Well I have to say what a disappointment today was. The server, whose name shall be withheld out of respect, I have to say it was a disappointment. Her attitude towards me was as if I was more of a bother than a customer. Moreover, I have to say the biscuits were not only hard as a rock, but severely over-baked on verge of burnt. My friend had a lobster omelette, which was nothing more than a couple of eggs folded over with a couple of bites of lobster on top. I'm sorry that I've never seen an omelette that didn't have stuff inside. So overall, the food was a disappointment, and the service was even a greater disappointment.

Veggie Delight Omelette

Very disappointing experience. We sat at the bar, and the bartender seemed completely disinterested, like they were just going through the motions instead of providing any kind of welcoming service. It made the whole experience feel cold and uninviting. The food was just average at best... nothing memorable and definitely not worth the price. Honestly, we could have stayed home and made brunch ourselves and had a much better meal. Unfortunately, between the lackluster service and mediocre food, we won't be coming back.

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing brunch experience. We sat at the bar, and the bartender/server came across like he didn't want to be there, which made the service feel unwelcoming from the start. The food was just mid at best. The fruit was on the overripe, mushy side, and nothing we ordered really stood out or felt worth the price. There are so many great breakfast and brunch spots around that I'd recommend saving your money and trying one of those instead.

Steady crowd in for Sat morning but able to find two spots at the bar area. Service was excellent. Good location with lots of parking. Nice portions hot and fresh.

Me and my girlfriend wanted Brunch so we stopped by for food. There was plenty of seating inside. We were able to get a table right away. For some reason, we had flies inside near our table. I ordered a Peach Cobbler French Toast, Scrambled Eggs and Bacon. It took a little longer than usual to get the Tito's Strawberry Lemonade. The Peach Cobbler French Toast was really good. It tastes like the pie. I definitely need to try this again.

Non-Alcoholic Raspberry White Chocolate Cold Brew

I'm writing to share a complaint about my experience at the Another Broken Egg Cafe in Deerwood, Jacksonville, Florida. I ordered the non-alcoholic Raspberry White Chocolate Cold Brew, expecting it to look and be presented reasonably close to the menu description. Unfortunately, what I received was very disappointing. There was no raspberry topping on the drink, the jam was chaotically smeared across the top of the mug, and there was almost no cream. The presentation honestly made the drink look as though someone had already started drinking it before it was served to me. I understand that presentation can vary, but this was far below what I would expect from a restaurant and was noticeably different from how the drink is represented on the menu. I was very disappointed with the quality and presentation of what I received.

The servers were nice and attentive. Food came out fast too. We ate outside and it was nice, chill and comfortable. The food was okay and average. It was exceptional but it was good. If youre looking for a good brunch or breakfast this spot isn't bad. I did not like their cold brew, I have a very particular taste for cold brew and it tasted watered down. I like strong, smooth cold brew/espresso.

The service was impeccable. The waitress, the hostess and everyone else we came in contact with were absolutely great. The eggs and bacon were good, they were your standard eggs and bacon. The hash browns were phenomenal they tasted just like french fries I couldn't get enough! We also ordered this amazingly delicious peppermint mocha coffee, so good we had to another. The pancakes were a hit or a miss. Two came is the stack one was a bit overcooked and the other was soft and fluffy. Other than that the meal and experience were nice.

They change up the menu a lot but not all things are always available. This time we tried pound cake French toast and a pumpkin crunch waffle. I also ordered a mimosa. The mimosa was too sweet and mostly syrup. We sat at the bar and the bartender seemed like he really didn't like his job. No real suggestions. Food did take quite a bit to come out. Food was hot and most was prepared as asked. Just not a super pleasurable experience in whole. Decent but not what it used to be

Another Broken Egg is probably the last of the brunch spots we've had the opportunity to try here in Jax, and it was great! While everyone has their opinions on what should be included in omelets, toppings for waffles and pancakes, and everything else regarding brunch, we enjoyed our meal! While not nearly as many options as some other places, the eggs and pancakes that we got were very tasty! We would have wished for either some lower prices, or just larger portions, in general the restaurant was clean, the service was both quick and friendly, and we had a great time!

Great service right from the start. Been awhile since been at this broken egg Started off with coffee and beignets. Then add my usual breakfast. Really enjoyed the sausage and eggs were perfect. Can't go wrong with broken egg

After checking out lights of st Augustine a night before we wanted to have brunch before starting to drive back to our destination. We found this cafe nearby and it really stood up to the reviews. We had the skinny omelet and tiramisu French toast with beignets. The seasonal fruits we got with the omelet were delicious ! I have never had that sweet blackberry in my LIFE. It didn't taste artificial or sugary it was as natural as it could be and fresh. The service was really good and they kept fulfilling my kids demands without any frustration. Ambience is nice and comfortable . They also have outside seating with heaters for winters.

Got the Lobster and Brie Omelette and the Bourbon St Pancakes, both were very flavorful and delicious.

I wrote a review on the Nordstrom Ebar around 4 years ago so this may be updated a little. I always…read moreenjoy visiting the Ebar more than any other coffee outlet on the St. John's Town Center campus. Why? It's because it's the only place in JAX I know where I can get a Mexican mocha (hot or cold) latte - and they've always been good. I hoped to walk around for a little bit on this day, but after getting from the parking lot through Nordstrom's then to the Apple Store, any hopes of walking much further were abandoned. It was destiny Ebar at that point. I will say that customer service has always been pretty special here. It was no different today and the barista who took the order made good suggestions and got everything spot on. It was busy for a while before I got there, but lightened up fairly quickly after that. This isn't the largest coffee shop around but has decent seating inside and a good-sized patio section outside in front of the Nordstrom's department store and along side of the Ebar. There is some seating variety both indoors and outdoors. Inside has mostly wooden tables and chairs but there are a few upholstered chairs on the far side of the shop. The tables and chairs outdoors are mainly metal. But there are some softer upholstered couches out there too. Hard to use on a 92 degree day, but still some people do exactly that! My disappointment with the Mexican mocha ice storm this time around was that it was overly sweetened. When I can't taste any coffee in a beverage of this type I know it's a sugar load and can make me think twice before ever visiting again. I will say, though a little expensive, the turkey croissant was pretty good. Make sure you get it heated if you get one! The Ebar, like most things at Town Center are pricey. But I still like coming down here for my San Diego feeling with the Mex mochas and then visit my favorite shops. The Ebar really is a terrific shop with excellent service. Don't be afraid to visit! The food was a 5/10. Not much flavor at all. Only thing we liked was the balsamic dressing, the side salad and the orange as a side, hehe. The espresso tasted burnt.
