Last Sunday was our first visit everything was amazing! Food was delicious and drinks were great! We decided to take friends from out of town today and well Service was good but food was not great! Everything came out cold and the flavors were way different today! I would have assumed Fathers Day being so busy would have been the off day but just the opposite today was slower no wait for a party of 6 which Fathers Day there was an hour wait for 2! My neighbor and I had breakfast today after church. Neither of us had been there before. Our server was Noah and he was terrific. I am not a breakfast eater really, so I ordered the Sonoma Club sandwich and it was delicious. Pat got waffles and fruit which she enjoyed. We ate there today and ordered eggs Benedict with a side of pancakes. I got the bacon and chives eggs benedict and my husband got the crab cake eggs Benedict. First off, our server was wonderfully competent l, friendly with a smile and attentive to our requests. As far as the food, I had to ask for the bacon which came with mine, the hollendaise sauce was congealed, the potatoes had no flavor and they weren't homemade. The pancakes were not fully cooked. The manager, Greg, came over and we told him our complaints. He told us there was a temp chef and he would mention this to him. He never offered to take any charges off the bill. Our server wanted to credit us for the pancakes which was a little over $4. She asked the manager several times to approve it and he said "no" because we had eaten them. He wanted to bring us more pancakes but we were full and didn't want them. Our server was embarrassed to tell us because she knew it was plain wrong. We have never experienced anything like this. It's not about the money, it's about customer service and welcoming customers to come back. Corporate needs to retrain the managers and help them to know that proper customer service is the absolute key to making any business successful. Of course, the food must be delicious as well. We will think twice before going back there to eat. We are disappointed because we wanted to be regulars. read more

This was the worst breakfast spot I have ever experienced. The bacon was inedible, it was like shoe leather and couldn't even be chewed. The English muffin was obviously toasted long before it was ordered because it was cold and hard as a rock . It really was a disappointment as an overall experience. Restaurant was as cold as a walk-in freezer and our waitress was just pushy. "While I'm here do you want to order, or do you need time?" Needing more time she comes back 10 minutes later. When we're ready to leave literally throws the check on the table and disappears for another 10 minutes. Glad we only stopped here as it was in the area and we were looking for something quick to eat. Never again. Food was good but the bacon lovers BLT left a lot more to be desired as there was only 3 pieces of bacon. ‍ read more

Great breakfast place and great tasting food. Price is just a little high but getting great service and food combinations are very very good. I've had shrimp and grits brie and lobster omelette shrimp Benny Salmon Benedict and several more. All were very well prepared and tasty. As servers go Logan was wonderful but now training as assistant manager boo. Alan is wonderful but is the bartender and I'm still asking him to be our server. Came in for brunch and were seated right away. It was busy but not too busy. The staff were all cheerful, friendly and efficient. Our server, Charlotte was helpful in answering menu questions as well as making suggestions. She was a peach and very patient with all our questions, ensuring we had all the info we needed to chose our perfect breakfast options. Our party of three enjoyed a seasonal offering of the street corn sampler, a menu staple of shrimp and grits and of course a breakfast standard of biscuits & gravy with a side of home fries. The stand out was the shrimp and grits- definitely worth getting out of bed for! Super creamy with just the right amount of cheese to be appreciated and not overwhelm the perfectly cooked shrimp which were large, tender and delicately seasoned. Definitely in my top two dishes I have ever had! The street corn scrambler was good but not as impressive as it could have been. The tortilla strips were flour and not corn which I think took away from the potential. The eggs were good-not overcooked just not as wow as expected given all the ingredients involved. Could use more green chile crema. The biscuit was your run of the mill fluffy biscuit. It was soft and fluffy and went well with the gravy which was tasty but not stand out. Now onto the drinks. Our table had a cranberry mimosa and the spicy bloody mary. Both were very good. The spicy bloody mary stole the show though! So good I ordered a second one. I have ordered through DoorDash a few times and ordered the "Hey Lucy" I never get the sour cream and salsa which is extremely disappointing bc that makes the omelette. I did go in for breakfast recently, my server was Bracus and he was great! He was full of energy and very attentive. I'm not sure I'll order Togo unless they start checking the orders better. One of the best breakfast experiences we have ever had! My husband and I went to another broken egg, Port Orange location, expecting just a regular ole Saturday morning breakfast. However, what we received was on another level! Our server Bracus was top-notch, personality plus, accommodating, helpful and entertaining! He made suggestions and additions to our meal that were on point! The food was delicious and portions more than needed (in my opinion) and drinks were great! Great place for breakfast. Not a long wait to get seated. Our server Bracus went above and beyond. I loved the strawberries and orange slice in our waters. He's the only server that does that. The fragrant hand sanitizer and gum after breakfast was a nice touch too. The food was great too. The beignets were amazing with the powdered sugar, caramel sauce, and strawberries on them. I was shopping with my mother next door to Another Broken Egg Cafe. My blood sugar dropped and I had forgot to bring a protein bar with me. I was feeling very weak and decided to go into Another Broken Egg Cafe to see if they had something to hold me over until I got home. Keep in mind that they were closing in ten minutes. I explained how I was feeling to Madison, who was the one that greeted me. I asked her if she had something small like a bagel and she said, "Yes". I asked her please could I get one with some cream cheese and something to drink like cranberry juice. She was so kind. A few minutes later she came out with a cute bag with my bagel and cream cheese and a cranberry juice. I proceeded to thank her profusely and pay her for the food. She told me that she didn't want any money just for me to feel better. I insisted, but she said, "Too late, I've already comped it!" I couldn't get over her kindness! I seldom write restaurant reviews and I'm reluctant to write this one. After my wife and I viewed the online menu for our new local "Another Broken Egg Cafe" (which was absent of prices) we decided to give their Sunday brunch a try. Parking was easy. Service was great. Conversation inside was impossible due to the sterile metal ceiling, walls and concrete flooring and the resulting noise. My wife loved her pancakes. I ordered the CRAB CAKE BENEDICT which supposedly comes with Jumbo lump crab cakes on an English muffin, topped with poached eggs, etc, with grits or fresh country potatoes. I got potatoes. As for the crab cakes, I got a table spoon of what seemed like mushy crab dressing on each truly tough muffin (no crab cakes) covered with a nicely poached egg. The potatoes were comparable to "tater tots" and were mildly warm. With a $3.50 cup of coffee my meal alone (not including tip) was $21.00. Regretfully, it isn't for me and pales in comparison to other surrounding brunch cafes. read more
