scallops were delish.! After havin 3 kids , I know a thing or 2 about havin a drink - and the drinks were okay . But not as expensive as they could have been , so that's a plus ! Our surver had long hair and long legs, left-handed too - real new age type of young man - was real nice and attentive ! We will be back !

I've been dying to give this place a try and it didn't disappoint. I'll start with my only complaint. There is no where to wait if you are early, so there was a couple who stood right by our table for 5 minutes waiting on their table. It was a bit awkward. Once they were seated all was well. The fresh bread is absolutely divine. We also had a salad and the crab cake to start. Both were great. The crab cake was huge and plenty big enough to share between 2-4 people. Next up we enjoyed the White Fish and the Lamb Chops along with sautéed green beans, Brussel sprouts, and mashed potatoes. I don't think we left much on our plates. I will say I typically order my steaks and lamb medium rare, but it did come out a bit more rare than I prefer. Our server agreed that it was a bit under cooked, and quickly took it back, returning with a perfect medium-rare color. While we were extremely full, we still splurged and got the crème brûlée which did not disappoint. Our server Matt was highly entertaining and on top of things the whole night. He was knowledgeable and attentive. The owner also stopped by the table and chatted with us for a bit as well. We will definitely be back, and can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

One of our favorites - The food here is amazing! Fresh, Quality upscale food right here in the middle of Perry! We love having a date-night spot or something delicious without having to drive to Macon or Atlanta. They have a small menu, and everything I've tried has been special, delicious. AND they have creme brûlée!! The shrimp and grits are always a favorite! It comes with bacon!! The Ravioli always great and the Pappardelle pasta came with Braised short rib!! Delicious! The specials are good... all though I have yet to try the beef Wellington special I saw them post about. The burger, the steaks are always fantastic! Don't miss out on ordering a side of the carrots! The service is always attentive and fast! Go check it out!

Wonderful food and stellar service. This is our new "go to" spot for date night. It is so nice to find a fine dining spot in downtown Perry.

Well... the burgers look better than they taste. The patty does not have enough beef (or maybe not good quality beef?), which was dry for some reason and somewhat crumbly. Also, I'm meh with most beer, which I feel is the main pro of this place. There are TVs around for those who want to watch the games and drink beer, so I can say I'm most likely not the crowd this place is trying to draw. There are other places to chill with friends that have better food imo. Oh, and the ranch is watery. The chipotle ranch too. Choose a different dipping sauce unless they've changed it since I've last been. I know it's my bad for choosing boneless wings, but if Korean fried chicken places can keep them juicy, so can every other establishment. The ones here are dry. Notably, they do all day happy hour on Sundays. That's fun.

My husband and I were looking for a place that was dog-friendly and had good drinks and food. Well well well, winner winner chicken dinner! When walking in, you're greeted by a friendly host or hostess. They saw our pup and showed us to the patio. It was a nice day so the temperature was wonderful and they even had dog bowls of water sitting out. The patio had TVs but we're not into football and just found something to watch on our phone. The waiter was phenomenal and very attentive but not overbearing. He made suggestions about the drink menu and was considerate to the fact that I drink virgin drinks only. The patio was relatively enclosed with screens to keep flies away. Regarding the food, it's an easy menu with not too many options. This keeps ticket times down and food comes out quick and hot. I had a quesadilla and my husband had the blackberry burger. It was absolutely delicious! The waiter even brought out a piece of bacon for our dog on a little platter. It really is the little things. We will definitely be back!

Fuego Fresco - The Perfect Margarita with salsa, chips and delicious guacamole

Stayed one night in Perry, GA and went to YELP to find a good place to eat and came across Fuego…read moreFresco - which was a mere mile and a half away, and had really great reviews. We arrived and were seated right away - surprising because it was the busiest time on Saturday night - but the biggest (and funniest surprise) was when our server arrived: a 6'2" young, white guy named Brady. ** Here, you have to understand my oddball humor - I fully expected to have a Hispanic server - as one normally would expect in a Mexican restaurant - and then BAM - we had Brady. OK, unable to contain my amusement and confusion, I asked him how and why he was working there - and he said that his College Major was in Spanish and that when he applied for the job, he did the entire interview in Spanish!! And here he is - so obviously, he passed that test! Que bueno, Brady!! :) We ordered guacamole to go with the complimentary chips and salsa - and it was up with the best I've tasted. My house Margarita - on the rocks, with salt, was the perfect combination of sweet and tart. I ordered the 12 oz vs teh 32 oz (wish there was a size in-between!). Food: hubby ordered a Chimmichanga, that came with rice, refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole and was HUGE! I ordered a la carte 2 birria soft tacos, that came with fresh, chopped cilantro/onions, lime, birria sauce and chile verde sauce. I "borrowed" some of hubby's lettuce, tomatoes, guac and sour cream and put a bit of the salsa on my birria taco and was in heaven! Ambiance suggestion: the lights are too bright! Get some dimmers and make the place a bit more cozy. Overall: If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. You NEED to go there when you're in the area! You will be delighted that you did.
