This location is further from my house but closer to the church I go to. I find that most Dunkin' Donuts locations are inconsistent with quality control. My coffee does not often taste the same from store to store or even trip to trip. I can say that this location most often seems to have a good attitude at least and the product is correct even if not consistent. The quickness and good attitudes go a long way for me. So most of the stars are for that and aside from drinks, the food I get is always fresh and fast. read more

First time visiting this location yesterday! Ordered and dinned inside. Staff were very friendly and nice! The manager (I assume) was there and seemed to have a good relationship with his employees! The two stars for this DD is only this high because the manager was there to apologize and give me an extra donut. Place was not busy (wonder why) and there were more employees than customers (including drive thru). Disinterested young girl, MOUTH OPEN - chewing food while taking my order. The rest of the crew loud and obnoxious.... Girl takes order, doesn't think to reach back and stick a donut in a bag so when rest of order comes through...I'm left waiting for the only room temp item. Russell used to be the nicer east-west route. The stores here are looking more and more like ATL suburbs with run-down store fronts and sub-par "go-to's" like DD. Good stuff. I like this location. Be careful because it gets busy in the mornings. There can be issues at the entrance when too many cars pile up and the drive thru line is long. Not to mention they can sometimes run out of the popular items like the flavored cream cheeses, but that's pretty rare. Early bird gets the worm! I recommend steering clear of the hash browns. Mine always taste a little odd but otherwise I can vouch for the coffee, donuts, bacon and bagels. I always go in the morning and the service is top notch no matter which crew is working. Ordered on app to pick up at window. Told to hold at speaker. After awhile, I pulled up to the window since my order was already placed and I already paid. One employee saw me and wiped down the table the register sits on then walked away. Finally someone acknowledged me. I tell her I was there to pickup my app order and gave her my name. She gives me my beverage then closes the window. I'm assuming to prepare my plain, toasted bagel (with cream cheese). I felt it should've already been ready. Finally, another person gives me A bagel. Before exiting the parking lot, I see it was a poppy seed bagel. Go inside to get what I ordered. Ok, I've giving this location a chance 3 times to many. Wonderful staff and service, not sure about cleanliness because the store front is always closed, so you gotta do the drive thur. And well, even though it's early evening...5ish, it's not unreasonable to expect fresh pastries? Each time the donuts were so bad--not fresh, stale and this last time, I swear--my powder donut cracked like a saltine cracker! Grrrr! It was 5:25PM! Today was the 2nd morning that I placed a mobile order for walk in pick up. According to the hours posted on their door they open at 5, I arrived after 6 both morning but the doors were locked. After knocking continuously for a couple of minutes I was told I'd have to go through the drive thru to get my order. If you aren't going to let walk in orders be picked up by walking in, that option needs to be removed from your location. I was one of 4 people trying to pick up this morning. This place is awesome! Every time we come in the staff is soooo friendly. Today I brought my kids and my son was upset because he didn't get the same donut as his sister. So the owner or manager (doesn't much matter) got the donut for my son with no charge. No one, or business, does this anymore. It was such a great thing. I will ONLY come to this one!! read more

I don't know what the deal is with Dunkin' and its donuts these days (it's something I've noticed at the other Dunkin' locations in this area, too), but their donuts never seem to taste like the flavor they're supposed to be. Maybe it's the corporate decision to go from being a donut shop to a donut plus almost everything else shop that's causing it? Anyways, we got a dozen donuts of various flavors from the Dunkin' on Russell about a week ago (to use for breakfasts the following week), and I finally got so disgusted with how bad they tasted that I tossed the last 2-3 this morning (large parts of several that I had attempted to eat previously had been tossed earlier). The blueberry didn't taste like blueberry, nor strawberry icing like strawberry, etc. Even the ones that kinda tasted like the flavors that they were supposed to be (mostly the chocolate ones) tasted as if all the sugar had been left out of them. And almost all of them were kinda nasty and dry and heavy as lead. I'm pretty sure that I've bought my last donut at Dunkin' at least at any of the ones in this area. I know that Dunkin' is capable of making decent to good donuts because I've got them there before that were, but that never seems to happen lately. read more
