Great donuts and ice coffee all the time Great customer service and always clean ..They not too too sugary either

Since the new owners took over the customer service from the employees have changed from worse to better surprisingly. How fast is the service it all depends on the day or weekend when I'm there yes there is a little bit of a wait but not to bad. The new owner seems pretty nice and talkative which is nice when your want your customers to come back and enjoy the atmosphere. Would I come back here? Yes! read more

Service terrible I placed a mobile order got there five minutes later they gave us our drinks and a wake up wrap that we ordered then they gave us the wrong donuts made us pull up took forever like 15 fucking minutes and then gave us are food. Needed a pick me up as we continued our drive north. Hadn't been to Dunkin in a while and this one was not too far off the highway. Staff here was really friendly and our order was taken quickly. Store was clean and seemed pretty new. Lots of food choices all around. Coffee was hot a prepared the way we asked. Got a basic glazed doughnut and still just as good as i remember! read more

If you want you Coffee with Don Julio this is the location just ask for the District Manager Nate; Store Manager Heather and Assistant Manager Brooke. They do not uphold the Drug Free establishment or Bullying/Harassment Policy. My Ice Cream was tasted freezer burner disgusting. The inside floors are cleaned with a fresh dirty mop that was used to mop the parking lot. The worse!!! read more

This Dunkin location is a good stop for coffee. The food tends to be greasy. The hash browns taste like they are fried in the same oil as sausage so they're gross. But if you just want coffee this is a good place. A plus is that this location also has a Baskin Robbins! That's why I have this location 4 stars instead of three. read more

I almost never go to Dunkin' Donuts on Watson Blvd. in Warner Robins anymore. Not since I was treated poorly by a staff member. However, this morning I was close by, so I went through the drive thru and was treated with the best customer service. Turns out that the sweet lady on the intercom was the GM, Jess! Worst service ever! Waited 10 minutes while a guy worker swept the store and three other workers worked the drive thru, barely. Was told 3 times very rudely by guy sweeping floor that he would be "right with us" but then continued sweeping the floor. BTW, he was sweeping so vigorously in front of donut display that dirt & debris was flung onto the lower-cased donuts. Rude and disgusting!! Also we were the only ones in the store! Don't go here if you are in a hurry or just expect regular service in a timely manner AND clean properly kept food items! We left to drive 5 miles to a better serviced store. Shame on owner for hiring such awful employees! They clearly don't take their job seriously especially given the large number of cars in the drive thru still awaiting service when we left. I came to Dunkin' to order a coffee and a chicken croissant. The guy working there gives me the coffee at the drive thru. He drops the straw, looks at me as if I'm the worst issue hes ever had, and shakes his head and gives me another straw. he then tells me that I need to pull to the gate to wait for my chicken croissant. I wait 20 minutes for one croissant and still never got it. I drove off. this was exceptionally The worst service I have ever had from any drive thru. Being that there aren't but a few of these in this area, options are few. I've had good iced coffee from here and then I've also had it's thin, watered down, flavorless version of it as well. The hash browns are definitely dipped in grease but the wake up wrap is pretty good. The doughnuts are also very good as well. I guess the biggest gripes with this place is the iced coffee and customer service. Like the coffee, the customer service is hit or miss. I've had GREAT service in the afternoons or weekends. However, the morning is a different story. I don't know what the deal is but whoever works the drive-thru in the morning is not the best person for the job. I'm always rushed and can't get a word out before that window closes. I was supposed to get a discount this morning but she took my card and turned away so fast that by the time I asked about it it was too late. I was told that my card was already swiped and there was nothing she could do. I'm a stickler for customer service. And a decent product at a chain establishment with poor customer service is definitely NOT my ideal spot. But again, it's hit or miss with this place. This is the only good Duncan Donuts in town, other than the one on the airbase. One of their managers, Guy, is always on top of things and keeps a close eye on the drive-thru window and makes everything go smoothly. Have never gotten bad service. Always get pretty much the same thing, and expresso drink and Boston Cremes, which are their best donut! BTW, most of the bad reviews are quite outdated--from 2017, 2015 etc. I have been going there consistently for the last year. read more

Worst experience I've ever had at a Dunkin location, placed a mobile order and seated myself. Waited 20 minutes patiently before I was acknowledged and they hadn't even started on my order. 27 minutes in I was given my drink and they didn't even make an effort to give me the pastries with my order. When I asked the rest of my order I was informed they were out of Apple fritters yet the app let me order it. The coffee was weak, the service was poor, I'll never get anything from this location again and unless you want to be disappointed, I'd advise that you don't either. I only go to this location because it's closest to my house. But I hate this one! The coffee is always hit or miss. For a Dunkins in middle Georgia, this one is pretty outstanding. I'm used to having a Dunks on every street corner being from Massachusetts, but they do a great job here. I stop inside right when they open (5 am) and have a nice piping hot hazelnut coffee. I bring my own mug and they happily fill it up. Their lattés need a little more practice, but overall, their service and their coffee is very good for a southern Dunkin Donuts! read more

This has been a go to breakfast on the go place for us for many years.....until lately. The drive thru got better when the manager finally put the English speaking employees in that position. Then the employees became absolutely rude. You can't finish your order without them interrupting to ask if that is all. Then the order is most of the time completely wrong.
