    Belgium waffle

We had a good experience as a family Monday November 15,2021. Wanda was our server and she was very nice. The food was delicious. I had the Everything Omelet and a Belgium waffle. I wish there was a meal that combined the two as opposed to having to order and pay for them separately. However, I was very satisfied. The only draw back was my Mom and Aunt had to send their eggs back because the American cheese slice placed on top of their eggs wouldn't melt. We could hear the cook being very angry and argumentive to our server. He was unprofessional, loud, and way too mad about replacing eggs. He also gave no care as to whether we heard him or not. Wanda bared the brunt of his anger though and still served us with a smile.

After a few morning errands, aquick Google search of 'breakfast near me' led us to this diner. Food was better than your average diner, and prices were extremely reasonable. The omelette was a tad overcooked but still pretty good. Everything else was great. Fast and friendly service. 2 downsides... First, the young man bussing the tables had his pants sagging. Underneath his buttocks. It was disconcerting to say the least, especially while eating. Second, after watching the same person bus a few tables and put new paper placemats down WITHOUT wiping the table down, I inspected my own table a little more thoroughly to find that my own placemat was stuck to the table with syrup. Sigh... This restaurant has the potential to be awesome with a few minor tweaks.

I give this 4 stars. The atmosphere is welcoming and laid back. They have the yummiest fried fish. Desserts are great. Not all the dishes are 4 * but at least half are and the manager and staff make this an inviting place to eat.

    Checking out on Sunday

Decided on a Sunday afternoon to check out farmer boys after hearing so many positive reviews. Walked in and pleasantly greeted and knew a few people who said they come here all the time. Husband ordered breakfast which is served all day long .. sausage and cheddar cheese omelette with home fries and choice of toast. I ordered BLT minus the at and requested extra crispy bacon with fries. Wow the bacon nice and thick and crispy. Polite and friendly waitress who came by to refill coffee and iced tea. We will be back

Watery coffee set the stage for a breakfast that was not farm fresh. Pancakes - large and fluffy... but dry and tasteless Denver Omelet - thick skab of velveta like cheese product snd tiny thin sliced deli ham bits. Biscuit - dense doughy mass Hash Browns - brown but not crisp and mushy... the poor ketchup was more like a dessert sauce... waaay too sweet... the ingredients included both HFCS and corn syrup. Nice open floor plan with friendly staff... but wouldnot return for this food.

Ingress & Egress could be better from Cuyahoga Falls Avenue- be careful making an illegal turn! The parking lot is always full, but don't let that fool you. We have always been seated right away when the lot is full. Each time we have gone, they place was packed, but it never felt rushed, dirty or loud. Interior is nicer than I thought! In my family, we like to split meals. My son & I split the bagel sandwich with ham & cheese. It isn't amazing, but worth $5.25! I eat half, plus a few of their hash browns, and I am full. We have only been here for breakfast so I am curious how the place delivers for lunch or dinner. FYI- the goodies in the pastry case are tempting. I wanted to bring home a coconut cream pie, but you can only buy them by the slice here. They said their other location sells whole pies. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, decent food.

I usually wouldn't give a place 5 stars if I was just there for a drink, but this pistachio martini was just too good, and I'm still thinking about it days later. And the interior of this place was cool. I want to come back the next time I'm in town. I got the Banana Bread Espresso Martini because I was interested... hadn't heard of it before. But it was just okay. It was kind of watery, and mine had pieces of ice in it. I guess it was just hard to go from the creaminess of the pistachio one to the more bitter banana bread one. All in all, cool place, great happy hour prices, and really delicious, unique pistachio martini! Go here even just for that. See ya next time; thanks for having me!

One minor gripe: the mac and cheese is a little one-note. It's not bad, it just doesn't surprise you. Our service was amazing and the drinks and food came quickly - we didn't need anything ever (which is a remarkable feat for a table of that size!). Seriously kudos to the wait staff - best service I've had in years. Food is always great at Crave as well. We started with salads and the steak skewers which are jam packed with spice and flavor. My husband loved his smoked Gouda Mac and cheese with crispy chicken on top. He tried so hard to save some for leftovers but ended up not being able to. I had the salmon which was perfect medium and had a really good Asian sauce with it accompanied by rice and veggies which were also cooked to perfection. We were lucky to have a back room so we had a little more privacy which was nice but the restaurant was packed for a Saturday night so I'd recommend a reservation for sure. Another thing that was nice - $7 valet parking. Super convenient and cheap!

It's like, a converted old mill or something like that. So the inside of it is almost as fun as the view. It's friendly enough for families, but could be a little more intimate or romantic if you wanted. The food was great. Honestly, I was disappointed with the tuna nachos. It was literally 6 nachos. I mean, in retrospect it's fine for the price, but it definitely did the job of the appetizer. I could have probably consumed 100 of those. As for the meals, everybody had clean plates, so no complaints there. I had the avocado chicken club, which did not leave me wanting. We did still have desert though, and I'm glad we did, because we got these little puff dough things with strawberry and chocolate dippers. Again I could have going through a bucket of those things. So yeah I guess the food is great. The service was good too but I did feel like our waitress recognized me from before I went into witness protection, but maybe that was just me being self conscious, and it made things only a little awkward because I didn't know if I should try NOT to look at her eyes because she'd recognize me, or if I SHOULD try to look at her eyes because otherwise she'd KNOW I was trying to hide something. But that's not really a reflection of the resturaunt.
