Of all of the Starbucks that I have visited, this one has the worst drive through service. I sat in the drive through for almost 15 minutes before I could get my mobile order. The vehicle in front of me was given the incorrect order two times and when I pulled up to the window I was also given the incorrect order. Every time you go to this location it takes forever in the drive through. I will drive across town from now on to the location on Highway 96 it'll take the same amount of time to drive and get my order as it does to sit in the long drive through lines. read more

Every time I use the mobile app to order, and use the drive thru to pick it up...the barista scolds me. They will say "we will TRY to have it ready by the time you get to the window," or, "you need to start putting the order in sooner to allow more time for us to make it." Hmmm....what about the people who pull up to the speaker box and...omm....just place their freakin order. You didn't know what they wanted before they pulled up. The MAIN reason I use the mobile app to order, is to make the baristas job easier. Often times, I've witnessed people in front of me and behind me taking nearly 5 minutes to order...because 1) they don't know what they want and 2) the barista can't understand them. Sooo. Why not make it easy...and let me put it in on the mobile app and just not complain about it when I get there. I'll be honest I've been to most Starbucks locations around the states and nothing compares to this Starbucks location. The crew that works here are top notch very friendly and they'll listen to what you order when you tell them and not what did you say or I'm sorry say that again you won't get that here. I am very happy with the customer service/relations they have at this location. The ladies always say welcome to Starbucks with a friendly smile which is nice to see when coming in to order a coffee or something to snack on. Plenty of parking and some seating area outside when the inside is packed with people talking while enjoying their breakfast, lunch or snack. Yes, the drive thru gets packed but what other Starbucks locations don't get full of customers wanting a drink or snack? It's the way it at times. You could always order from your phone and pick it up in a few minutes if you do not have the time to wait. Overall experience? I like this place one of the best Starbuck's around. read more

Put in a mobile order today and arrived at the time when the app said my order would be ready. Found out upon arrival that the inside was closed and mobile orders were to picked up through the drive thru. Waited in line for 25 minutes since you are unable to cancel an order, just to find my bakery items were cold and my iced drinks had melted and were watery. I understand this is a small problem in the grand scheme of the world. But if the restaurant inside must be closed, than mobile ordering should be suspended. read more

I ordered online and went inside to pick up. I stood in front of the barista at the cash register- she did not look up at me or speak. Another woman at the drive thru looked over, but did not smile or speak. A guy walked in and the woman walked over to him and gave him a card he had apparently left behind. Then she began flirting with him. She never did speak to me. The bathroom doors both had some kind of glue dripped on them.I tried to wipe it off with a towel but the towel stuck to it. Be ready to be ignored. If you are mobile ordering, the staff seems to ignore you while picking up your items in the store...to the point where they won't make eye contact! This is not an isolated occurrence, as it has happened no less than 5 times at this location. It's frustrating to watch, as there are rows of mobile orders to be picked up, while patrons try to get the attention of the staff. Awesome caramel Frappuccinos, cold brew is the best but the service here is pretty much hit or miss. Everyone is always nice but you definitely need to go when the right baristas are working or else you will end up with a sub par drink. The parking leaves more to be desired. I'm always trapped by the line that wraps around the building. Customers aren't usually too friendly to allow you to get out so you'll usually spend time stuck there waiting on the line to die down some. All in all though it's okay. read more

Amanda is the worst manager I've come across in a long time. I didn't have the app on my phone on buy one get one Thursday and I was trying to communicate with the worker that worked there that I didn't have the app because I didn't have enough storage on my phone, and last time I was there, one of the employees just looked it up on the computer and got the discount off of there. He was clearly flustered he had never gotten that question before he must've been new. Amanda came up and inserted herself, and instead of giving me a solution she said if you don't have the app you don't get the discount. There was no customer service involved whatsoever. She then decided to loop in the other employees that were working there and talk about the situation right in front of me while I was getting my order. Very unprofessional. I used to frequent this Starbucks. It wasn't until I started visiting other Starbucks that I realized the faults in this one. For starters, I would always order the same drink that, roughly 50% of the time, tasted noticeably strange. This wasn't some weird custom drink either--just a standard menu selection. On several occasions I've even ended up with a drink that either wasn't what I ordered or was made so badly it wasn't drinkable and I've had to go back. I've always been polite about it, and the employees have always been nice to me but on only one occasion did they give me one of those free drink coupons for royally screwing up my order. My guess is that they have so many people complaining that if they handed one out to everyone who had a problem their profits would vanish. Your only Starbucks options in Warner Robins, however, is this Starbucks and the one in the Krroger down the street. Between the two, this one is the better choice. But make sure to taste your drink before you drive away so that you don't have to fight that madhouse intersection on your way back to the store to get your drink re-made. read more

The food was fine and my tea was made right but it wasn't the best i've ever had. My main problem was with the cashier who was extremely bitter and rude to both me and the friend I came with. She nearly bit my head off when I ordered something they were sold out of almost like I should have known they didn't have it. She wouldn't let me place my drink order and kept walking away from me when I tried to speak. She was incredibly condescending when I was scanning my app and treated me like a child. I wish this place was cozy. I like going to Starbucks with my boys to study, catch up on work, etc. But this place makes us rush to finish our work. If you're traveling on 75, this is one of the few SBUX you can hit on your road trip. Problem is it really isn't right off the freeway, meaning you better really want some SBUX or you might want to think twice about exiting. They do have a drive thru for those wanting to get back on the road as quickly as possible, but on this trip I wanted to use the facilities as well, so we went inside. Today, I was expected to pick up my online order in the cafe but somehow I was appalled to find out that the Starbucks has closed the dining-in cafe and is very limited to open for the Drive-Thru only. As a Deaf customer, this is totally ridiculous, citing my serious concerns about the Deaf rights. Although I understand that they have the COVID-19 concerns, they have NO EXCUSE to shut down the store that the Deaf customers could not pick up their orders in the cafe. The Deaf customers still have no access to order via Drive-Thru at this point but the Deaf customers can order online and pick up their orders in the cafe. During the COVID-19 lockdown, please keep the cafe open for the Deaf or disabled customers only to pick up their online orders. Thank you. read more

baristas are told to water down drinks if the restaurant is too busy and they don't want to make enough shots of coffee. it's pretty widespread we come about 2 to 3 times a week and I have noticed it pretty consistently over the last 2 to 3 months. For example if your drink requires four shots of coffee they only put two in and dilute the drink with water or milk the rest of the way. I almost didn't want to believe it until I watched her (barista) do it one time. I had a four shot drink and they only put two in and then walked over to the sink and filled it with water the rest of the way. I gave them the shadow of the doubt buying the drink but when my wife tasted the drink she knew something was wrong with it because it tasted considerably weaker than other locations and visits. so we went to management asked them to remake the drink because it tasted weaker than normal. This is common on Venti drinks due to those drinks requiring more shots then others. i feel ripped off read more

You are being warned. If you don't order via mobile and aren't a regular customer, your order will be pushed to the side. I walked in this morning and order a americano. Simple right? Expresso and hot water, bam! Well that wasn't the case. Cause after I ordered there was a ton of "regulars" who came in. The Starbucks employees called them by their first name as they entered the establishment. Then the ladies behind the workstation stated making their coffee orders. So as I see one of the ladies heading over to the hot water line I walk up and ask her to leave room in my Americano, and she does. Well instead of had me the coffee as she turns around, she heads back to the workstation and places it in between her and the other lady and goes back to working on other orders. So there I am, standing at the spot to pick up my drink.... that is complete! With a lid and a sleeve on it. She continues to make 3-4 more drinks before she proceeds to give me my drink. The 3-4 more drinks she made, we for the regulars that came in after me. So they had a 1-2 minute wait, while I had a 5-7 minute wait. I get it. You want the regulars to continue to come back because that is repeat business. However, other customers should have to wait for you to finish the "regulars" drinks before they get their own. Especially if they were there before the "regulars" arrived. How do you expect to have more "regulars" if you screw over the everyday customer that uses your establishment on a semi frequent basis? Nope. I won't go back to this Starbucks. read more
