I would really recommend coming here for breakfast if you're ever in the North Canton area. During the week your food will come out in about 7 minutes. The cinnamon roll French toast is amazing and it comes with 2 eggs and a choice of meat! read more

Long wait for lukewarm food, had to ask another server for a refill for coffee as well as hot water for tea. "Service Charge" of $1.05 on our bill which I intended to pay cash for. Server could NOT explain what the charge was for. Server said he would be glad to send manager over for an explanation but she never came to our booth, server finally told us that she told him to tell us that she didn't know what the charge was for either. Stated that owner just told staff to add it to the bill. Booth next to us had a charge of $1.50 on their bill with no explanation. Charge of $3.99 EACH for coffee and tea was a little too expensive, in our opinion. Long wait for food could have been fault of the kitchen but our server never came to our table to explain a problem or let us know what was going on. Staff, including manager, apparently needs a great deal of training on how to treat customers and do their job. Stopped for lunch today, wanting something fresh and good and we got exactly what we wanted! Everything was done right from my veggie omelette to the beignets. Monday must be the day, not too many people, the staff were busy but not rushed, the food came out quickly, hot and delicious! read more

Been here 3 different times. Placed an order to pick up that when I received it was incorrect. I ordered their seasonal piccata Benedict with no capers add bacon and the meal itself comes with potatoes. I also added $4 chicken sausage as a side. Got my order -- filled with capers all over, no bacon?, no potatoes? And the side of chipotle sausage was two small pieces. Are you joking? This was nothing near the service inside it is just pitiful. The order was decently simple enough and they still couldn't manage just including what normally comes with the meal? Just sad. read more

My husband and I decided to try this breakfast place and I'm sorry we did. We waited over 40 minutes for cold food. The lemon blueberry pancakes were so cold they were crispy so I returned them. Instead I had mediocre scrambled eggs. The potatoes were good, just wish that everything was hot so that I could have enjoyed it. Server was great but the kitchen was sad. We were excited to visit the Another Broken Egg Café this morning, as it was our first time. It is a very cute place with a sophisticated, trendy ambience. There was no wait and we were seated immediately. The menu looked very promising. I ordered sweet tea and my husband ordered coffee. My sweet tea came and it was cloudy. The flavor was horrible. I could tell it was old. I asked our server to change it to a Coke Zero. I ordered an omelette with goat cheese, mushrooms and spinach with a side of potatoes and an English muffin. My husband ordered the smoked salmon Benny and grits. My food had no seasoning whatsoever, my English muffin was burned, the potatoes were cold and the omelette had almost zero filling. My husband enjoyed his food. The grits were hot and the flavor of his Benny was good. He sampled mine and agreed it was cold and tasteless. When we got our receipt it stated decaf coffee. My husband did not ask for decaf. The restaurant was not understaffed and it was not busy. We were very disappointed in our first experience and do not plan to go back. There are many other good restaurants serving much better food in the Belden Village area. read more

Decided to try out this cafe because I heard it was great but was pretty disappointed in the service. First of all the waitress that was cashing us out brought back a receipt for a declined card transaction. After being embarrassed and trying to figure out what was going on, I figured out that the receipt wasn't even for my card. Then she explained that their machine was not working properly so she probably would have had to run the card again. Then after my first transaction cleared with my bank, I was charged again, this charge was pending for 4 business days. I understand sometimes this will happen but I then called the restaurant to see if the extra charge would fall off. I called in at 8:30am and the hostess took my name and number and told me that the manager would call me back because he was very busy. I called the restaurant about 3 hours later to check in and the hostess then said the health department was there and the manager will call me back when he has time. Well a full week later I have still not heard anything. Very disappointing customer service. Whether or not the extra transaction hold cleared, I should have gotten a call back. Not worth it. We waited over an hour for our food (went at 11 am and they were only 1/2 full). A table that was sat after us received their food before us. Though our waitress was very nice and polite, she was not able to answer questions we had about the menu items. The food came out cold. My husband ordered the Benedict burger. The patty was dry and the potatoes in the side cup were cold, shriveled, and flavorless. I ordered the lobster and grits. The food was cold and the plate was covered with so much raw green onion garnish that it was in every bite, even when scooped to the side. It was like eating mush. There was no texture difference between the soupy grits and any of the lobster or sausage in it. It was really disappointing. We normally take pictures of our food because we are google guides. It was so bad that we didn't even bother. We did not even eat a fourth of our food and asked for the check almost immediately. Felt queasy for a couple hours after eating there. The only positive was the beautiful decor. read more
