We originally had a 7:45 PM reservation, but showed up early hoping for a change. They were incredibly accommodating and got us seated immediately at 6:30 PM on the patio. It turned out to be the highlight of the night--we absolutely loved the atmosphere out there. Even for an early spring evening in Athens, the heaters were positioned perfectly and kept us comfortable the entire time. It's rare to find a spot that's this flexible and still executes at such a high level. Highly recommend.

I had already been about four times before and had determined that I was never going back after my last experience. Well, this one was even worse. Maybe some of the worst service ever. The restaurant was half full, and 80% of the clientele were sorority girls. Nothing against them but I remember the first time I went there when it first opened and it was full of townies. We waited literally almost 30 minutes for our drinks. Finally we had to go find a manager. We were told that they were out of one of the liquors so instead of sending one of their lame bartenders over to ask if we had a second choice we sat there for 30 minutes. The food is so overpriced. And honestly? I make better food at home. They have all these cute, nice looking folks serving the food and they're a little matching aprons, but they seriously lack any sense of urgency or attention. Not only will I never go back to this restaurant, I'm going to make sure that all my friends know not to go there. But judging from the current clientele, I think most people have gotten the word that this place is not worth the money. Oh, and at the end of the evening, their valet parking app didn't work. My friend spend a lot of money in restaurants, and as we left they said they would never go back there either. You have been warned!

This was my first time here and we went for the Tequila & Tacos event. The entire space is massive. I didn't realize that outside wasn't the only space, there's a "hidden room" behind a bookshelf as well as an indoor bar / seating area and another outside seating area. I really enjoyed the environment with the live music & food trucks giving a variety of options to choose from. We ordered the tequila tasting & also the margarita tower. 10/10 for both of those. The bartender we spoke to was very helpful in explaining the drink deals and helping us choose what to get. Our drinks were made quickly and we found a nice seat by the stage to listen to the music. The band was great, really enjoyed them. We also decided to try out 3 of the food options. We ordered chips, salsa & queso from the stand by the bar. When the woman packed the sauces into the bag the tops weren't secure and the queso spilled to the bottom of the bag. I asked my fiancé to go back up and ask for it to be replaced but when he did the woman wasn't up there. So we made the best of that & just ripped the bag open & ate them how they were. Next, we ordered a chicken quesadilla from a tent on the side and asada tacos from a different truck. The tacos took about 10 minutes while the quesadilla took about 45, honestly maybe longer. The tacos were alright, nothing spectacular but they weren't nasty. For the size of the meat they could've used more cilantro and onions on top. But taste I'd give a 6/10. We noticed a line of people waiting for food forming at the quesadilla tent and since we still hadn't received ours I asked my fiance to go ask about it. About 10minutes late ours came out. I can't give a rating on food because we left shortly after that & just took the quesadilla home. Overall we had a great experience here with the drinks & music. And will definitely be returning for date night.

There was a wait when we arrived, so he added our name to the list on the board and we chose to enjoy the outside sitting area while we waited. I sipped on a sangria while hubby ordered a pomegranate martini. My sangria did not lack in the alcohol department, but it was a little weak in the flavor department. Hubby's pomegranate martini was a better choice...a subtle sweetness with a nice alcohol content. Other customers commented about how strong their cosmos were. A few had to ask for more cranberry juice to make them palatable. Conversations with other guests and the bartender for the outside bar prompted numerous appetizer and entree recommendations once they learned we were visiting for the first time. From bbq shrimp and Philly Cheesesteak Spring Rolls appetizers to fish-n-chips, fried shrimp, and chicken tenders entrées to peanut butter pie, strawberry shortcake, and bread pudding desserts, everyone shared so many options that were "sooo good". Hubby and I ordered the bbq shrimp appetizer. It did not disappoint. Now this wasn't the same type of bbq that would be on ribs or chicken from the grill. This was a scrumptious butter, worcestershire, spicy sauce that was worthy of being licked off of our fingers and sopped up with the delicious crusty exterior, pillowy soft interior bread that was served with it. Definitely 10/10 would recommend. For our entrées, we both selected the option recommended to us by our fantastic waiter, Cody...fish and chips with fried shrimp. We both opted to swap the chips (fries) out for the parmesan cheese grits as recommended by a guest in one of those previous conversations. Again, all recommendations were fabulous! The fish and shrimp were seasoned and fried perfectly with a crispy but not over battered exterior. It was served with cocktail and tartar sauces and a coleslaw that was unique in that it had an onion flavor. It was edible, but it wasn't my favorite. I would likely swap it out with another side next time...and based on tonight's experience, there will definitely be a next time. The only down side was that hubby and I ordered bread pudding desserts to go. When we opened them later, they were drastically different. One was lighter in color and was delicious while the other was much darker and seemed like it may have been overcooked. The flavors differed between the two as well. After such a great meal and experience, it was a bit disappointing to have it all end this way. If possible, I would have taken off half a star because everything and everyone else was great.
